Just bought the Thom Browne version of the watch (Classic style). It's great. If you are used to an older Galaxy Watch, you may feel the battery life is shorter, but coming from an Apple Watch, it's still about twice as long. The screen is better, very crisp, and the user interface is very responsive. The watch quality is top notch and the health functions are working quite well. I think it's likely that this is one of the best smartwatches out there at the moment. I also think the way the watch and the phone are presenting the data and the nature of the information itself are both better when compared to an Apple Watch. Great experience so far.

Overall watch is ok, but: . Not recomended Black colour - anything get hit its comes the scratch. If you planning to buy, choose silver! The bad thing is the battery it holds less than 40hours. You need charge the watch every day. So I you can get constantly tracking, even sleeping. If you need take it off and charge it. I had previous version Galaxy watch and holds easy 3 days. Perhaps for some pepole this is not the issuse like apple watch which you need charge every day. But for me this I prefer have less things in the watch but stronger battery. This charging is so anoying, so at the end I prefer different watch. Not happy with the purchase.

The watch 4 classic is fantastic. I was worried that like every other wear os watch it would be a letdown but its silky smooth and the Samsung skin improves every element of the phone UI and use. I did not think I would be this happy with it but I truly am impressed and complements the flip perfectly! As a note on the batter (mine is the 46mm) as many reviews of the smaller model have mentioned it, in my use so far sleep tracking only uses 8% overnight, and as an example from fully charged at 7am its now 1pm I have had quite a few notifications, two alarms, one call, and constant music control and I have 89% left. To me, that is plenty good enough!

This is my third samsung watch after owning the Gear S3 Frontier and then upgrading to the Galaxy Watch i chose to upgrade to the Galaxy Watch4. I really liked the fact that Samsung finally moved to wear OS from Tizen as it offers more choices of apps but the most important thing for me is that the battery life is reduced by half compared to previous watches. If you forget to charge it overnight that is it,you got a really nice looking dead smart watch on your wrist the next day. Previous battery lifespam was 2-3 days and now is just a day or maybe 1 and a half if you are not that active. Really disappointed with this upgrade. I regret trading in my Galaxy Watch1.

Got my galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm to help with my training as I have taken up running but it's doesn't read my heart rate or give me notifications and I wondered why but then I found out its because the watch isn't registering as being on my wrist as if have tattoo sleeves so after doing some research I found out it is true but it doesn't say this anywhere in the small print until you go looking for the reason why the heart rate sensor isn't working so it save your money if you have tattoos and buy a normal watch. This is something Samsung should make known in the product details of this watch.

Sat ugodno pristaje ruci, malo poboljšanje u odnosu na starije modele. Klizni prsten savršeno funkcionira. Brzina je povećana. Razgovori su bolji nego na starijim modelima, Bixby radi dobro. Sve pohvale na količini funkcija. Pošto obožavam Samsung i imam njihove Buds-e, duo punjač, televiziju, mobitel i sat moram priznati da su stvarno u samom vrhuncu dostupne tehnologije. Teško da ću odustati od kupovine njihovih uređaja. Jedina zamjerka, koju ako Samsung riješi će imat savršen uređaj, a to je trajanje baterije.

I was so looking forward to this watch, as i had Huewei and a Galaxy Watch 3 in the past plus the original Moto 360. I thought the inclusion of Google wear instead of tizen would be amazing. But if im honest the changes are actually negative compared to GW3. Firstly lack of watch faces from Samsung is disappointing but the battery life and the gps on the GW4 is appalling for such a premium device. Used the watch only whilst cycling the other day and according to the watch I cycled 30% less then i actually did as the watch somehow thought i cycled through housed, fields and a hotel at one point

The battery life is nowhere near what is advertised. Full charge lasted only 10 hours. Turned off 80% of the features of the watch. All the things that support suggest would drain the battery and still was only getting 20 hours on a full charge. Advertised as "Up to 40 hours - Typical Usage" which is just unachievable. It would be like buying an electric car that can do "Up to 400 miles - Typical Usage" Then not being able to turn on the heater, radio, lights, and sat nav, then only being able to drive at 30mph to get 200 miles out of the full charge.

