    Me I only got 32GB. That's the largest available in every store I dropped by. I don't know if there's more than that available. I don't know if it is still supported.

    I work for McAfee and we have a Endpoint Encryption application that uses the Absolutepointer protocol and the simple point protocol for the touchscreen in UEFI mode Can i please ask are these protocols used in your UEFI implimentation?

    I bought this product because it advertises 64GB hard drive. Upon switching it on I realised it only has 30.8GB free of a total size of 51.4GB - where is the remaining 13GB??? I specifically bought it for the memory space as I take lots of RAW images and needed space for processing before moving to an external drive. This only leaves me half the advertised space!!!!

    Hi SharonH, The memory is taken up by the operating system and a recovery partition. The recovery partition contains all essential Windows files, drivers and software needed to recover the system after an operating system failure. Thanks.

    i have had both s3 and s4 mobile phones and love my s planner, I bought the samsung computer so that i could link it. however i have now been told that the splanner is not available on my computer. Very frustrating as that was particularly why i chose samsung. and yes i was informed incorrectly by the salesperson that i would be able to do it !
