How to solve Samsung O app problems

Samsung O offers a series of tabs on its main screen where you can access content quickly and easily. Occasionally you may encounter some issues with the application. Here’s how to solve any possible problems you may have in Samsung O.

Here are some problems that you may encounter when using your Samsung O app:

Problems with the Read tab

Yes, you can change the font size. However, if you change the font size, you must change all the font sizes on your device. To do this, run Settings, go to the “Display” option, and change the font size.

The Read tab operates as a logic that provides news from a variety of media outlets in partnership with news partners. Please note that depending on the above mode of operation, there is no option to choose to expose only the news of certain media outlets and journalists.

Yes, you can. If you want to select other countries or languages, follow these steps:

1 Open your Read tab and tap the globe icon at the right top of the screen.
2 Choose the language and region that you want to see on your Read tab’s main screen.

The Readtab news content feeding logic sometimes has inquiries about structures or biases that cannot have bias in certain content, so we are constantly monitoring whether these issues may occur.

In addition, for the convenience of the user, functions such as subscribe/hide are provided, so please note the use.

Problems with the Play tab

Game content in the Play tab provides html-based instant games that can be used without separate download, so we may not be able to provide you with all the games you want.

We are striving to provide more diverse content, so we ask for your attention and use in the future. 

If you cannot see the Play tab, try to restart or update your Samsung O app. If the error persists, write to the app following these steps.

1 On the top right of the screen, tap on more options icon.
2 Select “Settings” option.
3 Leave feedback in the “Contact Us” option.

Problems with the Watch tab

Samsung O content may vary depending on the country or region you are in. If you cannot access content on the Watch tab, it may not be available in your region.
