Covid-19 updates for Samsung Singapore community

We hope you are keeping well as the Covid-19 situation continues to evolve. At Samsung, the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues, partners and the communities within which we operate is a top priority. We have since made adjustments to our operations to ensure that we continue to serve you to the best of our ability.

Samsung Customer Service
Our Samsung Service Centres are continuing to operate. You can find a centre near you here: https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/where-to-find-samsung-service-centre-in-singapore/. The centres are operating in adherence to safe distancing guidelines during the following hours:

Monday – Saturday: 11am to 7pm
Sunday and public holiday: 11am to 5pm

Samsung Experience Store
Samsung Experience Stores have resumed daily operations between 11am and 9pm from 19 June 2020, in adherence to safe distancing guidelines. All Samsung Experience Stores have received the SG Clean quality mark and you can find a store near you here: https://www.samsung.com/sg/samsung-experience-store/locations/.

Trade-in Programme
Samsung Trade Up Programme for mobile devices has resumed from 19 June 2020. Customers who purchased eligible Galaxy devices in the months of February, March, April, May and June in 2020 will have up to 31 August 2020 to participate in the Samsung Trade Up Programme. Samsung TV customers who purchased eligible Samsung TVs between 1 March and 6 April 2020 can trade-in their eligible TVs between 19 June and 31 July 2020. Learn more here: https://www.samsung.com/sg/tvtradein/.

Redemption Service
Our home appliance redemption services have resumed from 19 June 2020. Home appliance customers whose redemption period expired in March 2020 will have their redemption period extended to 31 August 2020, and customers whose redemption period expired in June 2020 will have their redemption period extended to 30 September 2020.

TV and AV redemption services will resume on 6 July 2020. TV and AV customers whose redemption period expires between 7 April and 5 July 2020 will have their redemption expiry period extended to 31 July 2020.
