The only thing im not too fussed about is the placement of the buttons, they should all be slightly higher up the side. The hinge is solid and the responsiveness of the snapdragon chip is excellent. Being my first foldable i hope the durability is good.

The battery easily lasts a full day, the crease is now barely visible, and the hinge feels much smoother and more refined. Performance is incredibly fast, and despite the larger form factor, it feels surprisingly light compared to the Fold 6. Overall, it's a significant upgrade in terms of build quality, software, performance, and durability. It also feels much more natural and comfortable to hold. If you're coming from a Fold 6, the Fold 8 Ultra is absolutely worth the upgrade.

The hardware feels refined, and the crease (while still visible) has genuinely impressed me. After a few days of use, it’s barely perceptible under my fingers, which makes the large inner display feel more seamless than previous generations. The one aspect I’ve liked the least is the colour. I chose Graphite, but in person it appears much lighter than the photos on the website. To my eyes it looks more like a washed‑out grey, so I ended up buying a dbrand skin purely to get a finish I preferred. My only other area of critique is the overall smoothness of the UI. It works well, but compared to some competitors it doesn’t always feel as fluid or consistently responsive, especially during multitasking. Finally, regarding the fingerprint sensor: it works reliably, but the flat side‑mounted design can make it slightly harder to locate by touch. A subtle slope or indentation in future models could make it easier to find without looking. Despite these points, the Fold8 Ultra is a strong device with a lot to like, and I’m happy with the upgrade.

There are so many more tips to explore and try. I wouldn't move away from the fold series samsung have created. I have had this style since the z fold 3! I get so many comments about it and how good it looks! This phone is perfect for social scrolling, shopping or doing endless emails wherever you are! And if your a multi tasker you can do 2 apps on one screen!

I think in just a few days of using the fold 8, this is now the undisputed best. It does Ebrington every so slightly better, you can tell from using it. It's thinner, faster, clearer, i love there One UI 9. I do not regret buying this for sure.

Each year, Samsung has moved on from the original Fold and developed today what I think is the best in its class: lighter weight, longer battery, fast cpu, AI capabilties in lots of apps, and an amazing set of cameras.. I also love it because viewing photos and videos is incredible, and showing a photo to a friend who has never seen a Fold always causes a pause, and they say, "What is this? I've never seen anything like it". Thanks, Samsung, I love this device and what it gives me.

The hinge is easy to fold the phone, and I've never had a fold phone before so it's just awesome to have. The battery seems to be very good, and the phone is very responsive and new feeling.

Battery life is better in so meany ways ans can easily get though 1 hole day and the phone feels responsive no matter how much Multitasking you do. The phone is durable and the hinge easly feels satisfying to open and close even the crease don't feel like it's there hands down the best phone I owned for a while was pleastly surprised by the cameras as well

I was concerned about battery life and the crease, but I honestly can't see it when I'm using the large screen unless I look at it from an angle, and the battery has got me to the end if the day with 23% still remaining. The size is a d feel at hand is so fantastic and that is the best part for me. It's very durable as well. Crease isn't noticeable one bit when the screen is on. First foldable and so far it's a great experience. Main and UW cameras are great quality and viewing pictures on the large inner display is fantastic.

I have turned off battery protection temporarily. The display is great and the crease much better. The whole thing seems more responsive too.

It was thinner than my S24 ultra, but it makes up for it when unfolded. The build quality so far is amazing. I never had any problems with Samsung phones, except the infamous 7 edge.

Truly an Ultra-Powerful Foldable! Its slim, light and easy to open design and yet allows me to do multiwindow on the main screen when unfolded. Being able to do multitasking makes work much easier and much faster. Not to mention its powerful camera, bigger batttery capacity that makes me even love this product.
