What is DOWNLOAD BOOSTER feature in Galaxy S5?
Download Booster is a feature of Galaxy S5 that allows download of large files at top speed by using both WiFi and LTE service at the same time.
The Download Booster icon appears if this feature is used by Galaxy S5.
To use Download booster, both WiFi and Mobile Data is turned on. When Download booster is enabled, any application data that you have selected to download via WiFi only will be downloaded via WiFi and LTE networks anyway.
Notes:
1. Download Speed can be changed by different situation.
2. Download Booster only supports collaboration between WiFi and LTE. WiFi and 3G will not work.
