De plus vous fournissez l'application Samsung tv qui comporte seulement 1 ou 2 poste en français et encre il faut vraiment fouillé une par une car il n'est même pas indiqué. Le reste pour notre famille est complètement inutile Si les applications Google pourrait être ajouté sur la plateforme de la télé se serais vraiment fonctionnelle, ainsi que lapp TVA qui est également bloqué

With built in Ai assistants like Bixby and Amazon Alexa its as easy as saying "Hi Bixby Open Disney Plus" and boom profile selector screen. SETUP was super easy with my iphone through smart things. Dolby Atmos really makes it a theater like experience in our bedroom. the Colors are so Vivid it's beautiful. We strongly recommend you try one for yourself. Dolby Atmos is very immersive with rich bass. the Neo Quantum Processor made it a breeze to navigate through different apps. The Motion Sensor was a welcome feature as well since it let us quickly access content because it detected when we were present to watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 55" that I bought is certainly much better than the 12 year old basic Hisense that I had, but it still really struggles with crowded active scenes like high school dances or clubs, where so much get blurry. I put on movie production mode and that helped for sure, but still not great, and move production mode is darker and not as appealing in other situations. Happy with the purchase, given the big sales price, and improvement from my old junker, but were I buying again I'd get a higher end, more current OLED or Micro RGB. And in hindsight, were I to still go Neo Qled, I would have gone higher end and more current than this one, maybe the 2025 90F or 2026 H.

Brilliant, stunning picture and all the smart features only get better over the years. This is my sixth smart TV. I have other older samsungs that keep on ticking like new in other rooms of the house. It intergrates with my samsung s25 ultra phone perfectly . I almost can't wait to purchase my next new samsung TV. But I have to wait a couple more years since I just purchased this one in 2025. Keep up the great products, no one has anything close to your technology and quality or performance. Love all my samsung products.

Being able to use some of the cloud based platforms, allowing me to FINALLY play PlayStation games without having to buy one, has made life easier. And saved me money! Playing games in 4k with true 120hz refresh rate is absolutely incredible as well. I would not only recommend this to friends and family, I bought one for my parents. I personally game a lot and this TV has a great refresh rate and great picture quality. I can see everything so clearly I feel like I have an advantage! The AI features are really helpful, they help me set up the pitcure and sound quality so I don't feel like I have to spend hours tweaking minor details to get what I'm looking for. The unboxing experience aswell feels so much smother and safer. They include perforations on the box to help make removing the TV seamless and easy, no longer a two man job.

The picture quality is incredible — colours look vibrant without being overdone, and the brightness makes a huge difference, especially during the day. Watching movies feels much more immersive, and darker scenes still show a lot of detail. I was also surprised by how good the sound is straight from the TV, and the smart features have been easy to use. Apps load quickly and everything feels smooth and responsive. One of my favourite things has been how good sport and fast-moving scenes look with very little blur. Overall, it feels like a premium upgrade and has definitely made movie nights and gaming more enjoyable. Very happy with the purchase.

Fait 1 mois que j’ai la télé: - problème intermittent avec l’image qui “saute” - problème intermittent avec l’image qui devient tout verte - la syncronisation du volume avec la barre de son laisse à désirer surtout si la barre de son n’est pas un produit samsung - beaucoup de “bloatware” dans l’os de la télé, je préfere choisir/configurer le contenu sur l’écran d’accueil - le mode “screen saver” qui s’allume tout seul lorsque la télé entend quelqu’un parler c’est désagréable, je vais allumer la télé moi même si je veux l’écouter. Sommes toute j’ai préféré ma LG de loins.

Love everything about my new 55” Neo QLED 4K Smart TV with just one exception; The remote control unit. This was the reason I gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5. The TV itself works and looks fantastic’ beautiful picture is a joy to watch. But hate the ridiculously tiny remote control, you almost need a bloody magnifying glass to see the tiny little buttons on it. It is WAY too small, very awkward to use with my large hands. Seeing a review of the 65” version of this same TV reviewed on YouTube, with its wonderful large remote control, I was jealous of it. I have had the 100" version of this TV for about a week and it is incredible! The sheer size and brightness in my theater room is impressive. It's my first HDR capable TV and the picture quality is excellent. I am still testing out settings, but so far no complaints. I was a little worried about the performance of cable TV (HD sports in particular) on such a big TV but the upscaling has been just fine and no issues with judder. It is fairly heavy as well, but mounting it on the wall with the help of a friend was pretty straight forward. The TV was shipped and was well packed. There are some negative test reviews online, but for the average consumer - let's be real, the picture is amazing. I am very happy with my purchase so far.

