Circle to Search

Circle to Search is a Google-powered feature that enables swift internet searches for information that you see on your screen without changing apps or typing out a search query. Use a simple gesture with your finger or the S Pen on images, videos or text to trigger a search.¹

    How do I install Galaxy AI on my Samsung device?


    To get the Galaxy AI features, make sure your device's software is updated to the latest version. You may receive a pop-up on your phone prompting you to download and install the update or you can update your mobile device's software manually by following these steps:


    Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

    Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

    Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Live Translate feature must be enabled and language package must be downloaded prior to use. Only available on the pre-installed Samsung Phone app. Translation might not be accurate.
  3. Samsung Account may be required to use certain AI Photo Assist features. Edit Suggestion is compatible with JPG, PNG. GIF and MP4 formats. Edit results may vary depending on the photography or filming condition. Editing with Generative Edit results in a resized photo up to 12MP. A visible watermark is overlaid on the image output upon saving in order to indicate that the image is generated by AI. Accuracy of results is not guaranteed.
  4. Requires Wi-Fi connection or mobile data. Some features of Chat Assist may require a Samsung Account. Translation might not be accurate. The availability of translation service may vary by country, region, or language. Accuracy of results is not guaranteed. Supported apps include Samsung Messages, Android Messages, KakaoTalk, Whatsapp, Instagram, Google Chat, Signal, Line Messenger and Tango. List of supported apps may vary from country.
  5. Samsung Account and Wi-Fi or mobile data required. Feature must be enabled with latest version of Samsung Notes. May not work on all content pasted or written content. The Auto format function has a limit on the number of characters.
  6. Requires Samsung Account and internet connection. Only compatible with Samsung Internet app. 
  7. Samsung Account required. Currently limited to select languages only. See website for full list of languages. Language package must be downloaded prior to use. Translation might not be accurate.
