Delivery process: over promised and under delivered by a week. Even once it was delivered, I got notified 3 days later that it was being delivered! Monitor: is very curved and tilts forward, this gives a angled look. Doesn't stand upright at all. Faulty screen: After one week, the screen has a top-bottom black strip in the middle, This is clearly due to electronic disconnection between the two smaller monitor plates. Service: Repair process is very bad, with only return to repair centre with no replacement monitor. The monitor clearly needs to be replaced. Samsung is good at flashy promotions but terrible at delivering products that actually work!

the monitor is great. it's a huge improvement from what i had before and it is priced well. my only complaint is that the stand is hard to figure out and manual is useless. if anyone is having trouble keeping it upright like i did initially, turn everything upside down and look at the base of the stem, there's a screw hidden away. turn that screw to get a better fix. that will stop the monitor from tilting facedown and almost falling down. then you'll also be able to tilt the monitor up and down for adjustment. the instruction manual doesn't say any of this. i also wish it came with other cables like dp. overall great product.

I love streaming movies, and it's great on my 55" TV, but the curved screen on my t55 32" samsung monitor takes it to another level. I feel like I'm part of the movie or game etc..because there's something about the curved screen and deep lifelike colors that makes everything feel so real. I bought the monitor for computing but it's turned into my main source of entertainment. Ive even bought a comfy gaming chair to replace my office chair because I'm at my desk 10 times more than before I got the t55 samsung.Samsung never let's me down and this product is certainly my most used household item.

If you work or are 8+ hours a day in a computer I will recommend this monitor to you due to its curvedness. I’ve noticed my sight does not get as tired as it did with a flat screen, this monitor also has an eye savor mode. The colors are amazing, the speakers are amazing, I use it for work but have used it for gaming and watching movies as well. I’m just satisfied with my monitor. The size is great too, you might think it’s too big for a desk but is really not the curved figured makes it more accessible

Sadly I had to return because I experienced eye strain with refresh rate (and close proximity because of my poor focal length). Also it arrive with a large scratch on the screen that must have happened either during assembly or during boxing because the packaging was prestine. Problem would be solve if there was a screen protector pre attached. I learned latter that one needs to order screen protection separately... seems silly for the price of the monitor and expected quality of samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 2 of these monitors in our office. With the size of the monitor, we hardly use a second screen. Really the only time it's necessary is when we have something we want separate. It's perfect as far as resolution. As a gamer whose slowed down over the years, I'm perfectly content as well when I get the chance to play on these monitors as well. Brightness is more than adequate, reliability is great, and resolution is perfect. For the price, I can't justify spending much more on a monitor this size. It's perfect for what we do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new Intel Nuc Mini PC and bought this monitor as the main screen. I also bought a larger Samsung Smart Monitor as the second screen. As as new product designer and manufacturer, I appreciate good design. I would however liked it if the monitor had built-in speakers, like the other smart monitor but I also wish it has a built-in camera. Also the base does NOT match other Samsung monitor bases, it would be nice if there was synogy in this area. Otherwise, I am so happy with the monitor and the way it curves and tilts.

i had high expectations from samsung's display quality and anesthetics. dissappinted to receive a half bajed product. the display quality is not worth the price. i can see pixalated text on various occasions. the major major drawback is the stand. the stand would not sewell or tilt or height adjustable. major drawback to maintain ergonomics. stand is so poorly designed that even a slightest pressure on desk while typing or touching any edge of screen, the whole screen vibrates and shakes. returning it back.

It works great except there has been a vertical green line in the monitor about an inch from the left side since day 1 (well, technically the line was yellow from the start). I started the process to return but ran into so much bureaucratic red tape that I gave up (similar to the process of selecting a monitor from this review, my model wasn't shown: LC32R502FHNXZA). I like Samsung products for the most part, but this one has disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very good monitor . Colors are very good. The only problem is 3 of the 4 corners are cracked and I don't when or how it happened. It's never been moved. I play a lot of high end games through Steam. And a Nvidia video card. It works great. It took a while for my eyes to get use to the curved screen. I'm spoiled. I could never go back to a normal computer screen. I'm very pleased with it. It's just that I'm worried about it falling apart because of the cracked corners.

very disappointed. the product is less than a year owned, and it should still be fully functional... the stand for the monitor is terribly designed. the position of the monitor as it stood normally was never really desirable. not much versatility in terms of adjustments to the monitor position on the stand. with that being said, yesterday, the monitor literally fell straight off the monitor stand. now the monitor will not stay upright on the stand. please do not buy!