I needed to replace my living room TV that we use everyday. I wanted something with a good connectivity, great resolution, fast processing for sports. After much research and visiting stores i settled on this 50 inch Samsung. Seems good so far although adjusting is needed for different situations. Display is excellent, night scenes and darker backgrounds far better than my previous device. Feet are too wide for my sound bar so I replaced that at the same time... TV speakers just don't cut it. Regardless of the make or model. Just go buy a soundbar.

The color on the TV took a lot of adjustments to get it to where we both liked it. The colors are very vibrant. The sound is pretty decent without a soundbar. With the soundbar it was even better. The size of the screen is really good for the size of our living room. Forward viewing is great. Viewing from the side angle was also good. The remote is very light compared to a lot of the older remotes. I have not used the Alexa on the TV because we have one in our living room and it's usually a conflict to get it right. We don't have a game system to hookup to the TV so I can't comment on that. Overall I like this TV.

The colors on the Tv really pop and one feature that I really enjoy is the adjustment for sound when there is noise is your environment. I also have many windows in my home and find that the anti glare on the TV is great. This product is by far a step up from our older Samsung tv we had in the space and I think Samsung has made valuable improvements to their products over the years.

Has no definition/shadows on the face. This appears differently from live news performances to recorded programs. Also, the User Guide is pathetic. It is to sparse in its explanation of how to make settings changes. very disappointed in Samsung. Set-up was not as easy as expected. Ran Technical Analysis on TV it reported Remote Control Fail Channel, but doesn't tell you what to do. Information is Poor.

Quand j ai acheter cette télévision apres meme pas 10 jours elle a commencé a faire des image brouiller par dessus l image principale c etais sur la fonction détecteur de mouvement . Alors je l ai échanger immédiatement, disons que une tv a ce prix et pour une première samsung ouff. Mais la nouvelle elle va bien. Jusqu'à maintenant et ca fait 1 mois environ. En espérant qu elle ne brise pas a nouveau . Mais en général très belle image et très bon son avec la bar de son avec la fonction symphonique. Le vrai cinéma. Wow.

Et l'écran peut présenter des termes et dispositions d'applications différentes de celles qu'on voit sur les vidéos consultés sur le net pour trouver des réponses comment faire certains changements de réglages . (ex: clarté de l'écran ! Si vous n'êtes pas doué en informatique, vaut mieux trouver un connaisseur qui pourra faire les changements requis selon vos goûts !

The Samsung TV is very bright, even in the brightest rooms, which is great for watching during the day. The sound quality is okay, and the resolution is quite good. I haven’t tested the refresh rate much since I don’t use it for gaming, but it has a 144Hz refresh rate, so I don’t think it would be bad at all. One thing I would suggest is improving the interface to make it more user-friendly. Using the internet/browser tab feels a bit complicated and could be much easier to navigate overall.

Its more of the same but not in a bad way. Colors are better and this time around with the AI settings I dont have to tweak much outta the box. Also the full array local dimming is a plus, minimizing any bloom. The only area of improvement is the UI. Although it is smoother and user friendly, I think it could benefit from less clutter in the home and main screen areas.

I honestly didn’t think a TV could change the feel of an entire room until I brought home the Samsung 75” Neo QLED QN80F. The first night I turned it on, it felt less like watching TV and more like stepping into a movie theater. The brightness, contrast, and colour are unreal. Sports feel immersive and movies look stunning. Every scene looks crisp without needing constant adjustments. Samsung absolutely knocked it out of the park with the QN80F. Totally recommend!

Our 65" has an amazing picture and INCREDIBLE SOUND. Very intuitive, and even without a sound bar you can hear the depth of sound is so much better in this particular model. Our TV room is not large. About 14x20. Going from a 55" to a 65" does not overwhelm the room. We have it on a long TV stand, about 20" from the floor. It's perfect!

I am very happy with my purchase but I have two concerns. First, the tv opening screen shows ads by default. I find this terrible consumer relations. I bout a tv that is MY property. I did not give permission to show me ads. Secondly, finding the optimum tuning was difficult. Standard mode is too bright so I used Movie mode and that worked. Initially faces were too orange. 4K resolution was superior to my expectations. Background brightness tool some work too.

