We were determined in getting a fridge with bottom drawer freezer. Once we saw this fridge we feel in love with the simplistic, sleek design. It looks great in our kitchen and it is something we never knew was missing from our lives. Love all the storage and it’s made organizing our food an ease. The freezer is huge easily accessible. We love all the apps from the timer, to Pandora, hooking up our ring doorbell, even requesting and Uber from the fridge! So happy with this purchase and looking forward to all the years to come using this fridge.

I bought this exactly 2 years ago and it doesn't work. How can this device do an update and install the wrong software. Now it thinks is has a flex zone. Samsung is no help since I did get a warranty from them but if it's a software issue then Samsung should help. I already had service to exchange the bird in the back and still the same issue. I have a house of Samsung appliances but they all are not worth it. Please do not buy wait until 20 years when they know what they are doing.

i am in love with this fridge. absolutely amazing. keeps nice and cold, love that the ice maker is on the door so we have lots of room in the freezer. the fridge part is also super s[spacious. i didn't notice in the pictures i looked at before purchasing that the top "drawer" to hold butter and cheeses isn't a drawer on this fridge but a regular shelf. and i must say i do not miss the "drawer" i love the shelf idea as i don't have to worry about opening the fridge and butter/cheese come flying at me anymore.

i really wanted to love this product! i am listing the things i would want to know before i purchased. the ice machine is slow! it makes 8 cubes of ice 3 times a day. the freezer door does not suction shut then the items in the freezer thaw just a small amount. no alarm sound for this. we've had to throw away a few gallons of milk, we kept it in the door area so we moved it & the problem stopped. dents super easily! the finger prints are ridicoulus! very annoying. i had the fridge all set up & then had to update the software. the picture for inside the fridge only shows items on the 2 shelves right in front of the camera. the water leaks a small amount we always have a stain on the shelf.

We really like this fridge, starting from outside it looks modern and cool. inside it is also roomy and offers plenty of space. The fridge is quiet while it works and on the left side it has the freezer while on the right holds the rest. The filter is easy to change and the fridge lets you know when it needs to be changed. We really like having a smart fridge, can play music or videos, read recipes or articles while in the kitchen. The app is also useful to communicate with the fridge and see inside from afar. There are plenty of functions that we are enjoying and these are just some. Our favorite large, cool and amazing fridge.

Very disappointed in this fridge. For the money it costs do you think they would’ve put a little more effort into the engineering and design of this. Let’s start off with the first problem which is the water hook up line is too short so you will undoubtedly damage it if you forget it’s back there without adding an extension before hand. Next to the icemaker is pathetic. Makes ice very slowly and the reservoir is terribly small. There is no light to guide you when you are filling your water at night time. There is no butter drawer at the top of the fridge where are you put things such as butter or cream cheese or other small jarred items. And perhaps the most important and biggest disappointment is none of the shelves adjust so good luck with 2 L bottles or wine. What were they thinking?… For the money you spend there should’ve been a little more thought put into this. Will definitely not be buying Samsung in the future. If they are comfortable letting this go out to people that I am comfortable taking my business elsewhere. Will definitely not be buying Samsung in the future. This is the only fridge I've ever had that gets dings so easily. If you sneeze, it gets a ding in it. I have never had, not one dent, in any fridge I've ever owned in my almost 50 years. Made so cheap. What a disappointment. Love the fridge, but when i build my new home this year, I will not be adding samsung appliances unless they use better stainless steel in the near future. I've seen so many complaints about this recently.

I have barely had this fridge for two years and already the compressor goes off and on. I am needing to unplug it and plug it back everytime to get the machine to come back on. Truly a waste of money. Samsung I am not happy at all. I need a replacement asap. This is wrong.

