Troubleshooting Netflix touch controls
1. Control bar movement issues in Netflix: If the playback control bar moves in the opposite direction when touched, try the following:
Drag the thumbnail displayed above the control bar to move to a different playback position.
Press and hold the control bar until a circular pointer appears, then drag the pointer left or right to adjust playback normally.
2. Netflix search results not responding to touch: After performing a search on Netflix, touch input may not work on the results list. In this case:
Touch the desired content directly from the search results, or
Move the focus to the results area and drag up or down to navigate through the list.
When battery performance is abnormal
1. Charging and usage time: A full battery charge takes approximately 3 hours if the power cable is connected and is in standby mode, or about 3.5 hours when operating.
- If the charging or usage time becomes significantly shorter than before, the battery may have reached the end of its lifespan. Contact Samsung Service Center for battery inspection or replacement.
2. Temperature conditions: Use and store the battery indoors at temperatures between 32 ℉ and 104 ℉ (0 ℃ and 40 ℃)
- The battery may not charge if it is below 32 °F (0 °C) or above 122 °F (50 °C). If this occurs, keep the product at room temperature for a while before charging.
- If the battery temperature rises during use, the product may automatically turn off to protect the battery. Wait till it is cooled down, then turn it on again.
Note: Menu layout and available features may differ by region or software version.