The setup was easy by scanning the QR code on the TV then following the directions on your phone. to get everything up and running within minutes. You can use your phone to control the TV which works great. The Neo QLED display is beautiful. The colors are vibrant, with deep blacks and bright highlights that make the picture look great. The AI upscaling seems to work well with lower resolution media and the motion is smooth when watching fast moving video. The tv easily connected to my Alexa voice assistant and makes operating it via voice very easy. The Dolby Atmos sounds good in my space. There is an option to have an info screen come on when it senses someone walk by which will show nice artwork and other information such as time and weather. This was an excellent choice and I am very satisfied.

Save your money, this tv is extremely disappointing for the money spent. A tcl or other options out there, even the cheaper Samsung 98 inch is the same exact tv. This tv cannot do anything better than those. My other 85 Samsung I bought 4 years ago has the same picture. DO NOT BUY!!! also, for a billion dollar corporation you would think they got the specs right. This tv weights over 120 pounds WITHOUT the stand. The specs are not correct!

I love the Samsung TV Plus app that allows me to watch "cable TV" without a cable package. The picture is so clear and crisp. It adds that "Wow" factor into my home. I bought this about four months ago, and I’ve been pretty impressed with it overall. One feature I especially enjoy is having Bixby built in and being able to activate it hands-free through the integrated microphones. The overall experience has been smooth and convenient. That said, I have noticed that the Smart View connectivity can occasionally be a bit laggy and auto-disconnects when paired with my Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 laptop.

My grandson got it for us recently, and it has been very good on the eyes. I suggest looking at a comparison in person next time you visit a store, as it is certainly noticeable. Only four stars as it has been a bit challenging for me to navigate menus.

So far, so amazing. Replaced a 50" 4k Samsung from 2017 with this beauty. The picture is so crisp and bright, almost a little too bright. Insane how small the remote is now compared to previous models. The only frustrating thing is alllll the marketing emails i now get from Samsung without any unsubscribe link in them, gonna have to go into the account and manage them from there. At least 2 emails per day. Enough!

I bought this very clear TV 8 months ago and am very impressed with the clarity and resolution. The only downside side for me is the internal speaker is a bit tinny sounding compared to my last Samsung TV which had the same wattage speaker and boasted a real decently full sound without a sound bar. Of course one gets used to it after a time but not good enough for my liking. Other than that all good.

I am generally pleased with my new Samsung TV, but the picture quality (contrast) varies from channel to channel and from streaming service to streaming service. The quality has improved somewhat since first purchasing it, but is still not what I thought it would be. A lot of the time, on certain streaming services and channels, people's faces appear poorly airbrushed with no real definition.

I have been using the TV for over a week and a half. The quality of the TV is good, but if the source of the broadcast isn't high quality, the TV will show all the flaws in the picture. 4K quality is also excellent. The limitations of UB are not noticeable. Everything else looks good so far, and yes, we are so used to iOS and Android that Samsung TV software doesn't seem very modern to me.

Love the size. Picture is an issue to adjust. Went through all the troubleshooting suggestions. Ultimately, I ended up my shutting off the A1 feature. Despite all the adjustments one still deals with colour distortions on on faces in audiences in certain movies & shows. For the size of the tv it is unfortunate that the remote is so small with tiny buttons that are hard to see or depress.

I purchased this tv last month and overall I am satisfied with the product. It has many bells and whistles and the ease of accessing the features is good. The one downside is the poor quality of the remote that comes with the tv. It is small and seems cheap in design and functionality. I am also having difficulty utilizing the wifi provider's tv remote in conjunction with the tv.

We bought this about 3 weeks ago to replace our old Aquos Sharp. It’s really slick and easy to set up. Everything connected easily and the colour is great. I find it challenging to get the settings right to eliminate the soap opera effect without also negatively impacting the resolution but we got it to a reasonably good level now and we just enjoyed watching Stranger Things. The blacks are a really nice, deep black and it’s easy to watch the craziest of crazy scenes. The sound is also pretty impressive. We don’t have a sound system so just rely on the Tv speakers. I had hoped for a bit more clarity - specifically when we’re watching F1 and it goes to commercial, I was hoping to be able to read the radio messages in the small corner screen and while it’s better than our last TV, I still have to get up and run to the screen to make out the words. We’ll get the next step up in size and technology next time.