Although I picked one of the smaller refrigerators, it's not so small. It is about the same size as our old fridg(so I thought) until they moved it in. We use to have cabinets above the fridge...we don't have them anymore, which is fine with me. This year I plan to remodel my entire kitchen anyway. The modern design of my Samsung refrigerator is a gorgeous, industrial look. I love the fact it's sleek, you do not see the door handles. But watch out for your feet, I have opened the door on my feet numerous times already.lol. It is huge! The family hub is my favorite part. I blast my spotify music on a daily bases just about all day long. With covid-19, kids are doing school from home and the hub is perfect for them too! Each family member has a profile of their own, where I can write to-do lists, notes, reminders, add to the monthly calendar, etc. for us to keep up with their crazy schedules. I love you can do anything on the hub that you can do on a phone, computer or tablet without having it in the kitchen where somthing more than likely will get spilled on it....yes, it has happened to me, I am a messy cook. On the hub you are able to do so many things like a diagnostic check on the fridge to make sure everything runs smoothly and the way it should, time & date, the weather, music, daily quick recipes, daily Trivia with daily Inspiration, Word of the Day and On This Day. It has many different apps like Meal Planner, Shopping Deals, Spotify, GurbHub, InstaCart, View Inside, Shopping List and tons more. I love going to the store knowing the inventory in my fridge/freezer because it keeps up with that too, along with how long you have had your food for so it doesn't go bad. I'm still learning how to work it. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my new Samsung refrigerator but I gave 4 stars because there are a few small features I wish it had to make it the perfect refrigerator for me, like a light on the water and ice dispenser, adjustable shelves where it gives my tea pitcher at least 2 inches from the other shelf and I wish it worked with Google or Alexa instead of Bixby. I really don't mind the Bixby but I already have multiple apps to run different things my household, which is ridiculous. but all in all, I am happy with my purchase and would do it again.

I wish the ice maker would crush ice a little better, food has been lasting longer than before which is great and lessens the pain of throwing things out. The family hub is a really cool feature and I have used it while at the grocery store. It’s like having a tablet on your fridge. I’ve used it with YouTube to look up recipes. I think this will be a durable fridge in the long run. This is the second Samsung fridge I have owned and over all efficiency was great.

As far as the durability, it has been functioning very well for the last 5 years, the only issue is that the hub screen has been glitching lately for some reasons. It is by far a sufficient capacity for the family needs, it is the right size and allows us to store a lot of foods. The food preservation is impressive as it keeps the freshness of the foods stored. In terms of efficiency it has a very average consumption of electricity. Other than that we are satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new refrigerator, this thing is a beast has a ton of space, we also like the fact that you can put milk and juice gallons in the door instead of taking up shelf space. Dual cooling zone is great so nothing gets frosted like it used to in my previous fridge. My kids are entertained drawing and listening to music while my wife and I hang out in the kitchen. You have access to tons of recipes, write notes to family members, view the weather, the shoprite app comes in extra handy .The camera on the door let's you see what's inside without having to open the fridge. The ice maker is definitely going to get a lot of use during the summer.

I listen to all kinds of music most the time, and I can see if someone comes to the door when a picture comes on. I also searched on Pinterest and found recipes I used. So handy! The fingerprint resist feature is the best! I have a childcare so many grubby hands touch it and it is no comparison to the regular stainless color we had. If something does get on it, it wipes right off with no smear or mark. Haven’t even used all the features it has and already love it! Only complaint is it needs a light at the water ice dispenser.

It took 2 days for repair man to come so needless to say all good was loss (I’ve been told Sumsung will reimburse us for all food lost). The mother board was replaced, but still did not work so they are giving us a new one, but will not pick up this one it’s mine to dispose of and we’re on day 9 of no refrigerator and freezer. My opinion is I don’t need the bells and whistles of the family hub as that is what controls the product, so if it goes down we’re out of luck. Not hopeful on replacement.

I love being able to listen at current news or my music playlist while preparing meals, the sound quality is grand. The recipe inspiration are cool too. There are many preloaded apps that are super convenient however we can't seem to get bixsby to respond. We believe that app is no longer available. If I had a chance to improve a features on this fridge, I would definitely change the way the ice comes out. There's a major delay at the initial contact when your glass hit the ice release. When visitors ate over we find the refrigerator is always a topic for discussion.

There are some things I’ll mention at the end that could be better and are why it only got 4 stars. For the pros: I LOVE that I can have a recipe up on my fridge door instead of having to go back and forth between apps on my phone. It is wildly convenient. The ability to see what is inside my fridge is also really neat, though the scope is quite limited as there is one central camera. My kiddos are over the moon that they can draw on the fridge and not get in trouble - my husband loves that he can write out a quick memo if he leaves the house for a minute and it is in a central location. The ice and water both work well and the water is nice and cold with a strong stream, but not so strong you get splashed while filling it up. The cons: the ice maker is in the door, so it is smaller than my previous one. It will be interesting to see how it keeps up over the summer when it sees heavy use. I didn’t expect it, but I find myself really missing a small cheese drawer in the middle of the fridge. This one has all shelves. On the tech side, I would love to be able to add my own apps from the App Store to the fridge rather than a handful of preset ones. Overall, I’m still over the moon about my purchase and would make it 100 times over. So far, I strongly recommend this fridge.

