I’ve had this Jet 60 Pet for two weeks. While I wish it held the charge longer, I do run it on High the whole ten minutes it gives me per charge. I need full power as I have three large indoor dogs and stained concrete floors, where the fur shows a lot, so I do a third of the house at a time. Since I work from home, it’s no big deal and I have a regular corded vac too, but it doesn’t do near as well as the Jet 60 Pet… or the Super Sucker, as I call it! For the convenience of grabbing and sucking up fur before guests arrive, I can usually get all the common areas with one charge. It’s lightweight, goes under all our furniture well and kinda fun - for a vacuum!

Only had the hoover 6 months and the battery has deteriorated now only get 6 mins on high and 12 mins on low very poor from Samsung always classed them as high quality but after this will go back to Dyson

What dojo and frog said in the other reviews here is 100% factual. Warranty doesn’t cover it either. I’ve had my vacuum less than 6 months and the battery is unacceptable. You use the lowest speed, hardly picks anything up. Fastest speed, lasts 5 minutes. I can’t believe they can get away with selling such an expensive vacuum that almost 100% of customers say has a terrible battery life then have the audacity to make you buy a new battery that costs half as much as the vacuum itself.

Battery life is terrible! Brand new, charged for 5 hours before using just vacuumed one dining room and half lounge room on high and I cut out, maximum 8min. I would have turned it down to low so it could last longer but that wasn’t sucking up anything! Regular low pile carpet, regular sized rooms. Pretty disappointed. Came here to find a second battery, but seems outrageous to pay $129 for a second battery that will only get me though another 1.5 rooms

I just bought the Samsung jet 60 pet vacuum. I let the battery charge all night, so that I could clean today. I didn't even get through half of my kitchen when it went dead. 15 min. max, not the 40 as advertised. I used mostly the lowest power with the last 5 min. on medium. I bought it to use in the bathrooms and kitchen, not in the carpeted areas of my home. If it won't even do my kitchen without going dead, it is useless.

Bought it! loved it at first... works VERY WELL and it's very powerful. only problem is: it only works for 5 -6 minutes and it dies and then the charge time is 3.5 hours. this is not very practical. I tried to get a new battery under warranty and was told i had to BUY a spare battery or return the whole product for evaluation. all in all, just too much hassle.

Great lil vac. Cordless good suction light weight decent attachments. BATTERY LIFE NOT SO GOOD! OK IN MEDIUM SUCTION. DRAINS RATHER FAST FULL POWER. I appreciate the ease of use, lightweight and cleans pretty good. 1 medium room at a time before recharge needed. On high even less. I have condition so takes lil more effort and time.

This vacuum has NEVER lasted more than 10 min. I don’t know how they can claim 40 min run time. Very very disappointed. Even on its lowest setting and weakest power, it only lasted 10 min. This is with a brand new and charged battery. It’s almost a race against time to try to vacuum a room because it dies so fast.

Battery life is horrible. Lasts maybe 10-15 minutes. Good for small jobs with a good suction. Would reconsider purchasing with this experience. Replacement or spare battery is pricey. Purchased this week. Box is disposed of or I would have considered returning.

The vacuum was working great but after six months, the battery only operates for 15-20 minutes. Was incredibly happy with the product but after only using it for such a short period of time, twice a week, it’s almost useless.

I have put off doing this review for 18 months. On the 29th of July 2022, I purchased the Samsung Jet 60 Pet Stick Vacuum. I have always had Dyson but Samsung products are advancing fast and I have no issues with other products at home that are Samsung so I got the vacuum. Worst vacuum I have ever spent money on in my life. Should have gone to Bunnings and brought a broom would have done a better job. The battery sucks, it runs for about 8 - 9 minutes tops, thats on the carpet and to get more than 1 room done you need to be moving fast don't worry about going under the furniture you don't have time. Just sprint around your furniture like you're in a race then head into the next room if you are lucky you can get 3 carpeted rooms done before the battery goes flat. It works a little differently when you are doing tile or lino flooring you can get up to 10 minutes of battery time but as soon as you put it back onto the carpet get ready to run again. It was the same when I tried to use it on my lounge with the dusting head it went flat very fast so there just was no point using it. I love Samsung but this vacuum I hate and I have to use it every day as it is the only one I have. Oh, and it takes HOURS to charge and I will not waste any more money buying another battery just so I can get another 10 minutes of use from it. Hopefully, Samsung will bring out a stick vacuum one day that will work the way they advertise it. If you want a vac to pick up lint from the floor get this one it will do you proud and will never go flat but if like me you have a home you need to take care of and you have pets (that's why I got this one ) get something else. I'm so disappointed Samsung.