Apaalingly bad decisions were made by Samsung. Unlike the original Galaxy Watch, which works perfectly with Android phones, the trash Galaxy Watch 4 Classic does NOT. It'll pair just fine. But you CANNOT download ANY new watchfaces, apps, etc for this watch using Google Play. The Samsung Galaxy Store App worked fine with the Galaxy Watch, but does NOT work for the Galaxy Watch 4 when apired for Android. Unlike with the original watch, 4 Classic does NOT allow you to get apps directly from the watch, either. I am getting a refund and I am warning everyone. I am officially done with Samsung. Their rep had the audacity today to suggest the 'solution' of me buying a Samsung phone to use the watch. No, think I'll just buy another brand.

I "upgraded" to the galaxy watch 4 classic from the 1st galaxy watch classic and I have to say it's a major step back, even after going through a YouTube tutorial on settings that will save battery I'm lucky to get 2 days out of it. The HR monitor is intermittent and freezes without reason all the time and I've never had a workout where it doesn't freeze throughout the entire session. Terrible watch for the price, save money and stick with what you have or wait for the next one, hopefully that will be better as it would be hard to make it worse!

Had a Galaxy 3 Classic in the past and decided to give the 4 a try. Wrong move. 1. Battery life very poor 2. 4G connectivity won't work unless using Samsung phone 3. Watch answers calls as a default, so even if you answer it on your phone, microphone and speaker on the watch activates itself automatically 4. Strap for the classic it's way too short and kills the looks of the nice watch with its silicone, rubbery design 5. Watch is slow, apps freeze and apart from a decent looks I can't see this product being worth the price

Most disappointed aspect of this watch is the gps tracking data for running/cycling. Only used it properly for record runs but results are differing from people using garmin and even apple products. And to be clear samsung watch classic 4 is the outlier. Can be 10% difference. If you are into that type of stuff then it renders the watch4 classic a bit pointless. Also would be nice to have a strava app that sits ON the watch. Rather than recording having to record on Samsung health and then strava on a phone taking the data. Even then there seems to br a difference in data between the 2 apps. That said the sleep monitor, heart monitor etc are great and connectivity with Samsung phones is faultless. Nice design and comfortable to wear. Battery life is OK too.

Sat je pun opcija s više nego dovoljno prostora za pohranu. Fluidnost kretanja kroz sat i aplikacije nije baš savršena, al samo jednom se smrzavao i zapinjao pa je bilo potrebno restartati ga - što je riješilo problem. Kako bilo, s obzirom na procesor i RAM, očekivao sam i bolju fluidnost. No, velika zamjerka je zapravo na vrlo slabu bateriju. Sat je potrebno puniti svaki dan. Baterija nije u stanju izdržati ni 24 sata i to bez da su sve opcije koje značajno troše bateriju uključene cijelo vrijeme (GPS i slično). Osim toga, glasovne funkcije ne funkcioniraju uvijek pa to stvara probleme. Problem sam imao i kod uparivanja s bežičnim slušalicama i ostvarivanja razgovora preko njih. Sve navedeno jako narušava komoditet i korištenje sata pa mu dajem prosječnu ocjenu.

From the unboxing the watch till now the 4G has never worked. I unboxed it, set it up, decided to go for a workout while listening to music on 4G. The watch lasted less than a minute. The Watch 3 4G was able to get through a workout with the downside being the I had only two hours of battery life. I was hoping the Watch 4 would improve on this but no. I kept the watch hoping with updates the issue would get resolved. After a year the problem persists. I paid extra for the 4G and paying for the data monthly and I haven’t been able to use it for even one exercise session. I guess I’m the idiot. I have immensely regretted buying this watch and how expensive it was. Lesson:- If the product doesn’t work send it back to them and you wont spend a year hating the site of it.

I was bought this as a replacement for my fitbit. Sadly this although a lovely looking watch and comfortable needs charging almost daily and I have turned off as many zapping features as possible. Such a massive disappointment. Also with the larger watch strap it only just fits me so I imagine this is an issue with men. It is easy to navigate and does what it says but I really wish my husband had not wasted his money. Its very expensive for something I need to charge more often that my phone.

I have been buying Samsung products for some time now, and have been very happy with each of my purchases up until I purchased the Galaxy 4 Classic watch, I thought this would be a good upgrade to the previous Galaxy watch I had but alas the battery life is bearly 36hrs (despite the description saying it has a long battery life) compared the to my previous watch having 4days of battery life, I have even had a replacement but that is still the same, although it charges quickly.

