What is Samsung Care+

Samsung Care+ is a device swap program that you can purchase for your new eligible Samsung device. With a two year subscription, you can swap your eligible device twice within the 2 year period. Just pay the swap fee for each swap request and we’ll swap it.*

1. Samsung Care+ is not an insurance product. T&Cs apply. Availability of colours dependent on stock availability. Swap your device for a Like Mobile Device twice over 24 months from the Samsung Care+ subscription Start Date for an annual subscription. Swap Fee for all eligible devices is $149 or $299. Samsung Care+ does not cover lost or stolen devices. A swap device is usually a refurbished device of the same model as your current device. If this is not available, we’ll provide a comparable model. You must return your original device within 7 days of receiving a swap device, otherwise you may be charged a Device Non Return Fee. For your swap device to be dispatched by the next business day, your swap request must be lodged by 3pm AEST on a business day. Ownership of your original device immediately passes to Samsung’s service provider Asurion once it is swapped and all content will be wiped upon receipt. If your device is covered by warranty or consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, the swap fee will not apply. See samsung.com/au/care-plus/terms and for further details.

2. From 15th January 2021 until 31 March 2021 get 50% off Samsung Care+ when you purchase Galaxy S21 5G, S21+ 5G or S21 Ultra 5G in a single transaction online or in participating stores. 50% off discount does not apply to the $149 swap fee for eligible devices. Discount applies to one (1) x 2 year SC+ subscription. Subject to stock availability (including colour variants) at time of purchase.
