I bought this phone a little over a year ago when my Samsung A14 died. This phone started doing the same things that my A14 was doing after 5 years of use after only 9 months! Like not being able to simply change from speech to text back to regular texting! I do not get visual text notifications any longer, AFTER ONLY ONE YEAR! THE BATTERY DIES AFTER MINIMAL USE AFTER 6 HOURS, AND I HAVE ONLY A FEW PEOPLE THAT I TALK TO! I PAID ALMOST 300$ FOR THIS PHONE WHEN IT FIRST CAME OUT AND HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT SAMSUNGS, BUT THIS IS THE VERY LAST SAMSUNG THAT I WILL EVER BUY......EVER! IT IS JUNK LONG TERM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! It has a good camera though.

Great Phone. I got this phone in February and I absolutely love it! It does everything I need it to do and more. I am one to change it up and get new phones often but I'll be sticking with this one. I love the Samsung user interface and all its features and the phone fits well in my hand. It feels premium and works like a premium device should but for a fraction of the price! The cameras are amazing too! I highly recommend this phone.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy A15 two weeks ago, on day 13 the phone completely stopped charging, it wont register the charging cable when its inserted, i tried changing cords, changing blocks, and even location of charging and NOTHING, ane ofcourse the phone isnt wireless charging compatible. Please learn from my mistake and save yourself a lot of money, time, and frustration by not getting this phone. Im currently waiting on my phone service provider to get another one since the original phone wont charge/ turn on, the replacement cant even connect to the service network, and who knows when this one will arrive or what problem it will have.

Phone is constantly switching between 4g and 5g, so 5g is false advertising, total scam of a device. The battery life is so bad, it drains so noticeably fast, ive never seen such poor battery life. The phone has connectivity issues,.Google maps can't locate where I am and glitches the whole Google map to where it doesn't guide you. Its a big problem if you intend on using this for work. Customer service at Verizon is really bad, it takes a lot of time to get through to them, they will try to send you to a 3rd party phone repair shop after they fail to solve the issues with the phone. Its like they dont value your time OR money, Verizon is a terrible company, the cell coverage is the selling point with verizon, but unless you have over $600 dollars to spend on a phone you will be getting the cheapest, least reliable cell phone device possible. Its almost 2025 and this is Samsung and Verizon taking advantage of people's time and money. This is the Lowest quality phone I have owned, and overpriced Big time. I had an AO2s before this phone, the A02s was better in many ways. The A15 is a Cheap piece of junk, I'm serious. Unfortunately it's the entry level phone at Verizon. Cost me $200. The AO2s was $160...

I switched from Pixel to Samsung mainly due to the region I am in! I must say that this phone is great for the price! its quicker than my old Pixel 4 and cheaper than what I paid for the pixel4 3 years ago! The transfer process was a pain as there are two Samsung Smart Switch apps, one is paid the other is free, make sure you install the right one on your old phone, or be prepared for hours of pain! Even though the processor is not the fastest, I do not notice as I am just running a few basic apps, email and internet browsing! And at this price point I can't complain! the only issue that bugs me is the location of the fingerprint reader, I wish it was in a dedicated location and not part of the power button! Going from being a google phone user to Samsung means a change in the UI, which does take a bit of getting used to, but I have everything where I need it and it will not bother me after a while. Overall, it's a decent phone at a really decent price!

Don't let it's premium looks and feel decieve you, this phone is absolute garbage. I've had an A15 5G for around 4 months as an interim phone waiting for the S25 line. It's been a long 4 months... Out of the box impressions are very high, feels great, nice choice of materials, cameras look like those of the premium models (they arent). It's when you turn the device on you realise where the problems are. I can look past the dim screen, average photos and the lack of NFC and wireless charging - this is a cheap phone after all. That's all expected. What isn't however, this phone is so SLOW it should never have made the consumer market. A potato would have more impressive performance. Applications are horribly delayed in booting, webpages load at snails pace. Android Auto is unusable crashing constantly and generally freezing up while glowing red hot. Audio playback when paired is glitchy. Also, the delay when taking a photo makes the camera borderline unusable unless photographing a motionless rock. In summary, yes this is a budget handset, but the processor simply is not cut out for 2023+. It does not meet even the lowest of expectations. Save your money and buy an older S series instead. Anything 2015 onwards will far outperform this mess

