What is a WAP push message and how does it work?

WAP Push is a type of SMS that is used to access a WAP site or page in a known, simple and easy way without having to enter the address (URL) of the page in the browser of our mobile phone.

It works in a similar way to the melody, tone, etc. download system. via SMS. The user sends an SMS and receives another one back with a welcome message and a URL. When accepting the SMS, the browser opens and directs us to the WAP address that we have requested. Very similar to when in our email we receive a message that contains a web address and we click on it.
