SAMSUNG GALAXY S20|S20+|S20 ULTRA CONSUMER ROADSHOW PROMOTION

Promotion Period

The Samsung Galaxy S20|S20+|S20 Ultra Consumer Roadshow Promotion (“Campaign”) is organised by Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bhd. (629186-D) (“Organiser” or “Samsung”).

How to Participate

1. Be one of the first Customers to collect limited quantity of Golden Ticket at participating roadshows during the Promotion Period.

2. Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S20, Samsung Galaxy S20+ or Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra (“Samsung Galaxy S20 series”) within the Promotion Period from the participating roadshows.

3. Redeem the Golden Ticket at the correct counter (More details in “How to Redeem” section below).

4. One (1) Customer can only collect One (1) Golden Ticket at the Golden Ticket Area.

5. Golden Ticket must be redeemed on the same day of collection. Golden Ticket must also be redeemed in the same roadshow location that it has been collected from.  

Promotions 

1. There are two (2) tiers of promotions and also Purchase-with-Purchase promotion, as below:

a. Tier 1 Promotion: First 1,000 Customers nationwide can choose either Promotion A (limited to the first 500 Customers) or Promotion B (limited to the first 500 Customers). 

i. Promotion A:  

Be one of the first:

(a) 220 customers at Mid Valley – Kuala Lumpur; or

(b) 120 customers at Queensbay Mall – Penang; or

(c) 80 customers at Mid Valley Southkey – Johor; or

(d) 30 customers at East Coast Mall – Pahang; or

(e) 50 customers at Imago, KK – Sabah 

to collect a Golden Ticket at the Golden Ticket Area to receive Promotion A complimentary gifts listed below with purchase of the Samsung Galaxy S20 series.                         

OR

ii. Promotion B:  

Be one of the first:

(a) 220 customers at Mid Valley – Kuala Lumpur; or

(b) 120 customers at Queensbay Mall – Penang; or

(c) 80 customers at Mid Valley Southkey – Johor; or

(d) 30 customers at East Coast Mall – Pahang; or

(e) 50 customers at Imago KK – Sabah 

to collect a Golden Ticket at the Golden Ticket Area to receive Promotion B complimentary gifts listed below with purchase of the Samsung Galaxy S20 series.

For Tier 1 Promotions, Customer can only choose either Promotion A or Promotion B. In the event that Customer wishes to switch from Promotion A to Promotion B, or vice versa, the Organiser shall not be held liable for any damages if any of the Tier 1 promotions has finished or ended.

For Customer that purchases more than one (1) unit of Samsung Galaxy S20 series, the Customer is entitled to enjoy only 1 unit of Tier 1 Promotion, and other units will be entitled to Tier 2 Promotion, explained below.

e.g. For Customers that purchase one (1) unit of Samsung Galaxy S20 and one (1) unit of Samsung Galaxy S20+, Customer will be entitled to:

- One (1) unit of  50" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV

- Two (2) units of Samsung Wireless Charger Pad

- Two (2) units of Samsung 128GB microSD memory card

Once any one of the Tier 1 Promotion finishes, the Tier 2 Promotion will be activated. 

a. Tier 2 Promotion

Be one of the first:

(a) 850 customers after Tier 1 Promotion end at Mid Valley – Kuala Lumpur; or

(b) 390 customers after Tier 1 Promotion end at Queensbay Mall – Penang; or

(c) 380 customers after Tier 1 Promotion end at Mid Valley Southkey – Johor; or

(d) 180 customers after Tier 1 Promotion end at East Coast Mall – Pahang; or

(e) 200 customers after Tier 1 Promotion end at Imago, KK – Sabah  

to collect a Golden Ticket at the Golden Ticket Area to receive complimentary gifts listed below with every purchase of one (1) unit of Samsung Galaxy S20 series.

How to Redeem:

50" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV

1. Customer entitled to the 50" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV shall redeem it at the Redemption Counter.

2. Each Customer can only redeem one (1) unit of the 50" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV regardless of the number of units of Samsung Galaxy S20 series purchased.

3. Customer can only redeem the complimentary gift with a valid Golden Ticket, the eligible physical device, and the purchase receipt with device IMEI printed on the purchase receipt. The IMEI number of the physical device and on the purchase receipt must match for the Customer to be eligible. Each IMEI can only be used to redeem the complimentary gift(s) once.

4. Only fifty (50) units of complimentary gifts are available for immediate collection at the Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur roadshow. After the limited units have been fully redeemed, Customer will be required to give their contact details to arrange for the delivery of the complimentary gift after the
roadshow. For Imago KK, Sabah roadshow, all fifty (50) units of the complimentary gifts are available for immediate collection. For other roadshow locations, Customer is required to give their contact details to arrange for the delivery of the complimentary gift after the roadshow.

