Who is eligible to access the Samsung Education Store?Current or newly-accepted full-time or part-time students and employees of accredited educational institutions in Australia who have a valid email address ending in .edu.au.

Is there a limit to how many products I can buy?The Samsung Education Store has been designed to enable eligible students and employees of Australian educational institutions to purchase Samsung products for individual use (and not for business or resale purposes). Therefore, there is a limit of 5 products per product category per calendar year. Product categories are shown by clicking on ‘My Quota’ in the Samsung Education Store.

When does my product category limit reset?The product category limit automatically resets on 1st January of each year.

Can I have my purchases delivered to an overseas addressNo, delivery must be within Australia. Please ensure all delivery details are correct.

Can I transfer the discount on the Samsung Education Store to someone else?No, the discounted prices available on the Samsung Education Store are for the sole benefit of the eligible student or employee of the education institution who has used their email address ending in .edu.au to access the Samsung Education Store. The discounts cannot be transferred to others.

If the item I want is not in stock, when will it become available again?Despite our best efforts to keep up with consumer demand, some products may not be available from time to time, however, you can register your email address to get a “stock alert” when the item is back in stock.

⁺ Samsung Care is not an insurance product. T&Cs apply. The availability of colours is dependent on stock availability. Swap your device for a Like Mobile Device twice over 24 months from the Samsung Care+ subscription Start Date for an annual subscription. Swap Fee for all eligible devices is $149 or $299. Samsung Care+ does not cover lost or stolen devices. A swap device is usually a refurbished device of the same model as your current device. If this is not available, we’ll provide a comparable model. Online Exclusive colours and Bespoke Editions are not eligible as replacement devices as part of a Samsung Care+ subscription. You must return your original device within 14 days of receiving a swap device, otherwise, you may be charged a Device Non Return Fee. For your swap device to be dispatched by the next business day, your swap request must be lodged by 3 pm AEST on a business day and will be subject to stock availability (including colour variants). Ownership of your original device immediately passes to Samsung’s service provider Asurion once it is swapped and all content will be wiped upon receipt. If your device is covered by a warranty or consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, the swap fee will not apply. See samsung.com/au/care-plus/terms for further details.