Really do not think very much of this watch at all! Had nothing but issues with it since purchased in december 2021. Had to factory reset it 4 × 2 recalibrate with my phone & that's just the beginning . I have been a samsung customer since the old D900 slide phone but since the galaxy S10 it seems to hav all gone wrong! There is nothing but bugs, errors & software/ firmware issues. I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm going to be switching to Apple now as had enough

I was worried about poor battery life that many users reported here. Still went ahead and ordered Watch 4 Classic 46mm. After 1 week of use I was pleasantly surprised that had over 50% battery left by end of day, and it's after very heavy u. So decided to be brave and set display to be alway on (adjusted brightness though slightly) - still getting 30-35% left before going to bed, which is not bad. Overall very pleased with this watch, huge improvement on my old model.

I have owned a Galaxy Watch 1, 3 and now 4 (there wasn't a 2) and this is the best so far. It looks stunning and works well although I did experience some glitches when setting it up (it appeared to lose contact with the phone). I am a little annoyed that Samsung switched to Wear OS from Tizen so soon after launching the previous model but it is probably a smart move, made more palatable by the trade in offer. They have done a good job at replicating the GUI from the previous version with a few minor tweeks here and there. The display is fantastically sharp and reverting back to a sports strap from a leather one previously sits more comfortably with using the watch to track activities such as running. Not had a problem with the battery life so far although I rarely wear it throughout the day. All-in-all a great watch.

I like the watch, the Bezelled edge is a must for me. Thats why I went for this model. I don't like the snooze options on the alarms, the options on previuos models was much better and less sensitive. When trying to snooze it often turns off. I love the new health features like blood oxygen, ecg and blood preasure. Its sleak design means I now use the sleep function to review my sleep as previous models were too big for me tp wear through the night.

I do like the watch I've had all 4 now. I didn't realise I couldn't use any watch faces from my galaxy watch 3 . I had one particular watch face that looked stunning on the watch 3 but can't get it on this one and most of the faces on the play store are rubbish and don't work properly. Kind of wished I'd kept the watch 3 because the faces more much better on the galaxy store , other than that the watch 4 has great features and it's very responsive.

In many respects a great device, quality touch and feel and some good features that I like. However the issues cast a show over the good I could say. Let downs (and hence rating) are an odd and inconsistent assortment of Samsung and Google Apps that will suit neither a Samsung user or a pure Google/Android user. For example only Samsung Calendar and Reminders, no Google Calendar or Reminders. Only Google Lists no Samsung Notes. Bixby voice assistant only, that does not even use the phonetic spellings in the address book so cannot dial many names. However the big problem is the heart rate monitor that will either stop reading or read a low heart rate just when at the most vigorous and peak heart rate of your workout. It does this walking, or during a HIIT workout with consistency and is widely reported by others. Such a defect is a big let down.

Decided to get a Samsung watch to replace my other fitness watch. It was really easyto set up and to connect to my Samsung phone. I am absolutely delighted with the watch and all the features, the screen is clear and easy to read. The battery life is excellent and recharges quickly. I wish I had got one earlier as its a fantastic fitness partner. I would definitely recommend this watch to anyone. Yet another great Samsung product.

Great device. Love it but with everything turned off (Wi-Fi off, network off, sensors off, only notifications on) its giving me less than 48 hours of battery life and I was lucky enough not to receive too many notifications on it to kill more battery. I don't want to see if I turn everything on it will last a day . I will return the watch and go back to the first Galaxy watch with 3 days of battery life. Good job Samsung

I waited months for this watch coming out and it's awful. 6 days now & cellur still isn't working, although EE have set it up the watch isn't connected. And the battery life... absolutely shocking you're lucky if it gets you till the end of the day with moderate use... genuinly so shocking. Originally ordered the 44mm but due to there being next to no flex in the strap I had to send it back and get the smaller one.

I purchased this product with a data plan with o2. The watch looks great and initial play with it was fabulous. However, the watch battery does not last a night (to monitor sleep) and also does not last a 5 mile run. The watch also overheats constantly. Ive now sent mine back. I love samsung products ( i have s21 and had numerous previously) and can accept some issues given its a new product but its not fit for purpose.

I am coming over from the Apple ecosystem, and find that I like my Galaxy Watch 4 much better than my Apple Watch. The battery, on both watches, run about the same….around 2 days, which is fine for me. I don’t play games Galaxy 4, but rather use it as a watch and to text and answer phone calls. The only complaint I have is not enough stock faces. I prefer an elegant face that doesn’t involve steps, breathing, etc.

A warning to potential purchasers - if you have tattooed wrists the watch will most likely not function properly as the watch does not recognise it is being worn. Battery life (even when functioning as just a watch, no notifications/health features etc due to the above) is very poor, around 12 hours between charges. The wireless charging is hit and miss. Software is buggy and crashes often. Very disappointing.

