  • Q. What Samsung 2-Door fridge models are there?

    Samsung offers three main types of 2-door refrigerators, each with a different layout:

    • • Side-by-Side Refrigerator: Fridge and freezer compartments are positioned next to each other, providing easy access and generous door storage.
    • • Top-Freezer Refrigerator: The freezer is located above the fridge, keeping frozen items within easy reach while storing fresh food below.
    • • Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator: The fridge is placed above the freezer, offering convenient access to fresh food while keeping frozen items neatly stored below.
  • The key difference lies in depth and storage capacity:

    • • Counter-depth refrigerator: usually 24–30 inches deep, designed to sit flush with cabinets. It works well in galley or island kitchens.
    • • Standard-depth refrigerator: usually 30–35” deep, offering more storage space. It fits best in traditional kitchen layouts.

  • Family Hub is a smart refrigerator with a large display and voice control, designed to keep your family connected and organized:

    • • Manage food and recipes with onscreen apps.
    • • Control smart home devices via Bixby voice commands.
    • • Share photos, notes, and calendars with family members.
    • • Enjoy entertainment like TV, music on the screen.

    Note: Certain functions require the SmartThings app available on Android and iOS devices, a Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account.
  • AI Energy Mode adjusts compressor speed and defrost cycles based on usage and surroundings to reduce energy while maintaining cooling.

    Note: Cooling performance may feel slightly weaker, and frozen items might soften. This is normal and not a defect. To restore cooling, try turning AI Energy Mode off and then back on.

    Your refrigerator must be connected to the SmartThings app available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required.
  • SpaceMax™ technology uses thinner walls* to create more usable storage space without increasing the refrigerator’s external dimensions or reducing energy efficiency. The flat cooling duct at the back also minimizes ‘dead space,’ allowing for better storage layout.

    Delivery options depend on how you place your order:

    • • Samsung Account users: Free standard delivery is available on all products.
    • • Guest users: You may be charged for standard delivery.
    • • For faster delivery or specific scheduling, premium delivery options are available for an additional cost.

  • West Malaysia & East Malaysia

    This Service Scope anticipates for a standard Service. Service package includes:


    • • Unpack and verify condition of Refrigerator
    • • Set up new Refrigerator at customer’s preferred area
    • • For BESPOKE model(s) only: pairing service & change door direction
    • • Guide customer on basic product functions
    • • Clean up job related area
    • • 60 days Workmanship Warranty by the installer from date of installation
    • • Disposal and dismantle of old unit

    - Weight: Not more than 100kg, able to carry by 2 installers


  • West Malaysia

    Price:

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide uninstallation services. You will need to uninstall your existing appliances yourself or work with a 3rd party service provider for this.


    Disposal service is only available for appliances ordered with installation service (provided your existing appliances had been uninstalled at the point of installation).

  • Yes. Installation must be added for each product.

    • • Add installation service for both items

  • You can see if it’ll fit by checking the dimensions on the product page. For more details, just download the manual from that page to find the installation space requirements.
  • When ordering a large product, make sure it will fit your space. For items such as fridge freezers, also check the delivery path, door size, lift, and hallway.

  • Yes, you may schedule delivery service for selected postcodes in Klang Valley for selected refrigerator and washing machine models, subject to availability. This delivery option is not available (i) for mobile, tablets and accessories; and (ii) order with installation service.


    Once you have placed your order and selected the preferred delivery date, our staff will contact you to confirm the delivery date. Re-scheduling will not be permitted once the delivery date has been confirmed.


    There are only limited number of slots daily. This delivery option will be disabled once the available slots are fully taken.


    Whilst we endeavour to deliver your order based on the preferred delivery date, we may have to reschedule your delivery in the event of unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable operational issues. In that case, our staff will contact you to reschedule another delivery date.

  • Yes, you can conveniently track your order using the links in your confirmation and dispatch emails, or by logging into your account to view the shipment.

  • In case of any problems with your delivery, please reach out to our Customer Support team at 1-800-88-9999 (24 Hours / 7 days a week) for assistance . Our team will investigate where appropriate and will keep you informed of the progress and provide assistance.

