Le frigo fonctionne bien. En revanche, dessus, ce n'est pas une surface plane, il y a une partie bombée métallique et une partie plastique avec des trous. Il sera donc compliqué de nettoyer le dessus du frigo. J'ai appelé le SAV mais c'est dans la conception du frigo, il n'y a pas de plaque prévue pour couvrir. Quelle solution est envisagée pour nettoyer le dessus du frigo ? Vous avez une plaque de 60 x 60 cm de 3,3 cm de hauteur ? Sur le site de Samsung, je découvre en revanche que je vais facilement pouvoir nettoyer l'arrière du frigo...

Nice looking f/f looks nice in new kitchen. HOWEVER after 17 months the internal casing is cracking in the both the bottom of the fridge causing a hole & in the freezer one of the moulded runners in the side wall is cracked. Samsung don't want to know & without even inspecting it say the hole in the fridge is a drainage hole (yes, seriously!) caused by the use of one application of anti-bacterial spray on a damp cloth & unsurprisingly is not covered by the 5 year extended warranty. Disgusting. Absolute heap of junk & clearly neither satisfactory quality or durable as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if it starts to break up inside after such a short period of time.

It has plenty of space for a family of four, as it is a Spacemax with fridge capacity 230 litre and freezer with 114 litre capacity. It started cooling quickly and comes with a very handy wine rack. Good ambient lighting with simple and sensible design for shelves. It has a quite operation and looks excellent in the kitchen. Very pleased with my purchase. As it is Samsung the quality and the warranty is excellent, compared to other similar products available from other manufacturers. I have several other Samsung products that have given excellent service.

Much neater than our previous fridge (only a small bit deeper than our 60cm base cabinets). We like the split between fridge and freezer and the lighting inside was nice and bright. The economy looks like it will be cheaper to run than many of the other fridges we looked at that were similar. The best bit though it how quiet it is compared to our previous appliance. Recommended.

It's a great looking fridge freezer with plenty of room inside. Nice finish and I love the integrated handles. Sticky fingerprints seem to wipe off easily. It's generally pretty solid (typical Samsung). I like that I can set separate temperatures for the fridge and freezer, and nothing is going to get lost inside with the LED light. It's an updated version of my previous Samsung which had three removable shelves in the fridge and each could be positioned at one of two heights meaning I could chose the distance between shelves to my preference. The shelves come out in this one but there's no choice of what height they go. Frustrating. There's not a lot of room between the wine shelf and the shelf below. Might have to remove the wine shelf if necessary. It would have been much better for me if the wine shelf was at the top and a bit higher than the current top shelf position. The overall height is 8cm higher than my previous and the extra wine shelf is bound to affect the distances between the shelves. I'm sure it's a matter of getting used to it. There are two deep drawers in the freezer and the other is shallower. I'd have preferred them to be the same depth but that's just what I'm used to. There is no space lost behind the bottom drawer ( because of the motor or condenser) as in my old one so there's more freezer space.

It took a while to decide on this fridge freezer. Which? rated this fridge freezer as a good buy and also lots of good reviews from users. It is spacious and chills/freezes well. It also comes with added 3yrs making it total of 5yrs warranty - what piece of mind. That's real peace of mind. So far I am loving it.

Réfrigérateur choisi, entre autres, pour son faible niveau sonore (35 db mentionnés sur l'étiquette et qualifié de silencieux). Il fait autant voire PLUS DE BRUIT QUE L'ANCIEN RÉFRIGÉRATEUR qu'il a remplacé et qui avait 15 ans ! Je suis très déçue de cet article ainsi que de la société SAMSUNG qui n'a rien voulu savoir. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce réfrigérateur.