I've had this phone for a year now, it would've been a great phone, just enough for my needs but it has some performance issues, even with all the graphical/dev options tuned to the minimum it still runs sub-optimal and on top of that, at random times it freezes. Mind you i don't use it non-stop, i'm not a phone addict and i don't have a lot of apps installed on it. The latest issue i'm having with it is charging it, my cord/charger are in good condition and are original Samsung products. If you're looking for a cheap phone i would recommend buying a lesser popular brand, Samsung is definitely taking advantage of its brand name on these cheaper phones, only bought Samsung because i've always had S-series phones and never had issues with them and figured why pay for the flagship model if i'm not gonna use it to its full potential.

When holding the phone to the ear to talk, you have to have the phone positioned 100% properly in order to hear what the other person is saying. Find myself using a headset or ear bud all the time. The screen intermittently has delayed response

For the price that it came down to($125) it's an excellent value. It is a Samsung so as a phone it's perfect. The updates come quickly. The screen is very good not that great for outside. That said, I don't like the hard edges, it has flat sides my previous Samsung had rounded sides much more comfortable in the hand. And to me this phone feels heavy. Given what I paid it really is an extraordinary value in today's market! And for those of us who like a clean Android, 6.1 UI is very good.

Purchased 3 months ago. Glitch after glitch. The finger print sensor almost never works, so I turned it off. I didn't want it in the first place. The phone is full of bloatware. It drops calls. I took me resetting the mobile network to get things like Google Maps to work. No help from either Samsung or Consumer Cellular. Can we please get a quality phone without all the extra crap installed. I don't want to play games or have a Samsung version of Google apps.

Hangs a lot ... ghost touch issue in outdoors... 120hz easily available in this price ... processor is quite bad ... laggy ui experience (due to processor may be ) ... you can't even play 4k video(in gallery)because of the processor incompatibility... we don't want 5 years of updates in a 15-20k phone with lots of bloatware ... I would rather choose 2+3 years updates with improvements in camera and processor ...

Not so happy with phone performance. i have not installed any games... but still the phone slows down in between. this is 6month, i bought this phone. May b this processor is not that good. Camera is below average. Not worth the price range. Can get better phone than A15 5g , at the same cost. Ist time tried Samsung. disappointed. May be Samsung is good, but not in this model (A15)

Serving outstanding till now.The only issue that I faced Samsung downgrades it's camera quality by software updates that it had before.Its camera was quite good in terms of clarity.This camera now gives fade out colours.People loves some punchy colours now a days.But it provides washed out colour every time.But the rest of the things are still good till now......

Samsung just make the worst phones. Before a week since bought, the phone showed some critical bugs. Videography is the worst part. When I switch to video mode in camera, Camera app fails sometimes. Not happy at all.

Bought this because it was supposed to be hearing aid compatible. Reality, only partially, it is not ASHA enabled do it really only connects for minimal hearing aid usage. A13 and A14 both were, but not A15, go figure. Next time I will go with I-phone. They apparently work with everything.

I have been using this phone for alnost a year now and it has been great! The camera is decent, the battery is insanely good, and the display is nice with 90 hertz and 6.5 inch display. The performance and both durability are alright but overall this phone is definitely worth it for the price.

I bought this phone a few months back and it has great performace! The connectivity is amazing with strong internet and cell service power. Although the camera is not that good, the display and battery work so good. It lasts about 2-3 days on one charge. Awesome phone. Would recommend.

This is my fourth galaxy. The picture is stellar . The operation is good batteries are off the hook. So why have I had 4 ? The screens are at on mine were crap. I dropped my 3rd one from a staggering 2 ft not only did it have hair lime fractures a chip of the screen flew away.

I had this phone for a while and its super slow. This is the second one I had too because I lightly put my phone on a table and the screen stopped working. I would not recommend this phone to anybody. It also glitches a lot and it reset out of nowhere. I don't like it at all.