I got mine Classic 4 (46mm) on 20th August. I have been on the watch since then understanding the new features which are introduced in this one more than the watch 3 using before, ECG, Snoring recorder, Body measurement. Classic 4 is an improvement over the Watch 3. It's sleek, classic, and simple to operate. the response rate of the screen is top-notch. Samsung, please install "Voice recorder" in this piece.

Very expensive toy. I purchased because of the ECG feature, approximately 300 times it has counted down to the last few seconds then reset to 30, 792 recordings have registered on the app. of which 532 are poor recording and 131 are inconclusive. I have 28 A-fib and 101 sinus rhythm so a total of 129 actually recorded is way below expectations. Extremely poor gimmick to add so they can ask premium prices.

Great looking, feeling watch. But the fitness features are very suspect in accuracy, comparing to two other fitness trackers, the Samsung data is way off the other two. Battery life is terrible, but meets expectation on description. Can be uncomfortable when doing workouts, with the metal buttons on the side of the watch....but on the flip side looks great. Good apps, watchfaces and features overall.

Terrible investment. Battery life is 10 hours max. I leave my house at 4am and by 11am I'm on 44% .shocking how they can change so much for a really badly powered watch. My last smart watch I could do 100k steps in a day...honestly, on this watch I'd you would be lucky to do 15k steps before it goes dead Really am disappointed with this product. Samsung health monitor is like a wall that limits the purpose (ECG and BP monitoring) why I bought this watch, just because I bought my samsung phone from another country which is not covered by SHM. Now, my options are, if I really want to use those features, is to buy a new samsung phone here in the UK, or just return the watch. Two stars for now for the good looks and build quality.

The smart watch in general is very easy to use. It's very accurate and the notifications come through quite quickly. The negative things about it are. The battery doesn't last very long at all. If you let the battery go empty not all of your settings and preferences come back on once you've charged and switched back on. That's quite frustrating. But on a whole it's pretty good.

Watch looks nice but the straps are very poor quality and feels cheap. The straps are not a neat fit around the wrist. The battery life is poor. Without using any of the features, and only getting notifications on the watch for calls and messages the battery will not last even a day. My old Galaxy 46mm still lasts me 3 days on a full charge. This new watch is very poor.

I love the simplicity of the watch and all the functions and married with Samsung Health on my phone helps me with my goals. One matter of concern - the software does seme to indicate I am riding my indoor bike during the night. The smartwatch has many useful features especially for health, the battery life is good with the software running smooth. Like the watch, hate the fact that because of the design, normal watch straps don't fit. You are only left with the choice of the genuine Samsung straps which are a ridiculous price for a strap. Check carefully if a 3rd party site says it fits this watch, normal 20mm will not because of the design. Otherwise, really like the features of the watch.

Overall I love this watch but the only thing I don't like is that the screen goes off when put your arm down and there is no way to turn this feature off.The only way to do that is to turn on the watch always on but that wastes to much battery life I wish you you could extend the screen time until it turns off from 1 minute to 5 minutes

Best feature I can make calls with it but overall for a watch that costs this much it was a big disappointment. Great watch, I have used the older 46mm Galaxy Watch since 2017. I love this as an upgrade. Great upgrades and a super functional watch which does much more than my older model. Battery power it what it is, about the same as my old watch but does so much more. Keep an open mind when reading reviews, I think this watch is great !

I upgraded by old 46mm to the new Samsung Watch 4. Great watch but the battery power does not last me overnight, I can go to bed will full charge and in the morning its down to 9%, that with power saving on and hardly anything working. Great watch nice features but I wish I had stuck with my old watch, was not worth the money.

It's really annoying for this money so poor battery! Need to recharge every day over night so how to using watch future witch watch on charging stations and charging it take ages....really disappointed about bat and charging time. I moved to the watch 4 from the watch 1 and I would get 3-4 days out of my original where as I'm lucky to get 2 days out of this even after turning off all unnecessary features and watching a power saving tutorial on YouTube, this is a good watch with good features but the battery ruines it and drains far too quickly.

Great watch but Samsung needs to do something about the battery consumption as it is terrible, only lasts a couple of days in flight mode and that's with everything turned off! If you turn on features that are required it lasts a day Battery performance is a must area that Samsung needs to took into and get it fixed

Fantastic watch, great sensitive and customization. I was struggling to read the smaller watch and this one is perfect. Battery happily lasts 2 days with continuous heart monitor on as I have a health condition needing and the Dr loves that I can check heart rate history since last time seeing them and show them.

