    I have had 2 hw-751 sound bars and both are giving a high pitched noise constantly from the speakers, no matter what input is selected

    Solved this problem. Its an issue with the speaker volume balanced with the device volume (i-phone ipod etc). If youre hearing this ringing noise chances are your speaker volume is TOO HIGH relative to your device volume, try lowering your speaker volume to 8 or 10, then raising your device volume to 75%. This solved the problem for me. Good luck.

Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the third party manufacturer to ensure their accessories are compatible with our devices. We recommend contacting the manufacturer of your external hard drive to ensure that it is compatible with your device and its current version of the Android operating system. They may have an app, an update, or specific instructions that you need to follow, in order for it to work correctly. Thanks

    Hi, Has anyone else had an issue with the hw-751 sound bar where the speaker display continually says Check Subwoofer. I have calibrated it over and over, reset the sub using the ID function and moved around the actual subwoofer but nothing works and the sub keeps cutting out. Any help would be appreciated.

    Sound is not working via TV ARC. It was working fine when I switched the TV off but is not working when I turned it back on. I have checked all connections and volumes but no luck. Sound works when using the AUX function or Blue Tooth but not via TV ARC which is how my TV is connected. Please help!

    Hi, Have you tried changing the HDMI cable? Do you have the TV sound setting changed to receiver? You can check this by pressing Menu> Sound> Speaker settings> Speaker select> Receiver. Hope this helps.

    Hi Carolin, I'm afraid this option is not available at the moment. We are currently working towards resolving this issue. You can connect the multi room speaker to your TV seperatly but without using the sound bar. Hope this helps.

    Hi Tommy, Have you checked that all the conections are in secure? Is the volume set to minimum? You could try resetting the sound bar by pressing the play and pause for more than 5 seconds. Has your TV got the latest firmware for your TV? Hope this helps.

    Hi Martin, Have you checked the connections? Please check out this link to the user manual if the main unit doesn't make a wireless connection, and follow steps 1-5 on page 11 to retry the connection between the main unit and wireless sub woofer. http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201407/20140717141936264/02617G-04_F750_F751_EN_1_140402.pdf. If this does not work, I would advise that you contact your local Samsung Service centre http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/servicelocation/. Hope this helps.