Le fluide frigorigène désormais utilisé, l'isobutane, est respectueux de l'environnement, mais nécessite une pression plus élevée dans le système de réfrigération, ce qui affecte le niveau sonore naturel des produits. Bonjour. j'ai signalé le problème du bruit de mon réfrigérateur depuis l'installation. Le bruit provient de la partie arrière gauche à mi hauteur dans une partie moulée je pense .Apres une première intervention inefficace sur les tuyauteries du compresseur qui n'état pas la source du problème comme indiqué, j'ai renvoyé des fichiers sonores à Samsung qui devait remobiliser le service après vente. Je mesure des nuisances sonores largement au dessus des 35 bd annoncéesJe suis toujours sans nouvelles du service qui devait me re contacter . Je suis extrêmement déçu car j'avais choisi un équipement de marque à faible niveau sonore pour pouvoir bénéficier d'un SAV compétant et il n'en n'est rien. Je souhaite le remplacement de cet appareil si ce n'est pas réparable.

I bought from a local supplier who delivered very quickly. After leaving the F/F to stand for three hours or so I switched the unit on and within a remarkably short time the freezer was at the temperature I had set (-20c) and the fridge was actually lower than the temperature I'd set (3 deg as opposed to 5 deg) This wasn't an issue as I can adjust the settings easily. I had a minor problem which I notice after unpacking. The retailer immediately contacted Samsung who, in turn, contacted me and resolved the matter without any delay whatsoever. Very pleased so far with the performance of the unit and the service offered by my local retailer and Samsung. One final note - others have said the unit is noise. I don't find the unit at all noisy. It is very quiet. One improvement that could be provided at very little extra effort would be to provide some flexibility in shelf placement.

Acheter pour des décibels bas 35 pour un studio mais déçu car pas vraiment silencieux. Et choquée impossible de mettre un four à micro-ondes car le dessus du réfrigérateur n'a pas de finition , on dirait qu'il est fait pour être encastrer dans un meuble.

Tall, spacious, black colour and long warranty. The spacing between shelves is narrow and non adjustable. I could notice it immediately as we tried to keep our items back from the old fridge. Even though it has more space we struggle to keep the taller items

Our first new Fridge/freezer in over 20 years. We were worried about it fitting, but the 59.5cm width means you don't have the worry about it fitting into a standard 60cm gap. It does! Loads of space thanks to the Spacemax design, and the flexibility of shelving means all your favourites can be accommodated. With an extended 5yr Warranty thrown in, I couldn't be happier.

TL; DR: Do not buy for open plan kitchen / living room. I really wanted to like this fridge, it looks good, there feels like there is lots of space inside, there's a digital temperature control and I haven't seen any frost in the freezer. BUT! before the compressor starts there's a relatively loud high pitched buzz. Then when the fan turns on it's a much louder that my previous fridges (this varies, sometimes it is quieter). I sent it back for a replacement and the new one is better but still makes the same noises.

silencieux, capacité frigo et congélateur impeccable répond à mes attentes mais par deux fois il est reparti en réparation car réglage du congélateur -18° mais mesuré, ce que j'ai pu voir entre -6 ET -12, peut être même plus proche de 0 car glaces molles et au final j'ai tout jeté car légumes mous et la viande je ne sais pas à combien elle a congelé, ce qui a fait de lui un gros freezer. Actuellement après réparation (changement de plusieurs pièces) pour atteindre les -18° il faut le régler à -20°car à moins 18 il était à un moment donné à -12. Donc toujours assez déçue. Le combiné qui m'a été prêté d'une autre marque était fiable - 18 c'était -18 et mes glaces étaient dures.

The Satin Sky blue is a very pleasing colour and the glass is great to the touch (this is what wowed us initially), it attracts attention and not fingerprints - and fridge magnets can only go onto the sides, which is actually quite nice! The power cable is from the top and just about reaches the bottom. On first use it is a bit noisy when it rapidly brings the temperature down, otherwise it is mostly off or a mild hum and gurgle and we rarely notice it. It holds more than our previous fridge of a similar height. A minor gripe is that the shelves are not really adjustable, but you could remove one or two to make vertical space if needed - this does need to be done in a somewhat specific order of shelves as the door does not open much beyond 90 degrees, so sometimes you might need to take a couple extra out first. The door storage isn't adjustable but is removable, which is more than adequate for us. The digital temperature settings and display are very useful to know the current temperature of both the fridge and freezer, and it has a nice white LED light for the fridge section. No frost in a month and already noticed the vegetables are staying fresher for longer! All in all very pleased with our purchase! And it has already has been christened Mr Blue Sky in the household :)
