    I wan to position the filter in a utility room cupboard, with the fridge freezer in the kitchen. The pipe would need to be approx 2 meters long from the filter to the fridge freezer. The filter pipe would be connected straight to the mains water feed in the utility room. Would I see a drop in pressure with this distance from the filter? The fridge freezer I want to purchase is the RSG5UUMH.

    Hi Simon, Have you checked that the shut-off valve is open? Is there any blockage in the Ice maker bucket? Have you selected the ice you would like to make?     food is not being frozen in the freezer compartment in samsung rsg5uumh model. even though temperature is on -25 when you open freezer draw most of the food is not frozen. any ideas what the problem is.

    Hi, Did you wait for 12 hours after installation of the water supply line before making ice? Is the water line connected and the shut-off valve open? Make sure Ice Type is set to Cubed or Crushed. Hope this helps.

    Hi Tony, 1: Insert a small flat-head driver to the hole at the bottom of cap suport handle and pull the handle assembly out of the front side with turning the driver one side. 2: Unscrew 4 screws to dissemble cap support handle and support handle 3: Pull the support handle out using hex wrench as shown or flat-head driver pushing the back side. Hope this helps.
