“WISE is an ERG whose purpose is to empower and inspire women to break the glass ceiling within the company and the wider group. I believe in gender diversity and its benefits to an organisation. 2022 was the start of the journey for WiSE, SIEL's first ERG. We had an education series focused on the what, why, and how of ERGs to allow employees to understand the concept and the role they can play.”
