How to fix flickering video on Samsung NX200 Camera?

A flickering video is cause by two things:
1
A difference in the scanning frequency between the fluorescent and the camera
2
A difference in the way the phosphor dots are perceived between the human eye and the camera's image sensor
Flickering problem can be minimized by setting the frame rate of camera (Settings > Movie Size) or adjust the shutter speed priority (Setting > Movie AE mode-Aperture Priority).
Try different settings to ensure the refresh rate of the flourescent light is sync with the camera.
