Rated 3 out of 5 by No longer a good phone When this phone came out it was top notch. It now has a glitch. It likes to say "sim card removed " and you have to restart. I have had to do factory resets and lose all data including my pictures multiple times to try and correct this. This has been happening for awhile now and I became fed up and now own the S7. I am a dedicated Samsung user. I love their products. I am not sure if it is due to a software update or what. My friend has the same phone and it does the same thing! Hers started recently. Other than that, It is a fantastic phone! July 15, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid performance phone This phone showed a solid performance from the very beginning. After a while, it started getting slower because of the downloaded apps, but a quick reset made a new phone again. Those pre-loaded apps were useful but I wished I has some others (downloadable anyway). I would definitely recommend this. August 1, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by The device runs hot. It's best to charge while off. Otherwise this device will feel extremely hot to touch. Not only does it become hot while charging it also becomes very hot during normal function. Walking with it in your pocket while on will feel like you have a mini heater in your pocket. July 28, 2016
