The phone looks really good in its colour and we added a case to compliment the colour. The phone is very responsive and is a pleasure to use. The battery life is very good indeed. The pictures that have been taken are very sharp. The weight of the phone is just right and the display is so sharp and easy to read.

Upgraded from "Galaxy S20 FE 5G", so anything would feel like an upgrade, but after holding back for quite some time with the purchase, I'm happy that I waited. Display is of a very nice quality, pictures are taken fast and show great level of detail, battery life is very decent, as with a moderate(to heavy) use it can easily last me 1.5 day on full charge. Overall design of a phone is nice, it sits well in hand and is not as heavy as some bigger models (plus or Ultra). I gave AI functionality 3 stars only for the reason that I do not use it that much.

The display is the star — unfolded, it's big enough that I can actually read documents, review code and edit spreadsheets properly rather than squinting. Responsiveness is excellent; apps open instantly and switching between folded and unfolded is seamless with no lag. The hinge feels reassuringly solid and closes flat with no gap, and the overall durability has impressed me — it's been in and out of my bag daily and still looks new. Battery life easily sees me through a full day of heavy use, including travel days with maps and photos. Highly recommend.

The Display is probably my favourite part, its big and bright and makes watching videos and multitasking much better. Performance is also really smooth, apps open fast and I havent noticed much lag so far. Battery life has been pretty good for me, although heavy use does drain it quicker like you would expect. The Hinge feels solid and the overall Durability seems good, but I still find myself being a bit careful with a foldable phone. Overall I like it a lot, especially for work and multitasking. Its expensive but if you actually use the big screen then I think it makes more sense.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came from the Fold7. I wasn't sure if the upgrade would be worth it, but despite how incremental it is, it makes for a far more complete device! The hinge mechanism is far smoother and easier to open. The screen brightness boost makes a big difference (as does the anti-reflective layer on the inner screen) and the ultra wide camera upped to 50px really does make for more detailed photos. The faster charging is great too, I really notice it when in a rush to top up (though the battery is lasting longer already, the extra MAh really help). Plus the Shadow Green colourway is gorgeous. My favourite colour anyway, so it was a no brainer!

The responsiveness of the phone is impeccable and is extremely smooth, the new silicon carbon battery allows for your flagship battery life whilst making the phone slimmer, which shows in the crease now taking a huge visual decrease seen in other fold phones and also the hinge being smooth and durable to allow easy opening. And finally with the new titanium screen fitted into the screen the durability has stepped up dramatically.

The battery is big and reliable, so you’re not constantly watching the percentage. The crease is still technically there, but it’s finally at the point where you mostly forget about it. Durability feels much better thanks to the titanium structure and tougher overall design. The hinge is smoother, sturdier, and just satisfying to use. The responsiveness makes the whole phone feel fun and fast every time you open it. If you already love foldables or have been waiting for one that feels “ready” for everyday life, the Z Fold 8 Ultra really does feel like that milestone device.

It is very responsive also. Only negative so far is the media apps like netflix amazon and disney really need a update for a pinch to zoom function as it is small big widescreen bars or zoomed in to full screen and missing most of the sides there needs to be a nice inbetween screen please add this! I know the fold 8 has better viewing screen but as the flagship fold i feel this is missing. However so far everyone i show this phone too literally says wow when i unfold it!

I find when you are used to a certain size screen, it's hard to go smaller especially for the eyes. I love the way it feels and is a lot smoother on the keyboard. The battery last a long time too. I like that tbe screen lays completely flat, and the overall size when closed is a lot thinner than my old Z Fold which took up more space in my bag. So far using the phone, I have no issues. Happy with my purchase. I haven't used a lot of the AI functionality , so can't comment too much on that to give 5 *.

I owned an android phone for about six years and thought that the Samsung S26 would be very similar since it is also an android. It has been a VERY FRUSTATING EXPERIENCE. Samsung has customized some of the operating system features and it was very difficult to navigate the operating system trying to set up the Samsung in a similar way to the previous phone. It's very difficult to know if I'm doing something wrong or if I'm dealing with limitations of a different operating system. I'm not even sure where and how to access AI for help and how to get back to the working screen to change a setting. Everything is getting 1 star because the category I am rating it on is not here.

With normal daily use, I can get through most of the day without worrying about charging.Performance feels very smooth too, even when I have several apps open at the same time. I was a little unsure about the Hinge at first, but it feels strong and well made. The phone also feels more solid than I expected, which gives me confidence about Durability for everyday use. There is a small learning curve because it is different from a normal phone, but after using it for a few days, I got used to it quickly. Overall, it feels like a premium phone that is actually useful.

Fast,smooth and just a work of art and craftsmanship. Sometimes I feel it's a bit delicate compared to a single brick style but I guess I'm just getting used to it. Pick a good quality case as it does put your mind at rest on the protection front. Battery life seems s goods as my S23 even using it unfolded. The hinge is reassuringly positive on open and shutting, just remember if you rotate it while watching something you remember as trying to shut it the wrong way could damage it.

Battery, on the first day, you are setting up everything and there seems to be a significant improvement. Display is definitely brighter and less reflective. Hinge is really snappy to open and much easier (though no problem with fold 7 either). One thing I love about one UI is the responsiveness of the whole UI compared to Magic OS (I have a V6 too). Time will tell on Durability but the fold 7 was perfect for a year, so no reason to doubt the ultra. Speakers are great for such a thing device.

