How to Extend Your New Samsung TV's Warranty

Your Samsung TV is only eligible for this extended warranty if you meet all of the following requirements:

1. You must register for the extended warranty within 30 days from date of delivery or purchase, whichever is later.

2. TV is not a Display unit.

3. TV was purchased from Samsung or Samsung authorised Singapore dealers/distributors/resellers.

Step 1.  Go to https://samsung-redemption.com/customer/#/sasso/SG-unified-338.  

Step 2. Login to your Samsung Account in order to proceed. If you do not have one, learn how to create a Samsung Account here.

Step 3. Once logged in, read and accept the T&Cs and press Continue.

Step 4. Upload/take a photo of your invoice/proof of purchase.

[Optional] You may also upload/take a photo of the 15-digit serial number located at the back of your TV or in your TV settings (do not use the one found on the packaging). 

Step 5. Press Continue.

Step 6. Your details should be automatically filled up based on the images you have uploaded. 

Step 7. Check and edit if there are incorrect details and ensure all compulsory fields are completed (i.e. Date of Purchase, Place of Purchase, Retailer and Serial number). 

Step 8. Press Continue.

Step 9. A summary of your purchase information will be shown. Check that all information is correct, then press Continue again.

Step 10. Enter your email address and mobile number. Press Continue.

Step 11. Review your details and press Submit.

Step 12. Your request will be reviewed, and you will receive an email once the registration is sucessfully completed.
