Q. Do you uninstall and remove TVs and large appliances when you install a new one?
Unfortunately, we do not provide uninstallation services. You will need to uninstall your existing appliances yourself or work with a 3rd party service provider for this.
Disposal service is only available for appliances ordered with installation service (provided your existing appliances had been uninstalled at the point of installation).

Q. Can I request a specific date or time slot for my delivery to arrive?
Yes, you may schedule delivery service for selected postcodes in Klang Valley for selected refrigerator and washing machine models, subject to availability. This delivery option is not available (i) for mobile, tablets and accessories; and (ii) order with installation service.
Once you have placed your order and selected the preferred delivery date, our staff will contact you to confirm the delivery date. Re-scheduling will not be permitted once the delivery date has been confirmed.
There are only limited number of slots daily. This delivery option will be disabled once the available slots are fully taken.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver your order based on the preferred delivery date, we may have to reschedule your delivery in the event of unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable operational issues. In that case, our staff will contact you to reschedule another delivery date.

Q. Can I change an order?
While we do not offer exchanges or replacements, if the product is incorrect, damaged or defective, you can return the item within 7 working days. You may contact our Samsung Support team at 1800-22-8899 (24 Hours / 7 days a week) or email us at my_shop@samsung.com for assistance.

Q. What is the returns period?
The information below applies only to returns made from Samsung.com, and does not include in-store returns, including Samsung Experience Stores.
The return process is as follows :
1. All return must meet the following requirements:
(a) The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days from delivery date.
(b) You must have proof of purchase with valid order invoice number and receipt.
(c) Product must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories/parts (including manual(s), warranty card(s), certificate of authenticity) and free gift(s) received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not deformed in any manner.
(d) Item must be returned in the original box (with suitable packaging) to protect the product from damage during return delivery.
2. If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and call our Customer Support team at 1-800-88-9999 (24 Hours / 7 days a week) for assistance or email us at my_shop@samsung.com. Our team will verify the reason for return:
(a) If your return is valid:
(i) we will arrange a free return pick-up for you where our courier company will pick up the package from you;
(ii) Upon our receipt of the returned product, you will receive an email confirmation;
(iii) We will conduct an evaluation within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt;
(iii) We will process your refund through the same mode of payment used in the order.
(b) If your return is not valid:
(i) We will notify you and arrange the items to be returned to you at the same delivery address;
(ii) You will be charged for the delivery fee for the return of the product to you.
We reserve the right to reject any return or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

1. Cancellation is not available for the following order(s):
(a) Pre-order;
(b) Online Exclusive/ Bespoke order;
(c) Express Delivery;
(d) Express Delivery with Installation;
(e) Express Store Pickup
Please note that we are unable to accommodate any order cancellation once the order has been prepared for dispatch.
2. Any voucher code used in a cancelled order will not be refunded/reinstated.
3. Partial cancellation is not allowed. Upon successful cancellation, all item(s) in that order will be cancelled.

Q. What should I do if the vacuum cleaner doesn’t work?If your vacuum cleaner isn’t working, check the following steps:
- • Make sure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted.
- • Confirm the vacuum is switched on.
- • Check that the washable micro filter is in place and clean.
- • Remove any blockages from the telescopic pipe, dustbin, or brush.
- • If unused for a long time, recharge or replace the battery.
- • Check if the battery protection mode is activated (refer to the ‘How to use the batteries optimally’ section for more details)

Q. What should I do if an odor emits from the air outlet or filter of the product?To maintain your stick vacuum cleaner, regularly empty the dustbin and clean the filters to prevent odors and ensure optimal performance. Keep in mind that new products may have a slight odor for the first 3 months after purchase, which is normal. Prolonged use without cleaning can lead to dirt buildup in the dustbin or dust on the filters, potentially causing unpleasant smells. Replacement filters are available at your local Samsung service center for when they need to be changed.

Q. How to avoid static electricity while vacuuming mats?Materials used in mats, such as childcare center mats or noise prevention mats between floors, can generate static electricity. To resolve this, move the vacuum cleaner’s brush on a normal floor for a short period and then clean the mat again. This should eliminate the static electricity and allow the vacuum to function properly.

Q. Why isn’t my vacuum cleaner charging?If your vacuum cleaner cannot be charged, follow these steps :
Make sure the vacuum cleaner is securely placed on the Clean Station. Confirm that the Clean Station is properly plugged in and that the voltage matches its requirements. Check that the vacuum cleaner is turned on and that the battery level indicator LED is lit. Inspect the charging terminals for any dust or debris, and clean them with a cotton swab or soft cloth if necessary. Additionally, verify that the Display and Lights option is not turned off in the SmartThings app, as this could affect functionality.

Why does my vacuum cleaner stop during cleaning?This product is equipped with an overheating prevention device for the motor, which may cause the vacuum cleaner to temporarily stop operating under certain conditions. After addressing the issue, you can turn the product back on. (Note: This behavior may vary depending on the ambient temperature.) Common causes include:
- • When the vacuum cleaner operates with a full dustbin.
- • When the vacuum cleaner operates with a brush, pipe, or tool clogged.
- • When the Extension Crevice Tool is used for long hours.

Q. Why is my vacuum’s suction weak and making strange noises?If the suction power suddenly decreases and the vacuum cleaner makes a vibrating sound, it may be due to the following reasons:
- • Inspect the brush, dustbin, and Telescopic Pipe for any blockages or foreign matter and remove them.
- • Check if the dustbin is full. If it is, empty it completely.
- • Examine the filter for dirt or debris. If it’s dirty, clean or replace the filter as needed.

Q. The SmartThings app cannot be installed. What should I do?The SmartThings app is compatible with devices running Android OS 8.0 or later and iOS 14.0 or later. Please note that the supported OS versions may change in the future. Additionally, normal installation or use of the app is not guaranteed on rooted devices.

Q. Why can’t I turn on my vacuum cleaner in the SmartThings app?If your vacuum cleaner appears offline in the SmartThings app, follow these steps:
- • Check the app to confirm if the vacuum cleaner is offline.
- • Reconnect the wireless router to the Clean Station by referring to the ‘SmartThings app’ section in the user manual.

Q. Why won’t my vacuum brush spin or pick up dirt well?If the ‘Check Brush’ message appears on the display, turn off the vacuum cleaner and inspect the brush for any blockages or foreign matter. Remove any debris you find, then restart the vacuum cleaner. Additionally, if the vacuum cleaner isn’t functioning properly:
Turn it off and on again. For accessories like the Slim LED Brush+ and Spray Spinning Sweeper, if the overheating prevention device is activated, it may take approximately 30 minutes for the motor to cool down before the vacuum can be used again.
