even though Galaxy A30 supports a 16MP rear camera, maximum resolution was not set to 16MP, why is this?

Recently Samsung decided to adjust the maximum resolution for the Live Focus feature of the Galaxy A30 device from 16MP to default 8MP through a software update. The purpose is to implement faster shooting performance, it is not a device defect.