PROs: HUB interface (calendar, music, etc.), size of the fridge and freezer, actual temp displays, fast freeze and power cool actually work, good lighting, large door bins, fingerprint resistant stainless, fast and large ice maker. CONs: fixed shelves (no fold away shelf for tall items), no light on the ice/water dispenser, calendar app doesn't show future events - only the events of the day selected, no native Google Assistant app (it Does have Alexa/Bixby), it'd be nice to have a reach in ice bin on the ice maker internally. The PROs far outweigh the CONs - this is a great fridge!

The touchscreen tablet-like features are neat, but more of a show off gimmicky feature than a game changing fridge option. Streaming Spotify through the fridge is cool. The speaker has surprising quality. My kids like the whiteboard to draw on. I send them nice or funny notes and pictures through the family hub app. The only drawback is the screen location, it is far too low. My 6 y/o is the only person in the family who doesn’t have to bend down to have the screen at eye level. Overall, we’re very happy with the purchase.

I was a little concerned because it only has 2 drawers instead of 3 and less door shelves than my previous kitchen aid fridge but because of the large space it hasn’t been an issue. I do wish the ice maker had a larger capacity but I do like the smaller cubes instead of the standard rectangular ones. My kids love the whiteboard feature and the Alexa integration. I love the photo gallery and the ease of uploading family photos from my phone. I still haven’t had time to to read about all of the family hub features but look forward to exploring. I am wondering what it will be like in 10 years as technology progresses.I do wish it had larger data storage capacity.

The touchscreen is really cool! I love playing music on the fridge while I cook dinner while also being able to look at the recipe on there to. The family hub app works really well on my phone to I use the list option to get in and out of the store quicker because it automatically sorts it into sections. I expected the speaker to be sub par. Nope! What a beautiful fridge with large clear screen and great speaker. Easy to clean. Freezer is a bit small but I have a large chest for larger items. this is really reliable fridge, i use it for a year already, never had any problems with the display or fridge itself. it always politely asks to close the door when you keep it open for a long time, reminds you to do service in time and overall good quality of service. a year passed and there was only one error on the screen, error 41, i asked support, they replied very fast and i had only to reboot the display, cos i didn't reboot it for a year. that's it. i am happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator back in May, but due to the coronavirus back logs, I had to wait two months to get it. It was well worth the wait! I absolutely love it! The temperatures are perfect, it is spacious and makes kitchen life a dream. The whole family is in love with the Family Hub touch screen, from playing music while cooking to pulling up recipes or just viewing my favorite photo collage, the uses are endless. I have only scratched the surface. Not to mention the priceless joy of ice water with refilling containers. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. If I had to improve on it in any way, I would add another drawer in the fridge and widen the door shelves.

We purchased our first Samsung refrigerator 3 years ago and absolutely loved the sleek design and stainless steel finish. When it came time to replace the refrigerator in our beach house, there was no question we would be purchasing the updated model of that same one. This model runs very quietly and makes ice quickly. We trust the brand and have looked to Samsung for other appliances and TV's as well. The quality is always excellent!

I love this fridge, BUT the ice maker in this one is absolutely TERRIBLE! We literally get 24 little ice cubes a day. With four people trying to fill their water bottles each day - that simply does not work! Additionally, when the ice cubes drop, they mostly shatter. We don't even have to select "crushed ice," but that's what we get. Then, the dispenser continually clogs up with ice chips, and I have to dig all of that out, or the ice is completely blocked! TERRIBLE!!!

Pros Inside door shelves hold milk cartons Shelves are all very deep and roomy. All shelves and drawers are clear so everything is visible. Touch screen is awesome with many apps and the ability to connect to Ring Video, Pandora and various other apps like cooking apps and calendar. Notifications if you leave the door open to your phone Nice built in speakers Cons A little boxy aesthetically Water Dispenser is hard to push and control. You need two hands and this should have been a lever instead of a button.

I thoroughly enjoy the amazon music app installed as I have a subscription for that. Power freeze and power cool are a nice feature as well. I love the family hub, I have pictures and videos of my kids on the homescreen. Love the shopping list. View inside usually is foggy due to condensation and it only shows the two middle shelves. My complaints are the space in both the refrigerator and freezer, drawer space is almost nill. My other issue is that Bixby is stuck in the town I purchased the unit and there is no option to change it to my own.

