    How to set up the Knowhow cloud service (UK only)
    1. Please upgrade the lastest firmware to camera of old version firmware. (version 1208074 of later)
    2. Copy the Script file(model name_adj.txt) into SD card and insert it.
    3. Turn on the power then the Knowhow cloud service will be setting into DSC, automatically.
    4. Delete the script files in the SD card after completion of setting

    When I opened it I got this message "a camera that is not compatible with the current application has been connected. View supported applications". Then the app shuts down. How can I fix this?

    My camera keeps saying connecting to computer instead of the lens opening. I have tried plugging into a computer but once I remove it I still have the same problem, I cannot see any menus or anything other than flashing green light and the words connecting to computer. Can anyone assist please

    Hi, The best way to manage your files on your mac is either to load the camera in mass storage mode or to load the SD card directly into a SD card reader. Thanks.

    When starting Remote Viewfinder on my Samsung Galaxy S4 I get the following message: "A camera that is not compatible with the current application has been connected. Please download and start the 'Samsung SMART CAMERA' application." The funny thing is that the SMART CAMERA app gives me a similar message asking me to download the Remote ViewFinder application. I have checked and both the camera and the phone have the latest Android software available.
