I am impressed the quality of the pictures that make the images appear extremely clear. What stands out for me specifically is the contrast and the brightness because due to a brain injury I had to turn the brightness down. The contrast of the images allowed the picture quality to remain clear; hence satisfactory uniformity while managing the brightness. Furthermore, I tend to keep the brightness to a minimum while viewing at night to relax the nervous system. My TV is over 6 years old so the responsiveness of my TV may be a tad bit on the delayed side. To be honest, I am not sure if it is due to the remote; however, there is a little delay noted when navigating from the home button. I am very satisfied with my tv's resolution as it pertains to upscaling. I'm not a resolution gurue, so I'm probably not the best person to ask. I can say that I am more than satisfied with the clarity of the images as if they are one step away from being in the room with me. Due to the fact that I have other TVs in the household made from other manufacturers, I am in a position to make a clear distinction of what I prefer going forward. With that said, I will stick to purchasing Samsung without hesitation.

I recently watched the New “Mufasa” movie on it and could make out even fine hairs on the lions. The sound quality is top-tier. I love that it’s interconnected with my Xbox. I have had blast playing my games like Forza Horizon 5 without even leaving the couch. There’s not input lag that is typically inherent with Cloud-type gaming. The endless supply of other games and free channels are superb. I swapped it out with the Google TV that was originally in my living room, and would do it 100 times if given the chance. I LOVE THIS SAMSUNG Crystal 4K.

You can choose in the settings how bright you want it. Like at night we can Dim it and it doesn't effect resolution, or the contrast. It still gives out a great color all around. They're very vivid, which I was pleasantly surprised to find out. Between commercials is the only time I see a refresh on the TV and transition is smooth, not glitch or time consuming it is quick. The picture is good and various aspects can be adjusted. Many channels and apps are available and you can set up other apps and favorite channels. Many steps can be involved and require some practice and patience to figure out how to work some buttons. It’s good to be able to quickly return to the immediate previous channel being watched and flip back and forth during commercials. It takes some trial and error to see the info/content of the channels. The sound is fine. The stand is easy to install and the tv is lightweight.

He's impressed with the gaming quality and I love the big clear picture quality for my weekend binge-watching. It's incredibly lightweight and easy to move which is a plus in my book! I also love the Samsung PlusTV app that comes right along giving me even more bang for my buck with lots of great free movies and series! You just cant beat this tv for delivering the best of the best! Easily transition from app to app, music, games it's got it all. As always another quality product from Samsung.

This TV is very beneficial if you have other Samsung items with Smart Things capability as they can work together with ease. So, bonus points if you are part of the current Samsung ecosystem. In my case, I have a soundbar that paired easily with this TV that utilizes Q-symphony. Setup was very easy if you hook everything up prior and let it run it's start-up process. I think it's great for my intended need which is primarily show and movie watching. Not really a knock, but I would prefer another HDMI slot or two, and maybe a digital optical out for this particular model.

This tv is great it was super easy to set up connection to my virgin cable box was simple the quality of the picture is clearer brighter & sharper than my old tv its slimline design is great. Had an electrical transformer explode at the street and the surge blew out my old tv even with a surge protector. So, I researched and found this one on sale. What an excellent tv. Was a bit of a learning curve to understand and use all the features/menus. The paper manual is in tiny print, so I went to the Samsung website and downloaded all the manuals: tv user manual, user setup, remote control and quick start up, etc. I was then able to enlarge and read them om my computer screen. Took me a couple of hours to fully explore, understand, and set all the features, but once done it became very easy and intuitive to use. For the $, tv is featured packed, excellent sound and picture. All menus and functions are smooth and relatively fast in responding and populating. I am impressed, and it takes a lot to impress me. Very pleased with this purchase.

Set up is easy, sound is great but am disappointed with the colour. Looking face on to the screen the colours are fine but step 1 metre to the right or left the colours fade. Move further away the colours really fade- reds become pink and other dark colours become pale.

Initial setup is simple. Finding, downloading, and adding apps to the Smart Hub is a breeze. Things I wish were different. The Smart Hub has more going on in it than my other two Samsungs. I wish it just showed the saved apps. Adding a Fiber Optic output would have been nice. And the biggie, the remote. Too few functions on it. So I purchased the Samsung BN59-01315A. This gives easier access to the Samsung TV Plus channel list and channel guide. A very inexpensive fix. Overall, you can not go wrong with this brand or TV.

I purchased this model of Samsung TV a week and a half ago and finally tried to connect my Bluetooth earbuds and spent hours trying to figure out why they had intermittent connectivity. It seems after doing some research online this model is known to have poor performance with Bluetooth devices and there does not seem to be a fix unless you want to purchase an external receiver. I’ve purchased Samsung TVs for the last 20 years with no issues and it’s sad to say they advertise Bluetooth connectivity when I’m sure they’re aware of the quality issues and the number of reported cases. I’ll be returning the TV and purchasing potentially another brand.

The picture quality is good, the smart features are easy to use, and streaming apps run smoothly. Setup was straightforward, and I haven’t experienced any major issues with performance. While it may not be the most impressive TV I’ve ever owned, it does what I need it to do and provides a reliable viewing experience for movies, sports, and everyday streaming. The picture is clear, the interface is user-friendly, and it has been dependable since purchase. Overall, it’s a good TV that delivers solid value for the price. I would recommend it to someone looking for a dependable television without expecting every premium feature on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won't buy anything but Samsung when it comes to TVs. They are engineered for reliability. When comparing other brands in the store, side by side, it's easy to see the sharpness, the clarity, the resolution, brightness of Samsung wins out over rivals every time. At home I have five Samsung TVs: one in our dining room, our living room, and our 3 bedrooms. At the church I pastor we have two 85" Samsungs in our sanctuary, and i have 2 in my office, and one in our conference room. When I'm able I'll add two in our foyer and one in our hallway.