This has so much more room, love the wide drawers. We now have so much more space. The obvious bonus is the family hub. I can listen to music on ther fridge while we cook or just cleaning up, the speakers are great. We leave little notes for our daughters through out the day. With the weather getting warmer the ice maker and water dispenser are great features,if we stay in the kitchen for a while I like to play a quick game of pictionary with my kids on the drawing board..we love our new toy.

Pésimo refrigerador compré uno y solo me duró 4 años jamás había tenido un refrigerador que durara tan poco, se descompuso vinieron 3 veces le hicieron algunos servicios y al final me dijeron que lo arreglarían pero no quedaría al 100, así que pedi cambio pero nadie me resuelve, pésimo servicio tengo tres meses sin refrigerador hablo al servicio y no me dan una solución se la pasan con que no es el departamento indicado me levantan un folio y que me marcaran pero hasta la fecha nada, marco de nuevo y la misma historia nadie me da solución la verdad muy decepcionada del refrigerador y del servicio Samsung

Compre este producto el.mes pasado y es muy bueno, recalcar que es muy espacioso y hondo, la pantalla es rápida todo normal, el filtro de agua debe cambiarse en 6 meses aproximadamente en la misma pantalla te avisa, si se puede sacar las puertas para transportar pero lo tienes que hacer con cuidado, yo lo subí sin puertas hasta un 3er piso por las escaleras con mucho cuidado, las escaleras eran amplias.

My 5 year old knows how to turn on his kidzbop station and he and i use it to practice sight words. My 13 year old daughter uses the fridge to text me while I am at work. I haven't had any problems with my new refrigerator. I even like the notifications that will tell you when a particular food is about to expire. I also connected our Spotify music library to the fridge, and now have lots of great music to cook by. I do, on occasion, miss the night light that we had on our old fridge that would light up if you wanted a glass of water during the night, but this is not a deal breaker for me. This new fridge far surpasses the old.

From the app accessible camera inside the fridge door that lets you see what you may be running low on or out of to the massive tablet that allows you to pull up recipes and stream video/music to it, its is not lacking nerdy tech stuff. The LED lights inside are very bright and the amount of space for a side by side is amazing! The only thing I would have liked to see is some lighting on the freezer door ice maker/water dispenser. Besides that, this thing has more bells and whistles than a Hypercar! We liked the fridge so much, we bought the rest of the matching set!!!

With recipes on the days I have no clue what to make for the kiddos, healthy food options, music, and lifetime movies. This takes smart to a whole new dimension. Reminders, scheduling, and it even lets me know when food expires. I think it’s a slice of Heaven especially for moms, entrepreneurs, restaurants, gyms, students, and chefs. I would say this is the best investment I’ve made in a longtime and it wasn’t a forced upgrade like other products it was a choice that makes it all the better.

I bought this refrigerator in September 2021. The display screen died 7 months after the 1 year warranty expired. Screen is backordered at Samsung with no ETA given. Bad screen, bad warranty, bad support. Notwithstanding, the ice maker is slow to make ice and gets jammed up with ice easily. Even worse, unless you use a very wide glass (wider than average glass), in oder to get water from the door dispinser, you have to push the glass so far into the door that it passes the water spigit, causing water to miss the glass, shoot out on your hand and run down the front of the refrigerator. Lastly, the interior camera show very little of the interior frig. Gimik sounds usable but it's really not.

We didn't expect to use any of the added features, but now that we've owned it for a couple of months, we use a lot of the built-in apps. My favorite is the shopping list, recipes, Pandora, and the food expiration alerts. I also like that i can access the apps through our phones. The water and ice dispenser is also large enough to fit a pitcher. The sound from the speaker sounds excellent. My wife watches youtube videos while cooking. My kid likes to doodle on the writing pad and change pictures on the wallpaper. Another feature we like is the display shows an animated picture that reflects the weather condition outside.

one important expected "basic" feature is the sound reminder/alarm on this product is useless! you can set the reminder on the screen but the alarm works on your own phone only!!!! what the heck?!?!? why would i need my phone to do the sound of the alarm if i have this "smart" screen?!?! i could set up the reminder/alarm on my phone and thats it!!!!!! why guys you gonna pay more than 20 hundreds of $$$ for a product with a huge tablet that has only 2g of storage!?!?!?! why you guys would pay this huge amount of money for a product that has "smart" tablet that doesn't let you to install whatever apps you want!?!?!?! i am returning it this week as well as the range that i purchased a few weeks ago!

