Compramos el horno hace 15 días. Es muy versatil. Hasta ahora el resultado es óptimo. Una pena que Samsung no ofrezca la venta de accesorios como la rejilla, o que dejen la posibilidad de hacer un upgrade, comprando accesorios como la sonda. La cocción de pizzas en el horno inferior es óptima, lo mismo que las canes en el horno superioir. En resumen un muy buen producto con precios que no son mucho mayores que los de otras marcas con menos prestaciones. Otro detalle es el color, tendrían que dar la opción del color, para quienes tenemos heladeras y microondas de Samsung color gris desentona este horno color negro.

Compré este producto y vino fallado de fábrica. Me comuniqué con el soporte técnico de Samsung y no me dan una solución. No tiene uso y lo quieren reparar en lugar de un cambio directo. La puerta no calza bien en el horno, notándose un pequeño desfasaje.

Comprè el horno hace 15 dias despues de hacer una evaluacion de los modelos y funciones de varias marcas. Comprè el modelo 5745 y en el folleto que viene, no dice que accesorios deben incluir, que funciones debe realizar este modelo. y para peor està en ingles o aleman.El horno va dirijdo a hogares donde no es necesario saber otro idioma màs que el castellano. Si me hubiesen aclarado que no venìan las instrucciones en castellano no lo hubiera comprado. Las instrucciones son muy pobres, no es para nada un instructivo claro para usar. No puedo usarlo como corresponde porque estoy probando no cocinando con seguridad. Donde puedo comprar los accesorios. Por favor resuelvan esta situaciòn. Gracias

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 'Simple User manual' supplied is pretty useless, there are two QR squares given which probably get you a full version but without a Smart phone you don't have access - not everyone has one or wants one. It comes with one baking tray and one wire rack. I need more than one rack but have been unable to purchase one - not available. The Dual system I have had before and it is the reason why I purchased this - the hinged door is a new feature which is good. So not entirely happy, my phone is not smart enough to access the full user guide, I'm compromised on what I can bake due to the lack of shelves and the bake is uneven so I guess it is Fan Assisted not a Fan Oven which is not clear when purchased.

I bought two of these ovens and it was a terrible decision. As per a few reviews on here they mention the ovens do not reach temperature. The oven beeps to tell you pre heat is ready and it's 20-30 degrees lower than what you set it at. To get it to 180 degrees you have to set at 210+. I had an engineer sent from Samsung that spent 15 minutes to turn it off and on again to only say there is no fault codes. His response to pre heating beep was it's a warning to tell you to get ready to cook, not that the oven is at temperature!?! Honestly, don't buy and make the same mistake I did.

Really good oven with lots of features: You can use half the oven when needed, without opening the entire door. Easy control. No idea why some reviews pointed to low backlight. The air fry works exactly as my standalone one, and if I wanted to be picky I would say a warm up notification (like the one for the normal oven functions) would be useful. Great looking and good notifications straight to your phone or smart systems. The 5 years warranty was another major reason for buying.

Just rubbish. The oven cooks one side, not the other. It’s annoying in every aspect, the Pyro cleaning doesn’t real clean. The pictures they show of the steam clean are a lie, nothing happens! They also show it with the racks in but you have to remove these before starting. One of the reasons we purchased is because you can send instructions to the oven from your phone and have it preheated and ready to cook when you get home from work. Which is great, except once you have done this you have to REVIEW ANE CONFIRM ON THE OVEN. So pointless. The soft close doesn’t close 100%, only a mm or so but it stops the oven from cooking and means that unless you notice your food won’t cook. The pull out is rickety, squeaks and doesn’t take a large chicken especially with other bits around it without feeling it will fail. Just rubbish.

I absolutely love my new Samsung oven. It has a folding door so that I can use either half of the oven separately ant different temperatures, as a conventional oven, a fan assisted oven even as an airfryer. It is so east to set the function, temperature and cooking time - even sends a message to my Samsung Tv to let me know when the cooking is done. I simply love it - so versatile and well thought out.

Lots of features but not really any guidance on how to use them - especially the air fry which is the main reason we bought this oven. There should be a built in storage space for the divider at the bottom of the oven, would be much easier! I am sure we will get used to using the air fry and other functions, but it should be easier that this!

I was attracted by the double oven feature. However the bottom oven heats up at the same time as the lower oven - I am unsure whether this is a fault or not. I also like to use the full oven but this appears not to use the fan system which is a shame.

Dual Flex should give you the choice of either heating just one portion of the oven or the whole thing, so we're sorry to see that this hasn't worked on yours. Once the divider has been put in the oven, the buttons become active and then once in Dual Cook Mode, use the upper button for the upper zone, and the lower button for the lower zone. Just had oven installed. Not cooked anything yet, but first impressions not great. Awful instruction manual, nothing about how to use the divider even though it’s a key feature. Only 1 wire rack provided, even though the oven can be split in 2!

Great oven heats up really fast, airfryer works great but divider is a pain causes oven to cut out and oven then needs turned off and back on at power socket so be warned.
