When battery performance is abnormal

1. Charging and usage time: A full battery charge takes approximately 3 hours if the power cable is connected and is in standby mode, or about 3.5 hours when operating.

  • The battery may not charge if it is below 32 °F (0 °C) or above 122 °F (50 °C). If this occurs, keep the product at room temperature for a while before charging.
  • If the battery temperature rises during use, the product may automatically turn off to protect the battery. Wait till it is cooled down, then turn it on again.
