I bought this monitor about 10-11 months ago and it has been a good product when it works properly. Every day that I have powered on this monitor It shows a kaleidoscope of colorful vertical lines for 5-10 minutes that stay even when I power the monitor on and off. The monitor settings menu doesn't even properly show when this happens. After waiting awhile and powering it on and off a few times it finally shows my screen but uh oh there's grey lines everywhere. That issue only happens sometimes thankfully but when it does happen those persist for up to an hour. Besides these significantly glaring issues the monitor is great!

Buen producto, fluido y buen panel, pero tiene sus cosas. El soporte es el mismo que de un monitor de entrada de gama, no entiendo como no le pusieron una base como la del G3. Igualmente, lo uso con soporte a la pared yo así que no me afecta. Luego de eso, en cuanto a la pantalla en si, es muy buena, fluida, se nota la diferencia, aunque tiene un hosting bastante notable, no es la mejor pantalla del mundo ni mucho menos, pero si venís de un monitor común, esta ok. Buenos colores, contraste, brillo, en general todo ok, salvo los ángulos de visión que no son los mejores pero es algo claro por el tipo de panel. Buen monitor si venís de uno común 60hz 1080p o algo asi, pero si ya tenes algo bueno, quizas en la misma marca hay otras opciones parecidas que estan bien. Cabe aclarar que me vino con un pixel muerto y estoy viendo si me lo reconocen en la garantía o no.

Ive been using it for about a month now and I was skeptical about buying this model because of the ghosting but It doesnt bother me like i thought it would. I use it for both gaming and work. I originally was going to go with a 32" because because I was afraid the 27" was going to be to small for my taste, but it was perfect. The quality of this monitor is amazing. The resolution is 3840 x 2160 and It has a 144hz refresh rate which makes the picture quality beautiful. Perfect for for games like APEX, LOL, And Fortnite. I dont use this feature very often, but, They included the option to turn the screen vertically, which is great for scrolling through social media or reading. LOVE this monitor

I've had this monitor for over a year now. Randomly during game play the screen goes black. It flickers, goes black, and after a few second comes back on. I've recently tried to update its firmware from 1004 to 1008. I've renamed the USB drive To SERVICE, tried both the image file and the Zip file. Neither work. I cant afford to buy another monitor. I will have to put up with this until it breaks. Not going to buy Samsung ever again. On its support page there is not even a log of the changes of firmware. Sloppy! Clearly dont care.

Lo tengo un par de meses y ufff no hay mejor monitor (para mi) solo queda configurarlo bien y se ve muy epico todo el color contraste brillo, no calienta mucho, algo q debo aclarar si tepreguntas si seria mejor el de 32" por un poco mas, desde mi opinion es mejor q no compres el de 32" te parecera gigante xd el de 27" es mas q suficiente y no hay problemas con resolucion reflejo ni nd 10/10 compraria otro como 2do monitor si no tuviera ya xd

In the menu you're able to control your input lag modes, your refresh rate you can even add reticle to the middle of your screen. It has a built-in speaker an incredible refresh rate of 165hz but mine specifically is able to be overclocked to 171hz without tearing or stuttering. Just an all around super solid monitor.

this monitor was defective. it powered up for about 5 seconds then completely died. we switched back to our other monitor using the same exact connection method and it worked just fine. we tried multiple times but the power light would never activate, just dead. we've read all the other bad reviews across the web afterwards about this monitor. samsung quality has gone down hill lately judging by other reviews.

Ever since I bought the device, I had vertical white lines appear on the screen. These would stay present even if I unplugged the display cable. They usually went away if I power cycled the device. This was not the case today. I did the firmware upgrade per Samsung, and now the monitor does not display at all, and now I need to send it in to the repair team.

Deep sleep power off power on issue still exists, beware before spending lot of money on this product. Sometimes when the monitor comes back from standby, it resets, or changes freq, or doesnt turn back at all (seems random). I tried all settings, cables etc no luck. Super annoying for this price. (Picture quality etc otherwise are awwsome)

The screen is good in SDR, very mediocre in HDR. Would be completely worth the money if it wasn't for the total disaster in terms of firmware support from Samsung. Firmware revision 1008.1 is broken, often desyncing from PC and laptop (two tried, both over HDMI and DP), making it necessary to unplug and plug over and over again every few hours.

I use this screen with my laptop and PS5. Colors are great and it's nice for FPS games. 144hz is definitely noticeable. Also, I'd recommend this screen for productivity.

Really satisfied overall. One of the cheapest possible 4k 144hz monitors available. Despite being quite light in plain black (well, it was supposed to be black, but due to high luminescence in upper left corner, it isn't), otherwise it is really cool. I did not tested HDR mode because it's too bright for me, but besides that - it works great. Stand is really good made - it shows big stability (my desk is quite narrow, so operating from the back is hard, therefore I had to move stand over the edge of desk, but even with 1/3 leg lenth moved into air, monitor ain't even move a bit down), also allowing me to fast and easy movement in any direction. There are few small downsizes, such as: - high luminance in plain dark black - usb hub could provide bigger power to charging devices (ain't too bad, but Quick Charge 3.0 and upper are non possible) - tight backdoor for cable management. Besides that, monitor offers really strong pros: - cheap 4k - cheap 144 hz - bright hdr (it is only hdr 400 standard, but still it is way more, than enough for me) - stable stand, which really moves lightly - back illuminance (was OK, but it was still too bright in the dark) - matte finish of the screen (rather a standard than a feature, but it is not always that way) - thick bezel - nicely looking black finish - lightweight - headphone out (shame it is not lineout for speakers, but it is better than nothing). I'm satisfied with that purchase, especially in that price range. 28" fits perfectly in gap between standard monitor size and big tv-monitor hybrids.
