Durability poor, inherent manufacturing defect. Grey seam comes away from clear cover. Not properly "Hot moulded" in place. Spoke with customer care and they kept quoting 30 days warranty even though its clearly a manufacturing defect, product is not fit for purpose, and not "rugged" as described.There is clearly a failure in the bonding process. Why would you pay a premium price for a branded accessory. I have had cheaper non branded accessories that have never failed and done the job required.

I got this case February, now it's August and it's falling apart. The piping at the seams is poorly glued down and keeps coming off, I have to superglue it several times a week now to keep it together. Picture shows the latest - for a rugged case, a six month lifespan is very poor. I will look to replace with a third party case.

Case started to come apart after 8 months of use, rubber came away from the sides. Poor manufacturing. Struggling to get resolution from Samsung online, keep being told its over 14 days after delivery. Which it is but most people buy a case and expect it should be useable for at least a year

I brought this 3 months ago thinking that a sumsung branded cover would have decent quality control measures. Unfortunately both sides of the cover have just come apart, even though I look after my assets and work from home.

Ne protège pas correctement (j'ai eu la vitre cassée par un choc léger dans un coin) La fourre se désintègre (2 matériaux collés ensembles, mauvaise qualité de colle et ne tient pas après 6mois).

. Looks nice but very poor quality. It will only last a few months if you’re lucky. It comes with no warranty, and you won’t get a refund, so I wouldn’t bother.

Don't buy. Falls apart after about 4 weeks. Really. I had two of them. Should not be sold. Has design flaw. Shame because it looks great.
