I like the new storage amount, the fast processing, the camera is good even zooming in, my Samsung connects well to wifi and mobile data when on the go as well as at home, long lasting battery which helps me do more tasks and the display is not too crowded and easily rearranged.

Clutter filled soon sign up. Need to limit the stuff need. Too much gaming apps. Not everyone wants it. Give us the choice to bring limited photos, files and gamings. Blocked my emails because it cluttered withthedownload, which Ihave erasedon theother phone. In my opinion it should be in the cloud to use them as we needed them and phone should be free and speedy for it. Still getting to know it and once I clean my phone again to reduce the cluttered and get back my three emails sing back. Will right another review.

Build quality is great. Lovely feel to my 1st ever new Samsung phone. Picked up 1st June 2024. The free on-line manual from Samsung is well worth downloading, I did download it & studied it before buying the A25 5G on an offer. Settings nice & clear, take your time. Also, another big plus with Samsung, you can delete apps that most older people may not need. I delete the likes of Facebook, X, & others that are not free. That was locked on the G8 Power. Could disable them. Used the auto set up & copied all from my G8 Power, Not apps or Google acc. To honest the manual set is much easier as that's what did for my G/F's new A25 5G. Do need to set up a free Samsung account, as when doing the one for G/F. It would not finish all the set stuff. Nothing bad to report with the free Samsung Account. I did set a free Samsung Account on my laptop before I did buy the A25 5G from retailer. Then I did the Google Accounts, very straightforward. On the Samsung Acc, I would say best to have one each, or could get in a right pickle with text codes for logging into the Samsung. This is a long-term mob for us & the only make that comes with 5 years of up-dates. So not rushing to use it. As of the 24th June 2024. Not using it full-time yet, but it's already just need to put my SIM card in it. No need to buy charger plug. The A25 5G can charge at 25 watt with a 25 watt charger plug would need to buy one, but in setting under battery it states for long life of battery set it to only charge to 85% & use slower charge rate. The battery comes 60% charged out of the box, BUT make sure to do a full charge before think of turning on the new A25 5G. I did my 2nd charge from 40% to 85% in one hour & 20 mins on standard charge rate using my 18 watt charger plug from my G8 Power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best software experience and back camera is amazing super beaitifull colours of display but the bezzels are too big as compared to other phone companies Which are offering thin bezzels in the half of the price of Samsung a25 the speakers are good but the battery timing is not impressing art all as it has no auto select refresh rate and also exynos 1280 is an old processor which also provide low fps in some games e.g PUBG it provides 30 fps as g99 an lower processor than it provides 40 fps overall the phone is good but the display bezzels for the price of the phone se so annoying but the display colours and quality is so amazing however in my opinion this phone is good but little bit overpriced

Easy to navigate. Nice comfortable size. Good clear display. Great camera both front and back. Good video too. Nice clear calls on the phone. Lots of nice easy to access settings. The screen can be a tiny but glitchy but maybe it's finger trouble! I have lost the mobile network three times in the first 5 weeks but a reboot resolves the issue. All in all, yes I am pleased with the phone.

When i first got the phone. It was brilliant. But now ive gone back to my old phone.its because i had a lot of my photos in my gallery and now ive lost them alli back them up and they disappeared. I tried to get them back with no joy. There is no notes on the phone to get them back. Lucky ive got them on my old phone and i backed them on there and did not disappear.

Phone is amazing. Enjoy having it. It does offer updates and everything what new comes out for it. Right from the first day with the ease of transferring my data from my old phone I've delighted with the speed and how easy get a hang of the new features and apps The only downside is I cannot seem to take a screenshot using the power and volume buttons and have to use my hand swipe to take them

It's quite slow when your trying to use it as if there is a delay before opening an app, I don't use any gaming or social media either so the phone is pretty much free of usable space

It's a horrible little phone. I was forced to 'upgrade' when the charging port on my Note 9 died after years of service, and this was the cheapest Samsung available. I was expecting it to be fairly comparable, but it seems the A series is the budget range. The phone feels cheap and clunky, the touchscreen sensitivity is way off, and the camera quality is awful. Even taking a screenshot is ridiculous due. It's somehow a massive downgrade from the Note 9, depsite it being a much older model, and I honestly cannot wait to be rid of it.

I don't really love my new A25 Samsung Galaxy at all. It doesn't behave as well as my old Galaxy A12. The Samsung Notes are so much harder to use, now with short pages instead of the old continuous one, making much more difficult for continuity, especially when copying and pasting into it. Also when I am typing out a text, suddenly without realising it, I've touched something and then find the text has jumped to another part of my message, so annoying! Another problem with typing is if I want yo alter a letter, it will highlight the whole word instead of just placing the cursor where I need it to be, then if I click on the spellcheck suggestion, the cursor shoots up towards the top of the writing! All things I never had with my old phone! Not at all impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use. Decent phone for the price. It can be a bit slow at times and screen can freeze a bit but the overall performance of the phone is good. The phone doesn’t support some apps on App Store but it’s still a great phone for everyday use. The camera quality is good when taking photos but the sound can be really low when recording videos. Also the phone is nice and wide. I also have the Z Fold and the main screen is very narrow. A25 is much wider and feels easier to use than the main screen of the Z fold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The muti window which I like to use fairly often as I work from home so whilst working through paperwork like to have something playing in the corner stops me getting bored so quickly. This model constantly overheats very quickly whereas my a15 was so much better and would last half a day on multi window this one lucky to even get half hour before shuts it off and says phones too hot even if I take the case off. Camera isn't much better than the a15 you think the model difference it would be...