  • While we do not offer exchanges or replacements, if the product is incorrect, damaged or defective, you can return the item within 7 working days. You may contact our Samsung Support team at 1800-22-8899 (24 Hours / 7 days a week) or email us at my_shop@samsung.com for assistance.

  • The information below applies only to returns made from Samsung.com, and does not include in-store returns, including Samsung Experience Stores.


    The return process is as follows :

    1. All return must meet the following requirements:


    (a) The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days from delivery date.

    (b) You must have proof of purchase with valid order invoice number and receipt.

    (c) Product must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories/parts (including manual(s), warranty card(s), certificate of authenticity) and free gift(s) received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not deformed in any manner.

    (d) Item must be returned in the original box (with suitable packaging) to protect the product from damage during return delivery.


    2. If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and call our Customer Support team at 1-800-88-9999 (24 Hours / 7 days a week) for assistance or email us at my_shop@samsung.com. Our team will verify the reason for return:


    (a) If your return is valid:

    (i) we will arrange a free return pick-up for you where our courier company will pick up the package from you;

    (ii) Upon our receipt of the returned product, you will receive an email confirmation;

    (iii) We will conduct an evaluation within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt;

    (iii) We will process your refund through the same mode of payment used in the order.


    (b) If your return is not valid:

    (i) We will notify you and arrange the items to be returned to you at the same delivery address;

    (ii) You will be charged for the delivery fee for the return of the product to you.


    We reserve the right to reject any return or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

  • 1. Cancellation is not available for the following order(s):

    (a) Pre-order;

    (b) Online Exclusive/ Bespoke order;

    (c) Express Delivery;

    (d) Express Delivery with Installation;

    (e) Express Store Pickup


    Please note that we are unable to accommodate any order cancellation once the order has been prepared for dispatch.


    2. Any voucher code used in a cancelled order will not be refunded/reinstated.


    3. Partial cancellation is not allowed. Upon successful cancellation, all item(s) in that order will be cancelled.


    4. For further enquiries, you may reach out to our Customer Support team at 1-800-88-9999 (24 Hours / 7 days a week).

  • 1. If your return is valid, there will be no charge for returning products within the return period (7 working days from the delivery date). We will arrange a free return pick-up for you.

    2. Alternatively, if the product is covered by Samsung warranty policy, you may bring the product to any Samsung Service Centre or you may contact our Customer Support team at 1-800-88-9999

    (24 Hours / 7 days a week).

    3. If your return is not valid, you will be charged for the delivery fee for the return of the product to you at the same delivery address.

  • Q. How long will it take for the ice maker to make ice after installation?

    After installation, wait at least 12 hours for the ice maker to start. Throw away the first 1 or 2 ice buckets to remove impurities in the water system.
  • Check and replace the water filter every 6 months or if you notice sediment, discoloration, or unusual taste or smell:

    • • Most Samsung fridges have a filter reminder light that turns red and sounds an alarm when it’s time to replace.
    • • Use only Samsung genuine filters to avoid damage. Purchase them at local Samsung service centers or Samsung.com.
    • • For detailed replace instructions, refer to your user manual.
  • Ice buildup can be caused by several factors:

    • • Humid air entering the freezer
    • • Damaged or poorly sealing door gasket
    • • Poor ventilation or blocked airflow

    To reduce ice buildup, try the following:

    • • Keep the freezer door fully closed and avoid frequent openings.
    • • Check and clean the door seals; replace if damaged.
    • • Clean the back of the refrigerator for better airflow.
    • • Avoid placing hot food directly into the freezer.

  • Samsung refrigerators come with several warranty options:

    • • Standard Warranty: Covers parts and labor for 1 year from the date of purchase. Check your product details for exact coverage.
    • • Extended Warranty: Available on select products, Samsung offers free or paid extended warranties, such as 2 to 5 years. Registration may be required. (*Terms and conditions vary.)
    • • 20-Year Parts Warranty: Covers refrigerator compressors for up to 20 years, parts only.
