Covid-19 updates for Samsung Singapore community

We hope you are keeping well as the Covid-19 situation continues to evolve. At Samsung, the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues, partners and the communities within which we operate is a top priority. 

Singapore’s circuit breaker measures take effect from 7 April to 1 June, and we have made adjustments to our operations to ensure that we continue to serve you to the best of our ability.

Samsung Customer Service
Our Samsung Service Centres will continue to operate. You can find a centre near you here: https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/where-to-find-samsung-service-centre-in-singapore/. The centres are operating in adherence to safe distancing guidelines during the following hours:

Monday – Saturday: 11am to 7pm
Sunday and public holiday: 11am to 5pm

We have revised the operating hours for our call and live chat services as our call centre is operating with limited resources. The services are available daily based on the following operating hours:
Call: 8am to 8pm
Live Chat: 8am to 12am

Samsung Experience Store
Our Samsung Experience Stores are closed in accordance with circuit breaker measures. You can still purchase our products from our online store at https://shop.samsung.com/sg/, and enjoy free delivery when you buy your favourite Samsung products.

Samsung Rewards and Samsung Members Treats
We are working with our partners to extend redemption expiry, and updates will be shared on Samsung Pay and Samsung Members apps respectively.

Trade-in Programme
Samsung Trade Up Programme for mobile devices and Samsung TV Trade-in Programme are suspended temporarily until further notice. 

Customers who purchased eligible Galaxy devices in February, March, April and May of this year will have up to 31 August 2020 to participate in the Samsung Trade Up Programme when the programme resumes. 

For customers who purchased eligible Samsung TVs in the months of March and April in 2020, you have until 30 June 2020 to participate in the Samsung TV Trade-in Programme when it resumes.

Redemption Service
Our partner redemption centres for Samsung consumer electronics products, excluding mobile devices, will close from 7 April to 1 June. Customers whose redemption expire during the centre closure period will have their redemption expiry extended to 30 June 2020.