This tv has been a nice upgrade to our previous smart tv. The picture is good and the tv functions well overall. The only complaint is the home screen set up. It is sometimes difficult to navigate, it does not bring you to the last channel after turning it off, and there is no back button to go to the previous channel. These are nominal things but inconveniences none the less.

I love my new TV. I was looking for a 50 inch TV with excellent performance in bright rooms and I got what I was looking for and more. My room has many south facing windows and is complete sun all day. I don't have blinds or curtains because I don't want to spoil the view. An added bonus is the refresh rate being 120+ which is great for watching those afternoon games.

This was an upgrade purchase for me and so far I love it. I only use streaming services and this tv provides excellent streaming and video quality. I struggle with dark screens and this allows me to easily watch those movies that tend to be dark screens. I do think the sound needs some work on this tv. I will need to buy a sound bar to get better sound quality.

The setup was easy by scanning the QR code on the TV then following the directions on my phone. to get everything up and running within minutes. The Neo QLED display is stunning. The colors are vibrant, with deep blacks and bright highlights that make the picture look great. The AI upscaling seems to work well with lower resolution media and the motion is smooth when watching fast moving content. The tv easily connected to my Alexa voice assistant and makes operating it via voice very easy. The tv learns your room and makes the necessary adjustments for sound quality which nice. The Dolby Atmos sounds good in my space. There is an option to have an info screen come on when it senses someone walk by which will show nice artwork and other information such as time and weather. Overall this was an excellent choice and I am very satisfied.

It gave me a good start on where I needed to adjust the colors for my use. I have tried the eye comfort mode. It does help with adjusting the brightness during the times that I set. The AI scene adjustment is nice for when you have sports, movies and general viewing. I have a sound bar hooked up to it. I like that I can choose different sound options for my preferences. I don't have a game system that I can hookup to it so I can't comment on that. I like the samsung home page. It allows me to have my favorite streaming apps in one place. The Samsung live TV is a nice bonus. I haven't figured out how to use the voice assistant without my other VA picking up my commands. I don't use the gesture because I don't have a camera hooked up to the TV. I do like the daily board. It's a nice feature. Overall I like this TV a lot.

I've never seen a better quality picture on a tv, in my house or anyone else's. The big game and the big premiere, are always hosted at my house. I bought a Samsung 65 » Neo QLED two months ago. I had expected I would need a Pro to set it up. To my surprise the set up was easy and assisted with a video if needed. The picture resolution is remarkably clear, the AI feature with light control etc adds a lot of value . I would definitely recommend this TV and will look for other Samsung products.

The standout feature for me has to be the 120Hz 4K display; I had no idea what I was missing out on. It looks phenomenal. I was torn between going with an OLED or a Neo QLED, and I’m so glad I chose the Neo QLED. The blacks are impressively deep, and the brightness is spot on—it really strikes a great balance. One thing that really surprised me is the sound quality from the built-in speakers. It’s a massive improvement over my old setup. I do have a soundbar, but honestly, the TV’s audio is so good it almost makes the soundbar feel unnecessary. Best picture I have seen on anybody's TV. The black levels are always perfect and the TV is so bright I use it on standard most of the time except uncertain Sports. Absolutely love the TV. It supports all the apps that I need and has bold enough sound I don't even need my home theater system. Definitely would recommend to anybody.

There are many moments that the volume increases dramatically on its own with heavy crowd noise which drowns out the announcers. I’d estimate the overall volume increases 25% and is unbearable. It will go back to normal levels on its own.

Here are a few steps that may help resolve the issue: 1. Turn off the Sound Sensor: Use the button located beneath the Samsung logo on the bottom of the TV. I bought this as a X'mas gift for myself as I just moved into a new condo. This TV was a great addition to our new life. It was totally what we were looking for. It's more than a tv, it also has a great sound system. I added the picture frame speaker along with it and I have it on whenever I'm in the condo.

We especially like the game options that come with the TV. One of my favorite features is the solar panel on the back of the remote that keeps the remote charged. I thought that was pretty cool.

TV is great fo watching in bright rooms with little to no glare Colorado are very punchy and when streaming in 4k, it is amazing. I have Samsung products so everything was very easily synced and took no time setting everything up during programming phase.

This was a birthday present from my wife and we love it! We have it mounted on our wall and sometimes we feel as if the characters are in the room with us! Our room has a very large window right across from the tv but we have no problem with glare or wash-out. We couldn't be happier with this product!
