Back up
Back up the data from your eligible trade-in device. Please DO NOT factory reset or DELETE the app. InstaCash customer service will reach out to you within 1 working day to arrange for collection.

Old device collection & Payment
Our trade-in partner will arrive at your doorstep to collect your old device. After inspection, they will confirm the final trade-in amount and payment will be credited to your bank account.
Once the app has completed the diagnostic on the eligible device that you wish to trade-in, confirm your trade-in order to receive your unique trade-in ID.