I have the first Samsung watch 1 classic and the watch 4 classic. I have set them up for the same settings, and watch 1 lasted for 3 days and watch 4 lasted 1day this is terrible, Not worth the money I wish I didn't Purchase it and stick with watch 1 the only good thing is that watch 4 is lighter.

Love it. Terrible battery life. You CAN have two days life, as long as you don't do anything with it other than check the time. I use it for the gym and running and it will just make it 48 hours. If I have everything turned off and battery saver on. If you use always on display it's a daily charger

Disappointing battery life. I've previously had fitbits and enjoyed that everything is in one app. For my Samsung watch I have Samsung wearable, another app to download different faces and Samsung health to access the health information from the watch. Overly complicated and very bulky.

Could be a great watch/phone if they fixed the incoming voice volume when in a call. Even with volume at full you cannot hear the person your speaking to which defeats the point of having the watch 4 classic. Samsung do know about this ut nothing is being done. Such a shame !!!

Sat ima sve potrebne mogućnosti za prosječnog korisnika. Aplikacije su raspoređene identično kao i na mobitelu što je pozitivno za korištenje i snalaženje. Vizualno jako dobro izgleda na ruci. Nedostatak je što je rub remena kod kućišta sata pravokutan umjesto zaobljen.

Thanks to the incredible Wear OS Powered by Samsung, the customisation abilities on this watch are endless, so you can design a watch experience that works for you. As for the temperature increase, using high-powered functions such as LTE can cause your watch to generate more heat. This is normal behaviour and can be managed by disabling this feature when it isn’t in use, by swiping down from the top of your watch screen > Settings > Connections > Mobile networks. We also recommend checking for any pending updates, as they’re regularly released to improve the stability and function of your watch. The inteded purpose for this watch is to monitor the activity day & night, but how can one do that if the watch needs to be charged every 5-6 hours? it was a Christmass present which dissapointed in the worse way. I have to return it, can`t be used. Really dissapointed!

Design i funkcionalnost ok, jedina boljka je baterija koja ako su uključene sve opcije za što pametni sat služi traje do dan ili nešto malo preko. Također tlakomjer sat je potrebno kalibrirati svaka 3 tjedna što je malo nezgodno ako nemate tlakomjer pri ruci.

I bought the this watch to replace an earlier version galsxy watch. This watch does not have the Samsung email app. The sleep app only works intermittently. WhatsApp messaging has stopped working. All in all this watch has been a great disappointment.

The watch is good and has plenty of features. The main gripe I have is the battery life, I need to charge it every couple of days (and I have turned off some of the notifications). Not sure I'd get another one in the future but it did what it needs to.

I would love to rate this watch higher. Loverly watch, beautiful design and display. But the battery estimate is 1Day and 5Hours. And 1Day 12Hours with Powesave on. My old Samsung galaxy watch 1st gen lasted at least 2 days.

It arrived without a strap, just a face and a charging cable. What am i suposed to do with this? Not a watch, not even a pocket watch, ita a glorified paperweight. I even paid extra for a leather stap. No sign of that either.

fine as a watch, but battery life useless if your tracking your hike. First time tracking watch life was at 60% got to 5 miles and it died. 2nd time 100% managed 12mile died. fitbit lasted all day! massive disappointment.

Consistently gets the step count wrong. Often thinks I haven't been moving when I have. Often can't take an oxygen reading. Battery life is pretty bad and its own predictions of life are wrong.

The display and menus are easy to navigate With sufficient features. Sadly there are almost no new widget additions and the sleep monitor is very inconsistent! Decent for the price overall.

The watch it has nice features but unfortunatelly the battery drains very quickly. It says you can wear it all day but the battery last maximum 22h and it takes about 2h to charge.

It's designed to keep up with your lifestyle and keep you powered on for hours, but this can also depend on usage. Heavy usage such as constant fitness tracking and sleep tracking may affect this. We recommend having it in Goodnight mode at night, so that it tracks your sleep but doesn't receive notifications. To do this, go to the Galaxy Wearable app > Watch settings > Advanced > Toggle on Goodnight mode. We also recommend checking for regular software updates. Go to the Galaxy Wearable app > Watch settings > Watch software update > Download and install. This will ensure that your watch is running at its optimum level and will smooth out any bugs.