I had a Fold 4 which I loved, but the crease, weight and thickness pushed me to the S24 Ultra at upgrade time. Now instead of the s26 Ultra, I just got the Fold 8 Ultra and it's soo good to be back! The crease is virtually gone, it's lighter, it's impossibly thin, more durable internal screen, bigger battery, brighter screen, flagship chip, higher resolution, improved hinge, flex mode, cover screen preview..almost perfect! My only complaint is the lack of fold pen support which was great on the Fold 4. I get it might have been difficult with how thin the device is and it's not a deal breaker, but it would have been a nice bonus. Great job Samung and thanks for the awesome trade in bonus!

So don't need to carry around a battery bank like I have for years anymore. Front screen has really bright and clear. Wide so I can type without pressing multiple buttons. So I'm faster at texting. Phone is crazy thin... Like marginally thinker than iphones and galaxy phones but phone folds open! Internal screen is nice. And crease never bothered me much on fold3 but this generations you can barely even feel it let alone see it. Phone is snappy and fast... Zero issues with speed.

After using foldables for quite some time, I was curious to see how Samsung’s latest FE device would compare—and honestly, it has impressed me in several ways. The first thing I noticed was the practicality. The S26 FE is lighter, simpler, and more comfortable to use every day. While I miss the large foldable display for multitasking, the traditional smartphone design feels more convenient for one-handed use, carrying in a pocket, and general day-to-day tasks. The display is bright, vibrant, and responsive, making everything from browsing and social media to watching videos a pleasure. Samsung has also continued to improve its AI features, with tools that genuinely help with productivity, searching, translation, and content creation. Performance has been smooth and reliable, handling everything I throw at it without any issues. The cameras are another highlight, delivering sharp, colourful photos with excellent detail in most lighting conditions. For everyday photography, I’ve been very pleased with the results. Battery life is also a strong point. Compared to my Fold 6, I find myself worrying less about charging during the day. It comfortably gets me through a full day of normal use, and often more. Would I recommend moving from the Fold 6 to the S26 FE? It really depends on what you value. If you love the foldable experience and rely heavily on the larger inner screen for multitasking, you may prefer to stay with the Fold series. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An excellent machine as I expected and so far it is doing pretty much everything | want. The engineering is quite remarkable. The screen is beautiful and the crease is much less than that of my old Z fold 4. I hope it is more resilient and will not crack down the crease as that one did even whilst still in warranty. Without a protective cover, I find the phone rather slippery to handle particularly when opened. The thinness is very impressive but I would rather have preferred a return of the S pen or at least the integration of some sort of stylus. I also wish you offered a range of protective covers with a stylus, a stand and RFID space for cards. Is there one you recommend that I can be sure will work well?

The hinge is effortless and the whole device feels very durable and solid. I have been surprised with the battery performance too which has been better and with the wireless charging has made it super easy to still be mobile and productive on the go. This phone is very thing and much lighter than my S24 Ultra. It opens a whole new way of using a phone. Unfolded you can multitask with more apps open and with some apps expanding further. I can't praise this phone enough and there's no way I could go back to a slab phone. The outer display isn't quite as wide and the hight of my S24 Ultra but it's not much. I expect this will eventually change in future models My life cycle with phones is 2 year it'll be Fold 10 for me.

The build quality feels really durable and robust, the phone itself is much thinner than i initial thought however this has no impact on the quality. The screens both inside and out are plenty big enough and the responsiveness is the best ive encountered. The hinge feels really durable and robust. The battery level lives up to the manufacturers claims too. Overall best phone i have owned and i have had many iphones and samsung phones.

However the wow factor of being able to open the phone up to see the gorgeous large dispaly more than makes up for it. I am very impressed with the fact they have made the fold almost invisible. I can honestly say that I am totally unaware of it whilst using it and sometimes have to look at the back of the phone to make sure I am going to close the phone up the correct way. A brilliant piece of technology. It's just as quick as the S25 and overall I am extremely pleased that I traded in my S25.

After doing much researching on Tik Tok. I decided to go with this phone. It gives me goosebumps how good it is. Samsung is on top of the game right now. I have owned the Galaxy z-fold 3, 5 and 6. As well as the s26 ultra. And the Galaxy Z-fold 8 Ultra is hands down one of the most beautiful and best phones I've owned. You can tell Samsung really did a lot of care when designing this phone. I can see why it is getting some of the best reviews on the internet right now. Good job Samsung I love you! I've been a Samsung user since the original Galaxy.

Having to be a Samsung user for over 2 decades, the AI features is surprisingly good. But in comparison with the previous One plus Open (years older) the samsung galaxy z ultra 8 is subpar for its camera quality and intuitiveness. The screen quality is also less. I have not tested its durability since I just got it for a few days. But the body durability and built seems soft. The battery also run out faster even on stand by. It heats up a bit when plugged. The hinge fold and crease is good. The performance is really good. The phone starts up fast.

I bought this device when it first released to replace my Fold3 and it has been a noticable difference in my day-to-day. My battery life lasts more than a day while using multiple apps, and the front display is so much better to use and feels like a normal phone even without being opened fully. The hinge is more snappy which is great as it feels a lot more durable. Multi-tasking is a lot more smooth which is what you want for a foldable. I dont regret the upgrade as it seems that they listen to what us customers are asking for and deliver!