I purchased my A25 Samsung phone around a month ago and I love this phone. I always opt for Samsung products including television, tablets and phones. They are all incredibly reliable. The phones display is clear and easy to view and navigate through. The memory is brilliant with an impressive battery life with quick charging. The connectivity is also impressive. I'm so pleased with its performance. I would definitely recommend this phone. The camera takes crisp clear photos.

The battery lasts a long time and the display is great. It works just as you would expect for a smart phone. But I have 3 issues which I can't seem to resolve. 1. I used my new phone at a gig and was recording video of the performance. When zooming in and out, the video jumps and made the songs go out of sync which was horrible to listen back to. The camera when zoomed in also isn't as good as previous phones I've had - eg Samsung Galaxy's. 2. When connected to WiFi then leaving the WiFi area, the phone does not automatically connect to Network Mode - even though the Auto Connect is selected. I've missed out on important emails or notifications before realising that this was happening and had to re-select the auto connect before the network connections kick in. 3. The phone sometime freezes or goes very slow.

My Samsung Galaxy A12 was getting full up and the microphone didn't work anymore, so I bought a Samsung Galaxy A25 (reduced on eBay). It has twice as much storage capacity - 128GB - as my old phone and it has more emoji, such as the pink heart. The amount of themes the A12 would let me have got shorter and shorter, whereas the A25 accepts nearly all themes. It was also easy to transfer all my data over. All in all, I'm thrilled with it 🙂

Nothing good This is by far the worst phone I have ever owned. So laggy it's a joke The signal is non existent If I'm not in the same room as the WiFi router, I have no WiFi. Typing anything is difficult, the auto correct is terrible. Navigating the apps is clumsy I don't know how many times a day I accidently start "free" Overall its a horrible phone. Very disappointed.

After transferring all my data from my old phone into my new, my new a25 performs a lot slower than my old a51. Skipping songs on Spotify, switching between apps, and overall performance is very slow. If it hadn't been for a battery failure on my old phone I wouldn't have switched at all. Camera quality is fantastic, though. Far better than any other phone I've had or seen.

The lag rate is awful. This phone is definitely 'just for the sake of it' market spot filler. It glitches the camera is awful and the speakers are moderate at the loudest. It has a rounded screen, I hate that But I like the expandable storage, as well as the AUX jack. I've never once pressed the on button because the finger print sensor is so reliable & easily accessible. I also love how there is like no undeleteable apps, there's a few apps after you set it up but you can delete them instead of just disabling them.

This is a replacement for another Samsung phone that I had for six years before breaking it, so I was familiar with the general set up. But the new phone is a distinct improvement, especially the camera, and very reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their phone who doesn't necessarily need all the gimmicks

screen is hard work. unable to take screenshots as easily as with the samsung 52. Copying everything over ffrom one phone to another, exremely difficult. i lost 200 contacts and 700 photographs, so not happy. difficult finding a phone case which actually fits, without messing with the volume keys on the side. too many 'helpful' apps on phone.

I was looking for a device that is not too expensive but also good quality. This phone is perfect as it has cool tech features and it runs well. I would however like a slightly bigger ram on this phone. would make the phone run faster but for what it is, I would recommend it to everyone. it has cool accessories and is cheap to maintain too.

Multiple locks screens is great so is the screen and the responsiveness for the most part. But there are a large amount of small issues such as screen freezing, frame rate dipping on certain videos, sometimes the screen won't load the app but the audio will play. It's a good phone but has a lot of smaller issues which causes annoyance

I bought the colour "yellow" - which is not yellow at all, it's kind of lime green but fading green, it's quite disgusting. The camera isn't any good, my cheaper phone takes better photos. The battery is bad - it lost 5% at night doing NOTHING. Charing took 3-4 hours. It works slowly. Shameful Samsung, trully shameful with this model.

The A25 since I have had it has been very awkward to use to gain internet access. I regulary have to restart the phone and then the messages , emails etc come through. Also my old phone would pick up wifi in the office room in the house no problem, the A25 - intermittent at best. Would not go for the A25 again if I had the option.

My last phone was the Galaxy A80 and I had that for 4 years from 2020. The Galaxy A25 (blue) is unbelievable, its an upgrade of 128GB and has features on it that the A80 never had. I'm blown away by so many things to do but still learning and adapting. I'm not tech savvy but I can get by. Got it reasonably priced in the sale.

I am absolutely delighted with this phone. Large internal memory and able to add memory card if required. Takes great photos and is very easy to use and navigate around. The only negative is that it doesn't come with a plug for charging. For a very good, reasonably priced phone though I would definitely recommend.

