I brought this 3 months ago thinking that a sumsung branded cover would have decent quality control measures. Unfortunately both sides of the cover have just come apart, even though I look after my assets and work from home.

I bought this cover with the phone directly from Samsung last Aug earlier this year the piping began peeling off the front of the phone cover and has now started peeling off the back. I am a mature male who looks after my devices and I expect the phone cover to last more than a year having paid a premium price for the cover. I do not recommend and will buy my replacement cover elsewhere

I got this case February, now it's August and it's falling apart. The piping at the seams is poorly glued down and keeps coming off, I have to superglue it several times a week now to keep it together. Picture shows the latest - for a rugged case, a six month lifespan is very poor. I will look to replace with a third party case.

Case started to come apart after 8 months of use, rubber came away from the sides. Poor manufacturing. Struggling to get resolution from Samsung online, keep being told its over 14 days after delivery. Which it is but most people buy a case and expect it should be useable for at least a year

. Looks nice but very poor quality. It will only last a few months if you’re lucky. It comes with no warranty, and you won’t get a refund, so I wouldn’t bother.
