  • The BESPOKE Review giveaway will be conducted from 25 February 2022 to 31 May 2022. A total of 3 winners will be selected to win the prize. Each participant must submit their reviews via the link provided on this flyer. Each customer may win a maximum of one (1) prize regardless of the number of reviews submitted. The giveaway prizes consist of the following: 3 x Galaxy Z Flip3 5G 128GB in Lavender (SM-F711BLVBXSP), colour subject to stock availability. Winners will be selected by Samsung based on the creativity of the photo review, at Samsung’s sole and absolute discretion. To be eligible, the submitted review must contain more than 45 characters, with a photo featuring your purchased BESPOKE Fridge and accompanied by a valid email address. If we deem the email address to be invalid, the submission will automatically be rejected. Selected winners will be contacted via email by 30 June 2022 and will be required to provide information such as Samsung Account details, name as per NRIC and contact number in order to verify their eligibility for the prize(s). Should further verification be required, we may request for additional documents such as but not limited to proof of purchase. Verified winner(s) will then be provided with information and instructions on delivery of prize from a Samsung representative. Should the winner be uncontactable within 3 working days, his/her prize will be forfeited. Prizes are not exchangeable by the winner(s) for cash or other items, and are not transferable.

  • Samsung reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion at any time without assigning any reason, to amend these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation changing the Giveaway mechanics, period and/or substituting the prize(s) with other item(s). No person shall be entitled to, and Samsung shall not be liable for, any payment or compensation (whether in cash, credit or kind) whatsoever arising from the foregoing. Samsung reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, or if Samsung believes that participant's Entry and/or results have been manipulated in any way by machines or computers. In the event of any dispute arising from this Contest or relating to the interpretation of these Full Terms, the decision of Samsung shall be final and binding on all parties.