Overall very good, charges very quickly & camera is good. The only downside is the keyboard, it seems to make up it’s own words (without predictive text!) even though I clearly press a correct letter it shows a letter next to it eg. if I press i it will show as u or o…… never had that problem on my previous samsungs.

Love this phone...my last one was Samsung & I was happy with it but it was only 32gb so was fast running out of memory. Although I had memory card, wasn't the same do got this one which is 128gb. Mainly use for messaging & using as phone so basic needs for me. Camera is good. Meets all my needs. Very happy!!

This is only my second smart phone my first was a second hand Galaxy A20e which was great except for the curved screen which I found too sensitive in my hands as it was constantly opening screen's I did not want even though it was set in the less sensitive setting, being one of the older generation (70+) I am still learning how to use not only some of the older features but also the newer ones on my new Galaxy A25 5G so early days at the moment and although a bit larger than my last phone it does sit in my hand a lot more comfortably, as features go I like the screen and can see all the details even in bright sun shine, the buttons are well placed giving me easy control especially with biometrics' the one I have a bugbear with is the app screens where the apps are duplicated on different screens and when I try to remove the copy it removes both the original and the copy so I have extra screens that I do not need using extra resources on my phone, that apart I am loving my new phone.

I love Samsung phones but this phones battery seems to run out really fast. My previous phone was a A32 and the battery lasted a lot longer. I could play games on it to pass time while waiting for appointments ect , but I dare not do this on my new phone. I disappointed really and not impressed.

I've had to grade this lower than I would like as the battery is not as good as mentioned. Thd whole reason I upgraded my Samsung from my old one was battery and having to constantly charge it. Its frustrating that this new phone isn't as good as I had hoped. It lasts the day just!

Its slower to respond than my old samsung s10. On phone calls it goes quiet so that I cant hear the other person,usually 2 to 3 times per call. Eventually i can hear the other person again,after a few seconds. Its not my service as I never had this problem with my s10.

Had a Samsung j5 for 7 years and had never had any issues apart from the battery started getting tired but after 7 years what do you expect the camera was excellent display spot on the only reason I put the phone on the shelf was it was only 3g so needed to upgrade

This phone has some cute features and I'm still learning about them all. I particularly like the side bar with shortcuts to my most/ recently used apps. However the battery life is dreadful, if I don't keep it on battery saver I'd be charging it three times a day!

Not easy to use, so much data being used. My old Galaxy A32 was brilliant! Trying to find all the hidden apps that are using data in the background stressful. Took the phone to a 3 shop in the end. Wish my old phone was not broken has would stay with that one.

Phone is OK and I guess you get what you paid for. I find it to be quite clunky nothing seems smooth with it. The screen is lovely and the sound from speakers are really good. Compared to my honor 70 this doesn't stack up and I have gone back to that.

Great to use, does everything I need and is fast, responsive and reliable i have used it for a few games with no issues at all, camra and display are both really good battery last all day and I'm generally connected to 5g 99% of the time too.

The battery drains quickly, and the phone dies completely within a day. My old A15 from 2022 lasted at least two days on a single charge. The A25 also lags when taking photos and listening to music, which never happened with the old phone.

I really like this phone, mainly for the camera, but... (a) To do screenshots I have to go back to doing it the 'old' way - Volume Down & On/Off button! My last phone I just had to flick down from the top and press. Very quick. (b) I like to have my individual contacts to have their own individual songs attached to their names so that I know who is calling me. I haven't found a way of doing it with this phone. Yet. Don't mistake me, I like this phone, battery usage is ok but be careful how many apps you put on. I haven't had any problems with connectivity, when out and about I generally have to turn on mobile data for a short while but I try not to use that too often. I quite like how the display looks but it took me a while to configure things to how I wanted them. I love photography and I used to always haul my 'big' camera everywhere. These days I can't do it so much but I have found that the camera on this phone serves my needs quite well when I manage to get out and about. Even the macro is very good. Lastly, the overall performance is very good.

Poor keyboard which results in many typos and in some cases such as my energy provider app, keyboard won't open, apparently a know issue with Samsung phones. For this reason I can't give more than 2 stars and am being generous.

Poor performance, very slow for the money, very nice hardware like camera and screen but the system is so incredibly slow, my music even glitches when i change apps or press too many buttons. Wish i hadn't bought.

The A25 is a great low budget phone! However, I'd like to see the camera default to 50 MP upon opening the app. That seems to be the only issue so far. Love the 5G capability when the network allows.

Long life battery, battery lasted for 3 days on a full charge. The real downside was never being able to get a signal without being on WiFi, having to turn phone off and on or restart was a nuisance.

It's not a match for my old A53, finger print on the side is a step backwards, speed abd battery better, but that's always the case comparing against a 2 year old phone. Not impressed

Appears slow for a new phone but perhaps that is my service provider. Disappointing battery life, even with fairly small useage needs recharging every 48 hours, sometimes more often.

Battery life is non-existent. I regularly wake in the morning and find the battery has drained overnight and that it needs to spend a couple of hours recharging before I go anywhere.