Our old refrigerator was more than 10 years old and this new Samsung refrigerator has a HUGE improvement in every aspect of functionality. Huge storage space (we can have anything and everything in the refrigerator now), is connected...who wouldn't love a connected in the day and age..:-) we love it. The freezer is awesome, the lighting, space, and functionality, the best. Little bit about the connectedness our family calendar shows up on the refrigerator, all the great items we cooked, those photos show up in the slideshow, and beautiful music keeps the kitchen/cooking experience lovely. and it was super easy to set it up. Love it!!

Fridge is great at keeping things cool or frozen, great monitoring tools built in (filter change reminder and tutorial, easy temp controls). External water and ice dispenser are very difficult. Water stream is angled too far towards the user, so odds are the water will catch the edge of your container. Ice maker is inaccesible by hand from inside (no grabbing a handful of ice cubes, only way of getting ice is via the dispenser). Even on cubed ice, half the ice that shoots out is crushed. It’s a good fridge, but if I could change one thing it would absolutely be the water/ice setup.

My Samsung 26.7 Cu Ft large Refrigerator has a lot of space and room to fit pleanty of food. With my two 4 year olds running around touching the Refrigerator with there hands, you can't see there finger prints. I can cook and listen to music, read notes , get my recipes and get reminders all from my Refrigerator. The camera inside my Refrigerator lets me see inside without opening the door. It also lets me know when my food has expired. The freezer has plenty of space and holds a lot of frozen foods, it even makes the perfect size ice cubes. It's the best refrigerator I ever had.

If your smart hub screen dies it will shut the whole refrigerator off. The inside camera is helpful for a quick glance.( Wish for 2 views Top and bottom for better view.) It does has smart control option to be able to control certain options through the Samsung app. The climate control is a nice feature being able to control the temperature. We originally bought it because we loved the sleek, modern side-by-side look, but the Family Hub features have completely won us over. It has become the central command center for our kitchen. ​We love being able to leave digital notes for each other, display family photos on the screen, and check what we need from the grocery store via the interior cameras. It cools perfectly, offers great storage space, and the tech features actually add value to our daily routine instead of just being a gimmick. Absolutely love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Family Hub fridge is AWESOME. It has plenty of storage and bins, bright lighting inside and great color. The Family Hub is the center of this great appliance, there are lots of Apps (Music, Weather, GrubHub, Photos, Bixby etc) included. This fridge will complement any kitchen color scheme. The ICE Maker and Water station are nicely fitted on the left side of the fridge and operates quietly. I am finding new things out daily and being able to use my Ring app is an added bonus, I can see who's at the front door just by looking at the fridge, HOW COOL IS THAT !

Tengo 6 meses con este refrigerador y es una maravilla!! El espacio es perfecto para una familia de 5, los compartimentos me ayudan a tener mejor organización en los alimentos. La calidad y frescura de los alimentos se conservan por más tiempo, la temperatura se percibe y se siente hasta el último rincón . En el gasto de energía no sentimos que aumentará y eso es un gran punto a favor. Las puertas no son pesadas ni ruidosas y tener siempre hielos y agua es una gran ventaja. La pantalla funciona muy bien cumple con lo prometido. Definitivamente fue una excelente compra!!!

We absolutely adore this fridge. It has a TON of space inside. The lighting inside is amazing, it’s not too dark to see all shelves. The water/ice maker is perfect! The screen is such a great useful feature. It’s very user friendly, it helps our family keep track of all important dates and reminders. My daughter loves listening to music on it in the morning and being able to look inside when I’m at the grocery store to double check something is THE Best!

freezer: the ice maker machine in a complete headache. ice comes out slow. it sprays out ice even when its on “cubed ice”. we have to put our cup completely up against the dispenser or ice goes everywhere. theres no light on the dispenser so you have to turn on the kitchen light in the middle of the night. there isn’t a tray for the dispenser. so water spills down the fridge. its hard to fill large cups or containers like hydro flasks. the hub says the ice bucket is full all the time but there will be be no ice in the bucket. we’ve had the ice machine serviced and it still doesn’t work. we still only get 8 cubes of a week! we bought this expensive fridge and have had problem after problem with it since may 2020.