I love the curved design because no matter where I'm at in the room it makes seeing the screen super easy and eliminates any glare. If your in the market for a new monitor than I I definitely recommend you pick this one!

The curved Samsung C32T55 monitor itself is great, however there is absolutely no design consideration (or current aftermarket mount options) for standard VESA type mounts, so I now have no option but to take up half my office desk with the factory table stand, rather than having the ability to attach to a swivel mount to take the monitor off the desk. If you are wanting multiple monitors, forget it, as you would be left with zero desktop space!

This monitor is the best and I would definitely recommend it.

The display is gorgeous when I'm playing my games in 1080 but that's not only the best part, the screen has focus comfort technology to help my eye sores from a stressful game and it's never stopped me from getting top frag either.

I like the wide view angles that you can get just from it being a curbed screen. It also has a multi purpose power button. It allows you to use gestures to toggle menus and options. It just feels so natural. If your on the fence about this monitor here is your sign to get it!

i have nothing negative to say about this monitor. it seriously changed my new work-from-home life. i was going blind staring at a little laptop screen, wearing "reader" glasses all day long. this changed my entire attitude towards life. no more glasses, no more headaches. i actually look forward to logging on in the morning, and my brain isn't a puddle of mud by mid-afternoon. buy this thing.

The screen itself is fantastic. Unfortunately the stand angles the screen forward at the top, making the bottom of the screen harder to see. The height is also non-adjustable so I thought I'd attach the monitor to an arm stand and fix both issues... but there doesn't seem to be a compatible bracket? The inflexibility of the product drastically reduces its usability for me.

At first I was very hesitant to buy a curve monitor thinking there might be some sort of gap in display or different view when viewing angle change but it is perfect. With Covid I stare my monitors all day and with eye comfort setting my eyes don't feel tired and I don't notice the huge difference in display color difference.

picture is great and colors are nice. basically liking the monitor so far. not fond of the one button menu. monitor leans forward 1 1/2 inches forward on top. wish the stand swiveled up and down to help correct this. i had to put a 3/4 " shim under base to straighten it so it would be correct. otherwise it was like looking down a barrel.

i ordered 2. one of them was internally broken. it made a bizzing sound and there were bizzare swirl shaped lines (kind of like a figure skating shape), and the lines were pretty thick. the 2nd one is fine but the base broke after 2 months and i never moved it. i bought the screens in january 2021.

In less than a year of use with literal zero movement of the product the stand arm plastic failed and the monitor fell and cracked. Bad design and apparently bad plastic. Avoid this as if when the stand failed, the monitor fell on a child or laptop there could have been a really big problem.

Bought multiple of these two years ago and am now having issues with all of them having white flashes in them in different places on different monitors. Had to get a tech out when I first bought them due to the popping sound which Samsung said was due to them being curved.

the 32-inch monitor is not as clear of a picture as i had hoped. it's decent for movies and games but not for reading documents. i have tried downloading software and changing setting i can't see, to get the text to clear up.

I use my 32-in curved monitor for gaming and absolutely love how clear the quality of this screen is. It has higher refresh rate for those gamers and also has a nice 1080p screen for those that enjoy a bit of TV. A curved screen is definitely a game changer because of how immerse you feel while using this device. It has quick settings on the back with the power button function being an all-in-one button. Changing your settings to super easy and control to the volume is just one left or right click away. This monitor is very light and compact easy to move around and still small enough to fit in places that could be tight. I only have one thing that would make it perfect, and that would be, putting a crosshair setting for first person shooter games. First person shooter games is what I play the most and would definitely be nice if this monitor had that setting. I've had this device for a while now and it has never let me down. I bought this monitor and when I turned it on it worked, but once I turned it off it will not turn on again, I had to unplug it and plug it back so it would work again

Jog Button failed after 1 year, monitor still works though. Will keep using it until OLED monitors become more mainstream.