5. The delivery of the 50" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV will be arranged by the appointed service provider and to be delivered within 30 working days after the roadshow.

RM400 Rebate with Camera Exchange

1. Customer entitled to the RM400 Rebate with Camera Exchange shall redeem it at the Trade-In Counter.

2. Customer can only redeem the RM400 Rebate with Camera Exchange with a valid Golden Ticket, and by exchanging an eligible camera for the rebate at the Trade-In Counter. If eligible, personnel at the Trade-In Counter will provide Customer with a memo, which the Customer can use at the
SES or selected Merchants (Harvey Norman, senQ) sales counter to enjoy RM400 rebate off the purchase of Samsung Galaxy S20 series.

3. The camera can be any electronic device with a camera function.

4. The rebate will not be given as cash, vouchers and/or in any other forms.  

5. Customers who redeem the RM400 Rebate with Camera Exchange will not be eligible for the Trade-In Promotion.

Samsung Wireless Charger Pad

1. Customer entitled to the Samsung Wireless Charger Pad shall redeem it at the Sales counter, during purchase of the Samsung Galaxy S20 series.

2. Customer can only redeem the complimentary gift with, the eligible physical device, and the purchase receipt with device IMEI printed on the purchase receipt. The IMEI number of the physical device and on the purchase receipt must match for the Customer to be eligible. Each IMEI can only be used to redeem the complimentary gift(s) once. 

Samsung 128GB microSD Memory Card

1. All Samsung 128GB microSD memory card must be redeemed via Samsung Redemption Management System (RMS) URL link: www.samsung-redemption.com/my/login . Once redemption is successful, the redemption request will be processed and the memory card will be delivered to customer within 30 working days from the date of redemption submission.

Pre Order Customers

1. Pre-Order Customer who has chosen to collect their pre-ordered device at the roadshow are eligible to be one of the first in queue to redeem the Samsung 50” Smart TV, with the Pre-Order Confirmation email from Samsung and the iPay88 deposit payment receipt  as well as the Golden Ticket.

2. Pre-Order Customer who has already collected their device earlier is also eligible to be one of the first in queue to redeem the Samsung 50” Smart TV, with the pre-ordered device, proof of purchase with device IMEI stated, the Pre-Order Confirmation email from Samsung as well as the Golden Ticket.

3. The IMEI number of the physical device and on the purchase receipt must match for the Customer to be eligible. Each IMEI can only be used to redeem the complimentary gift(s) once.

4. Pre-Order Customer is also entitled to redeem the Samsung 128GB microSD memory card via Samsung Redemption Management System (RMS) URL link: www.samsung-redemption.com/my/login.

5. Pre-Order Customers are not eligible for RM400 Rebate with Camera Exchange.

Terms and Conditions of Participation

1. The Promotion is open to all residents of Malaysia, including Malaysians and non-Malaysians, 18 years of age and above ( during the Promotion Period) except the employees or the immediate families of the Organiser, their affiliates and/or related companies, distributors, retailers, dealers, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies. In the event the Customer is below 18 years old, please seek consent from parent/guardian before participating in this Campaign. Participation by Customers less than 18 years old will be deemed to be accompanied with consent by the parent/guardian.

2. The above Promotions are available only during the Promotion Period at the participating roadshows only. The complimentary gifts and/or the PWP Promotion items are on first come first served basis and while stocks last.

3. The complimentary gifts in this Campaign are not redeemable for cash, not exchangeable, transferable, or refundable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers at the Campaign.

4. Roadshow customers are also entitled to participate in Trade-In Campaign offered at the roadshow. Only selected participating dealers will be participating in the Trade-In Campaign.

5. The Organiser reserves the rights to change the Promotions with products of similar value without prior notice.

6. By participating in this Campaign, Customer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein and decisions of the Organiser.

7. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.

8. The Organiser is not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the Campaign.

9. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for personal injury which is suffered or sustained at the Campaign during the Promotion Period.

10. By participating in this Campaign, each Customer agrees to release and hold the Organiser and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotions or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Free Gift, or travel to or from any gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

11. In case of any dispute, the Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision. The Organiser’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

12. During the Promotion Period, the Organiser may collect consumers information including personal in the form of, among others, survey forms, redemption of free gift forms, interviews, audio recordings, visual recordings and photographs (whether on our own or by appointed service provided) taken during the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, you agree that the collection of such information will be processed, handled and used in accordance with the Samsung Privacy Policy at http://www.samsung.com/my/info/privacy.html.

13. In the event of inconsistencies between the terms and conditions found elsewhere with regard to this Campaign (if any) and the Terms and Conditions herein, the latter (i.e. these Terms and Conditions) shall prevail.

14. These Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
