[Deze beoordeling is verzameld als deel van een promotie.] Wij waren op zoek naar een nieuwe wasmachine en zochten naar een goede deal, maar wel wat luxe. Met twee kinderen wilden we ook een grote capaciteit. Toen kwamen wij de Samsung Bespoke AI wash 7000-serie tegen. Wat een topmachine! Superstil, Klasse A energielabel, Smart app besturing en automatische dosering wat ook nog eens wasmiddel bespaart omdat hij de was weegt en de dosering daarop aanpast. Als klap op de vuurpijl ook nog eens 11 KG capaciteit! Elke andere machine had geen kans meer vergeleken bij deze mooie machine. Heb hem nu al een paar weken en ontdek elke keer weer nieuwe slimmigheden.

I am so delighted with my new washing machine, its efficient, quiet, spacious and really gets the clothes clean and the AI technology means that if I pick the wrong cycle (which is hard coz there's so many to choose from and they are so easy to understand), the machine is designed to assess the load and adjust accordingly. Its a lovely modern design and is so aesthetically pleasing. I love it. Being able to control it from my phone and see how much water/detergent/energy I'm using is just amazing. It has many other features which are good for the environment, and my pocket!!!

This machine is not silent at all. When rinsing it makes a banging noise while spinning and i also called the service to come look at it and it still makes the noise. The engineer that came tested the machine with no clothes in it so obviously it didn't make the noise then on the spot, but it's a different story when its got weight inside because that's when the drum hits the sides and the banging noise happens. I bought it because its supposed to be a silent machine and the reviews were good but its not silent at all. The features are somewhat easy to use but if you connect it to your phone for some reason it doesn't allow me to start it from my app or pause it. so idk the point of that. The app doesn't seem user friendly. Also with the AI wash i've noticed not all the stains come out. I guess i would not recommend this series 7 because if the constant banging when it rinses. Also the engineer said i overload it because it's meant to be 11kg wet clothes not dry. What's the point of paying more for a machine with a large capacity if i still have to put 3 items in it. That doesn't make any sense.

Arrived today. Already done 7 loads of washing was a little confused at first but once I drove it it was easy. The bubble soak feacher for my whites is amazing came out crystal clear very impressed. Only thing I want be nit picky about is there is no mixed load feacher but have maned to cope so fare. The 11kg drum is great I use it like an 8kg drum and because of this the cloves have loads of room to spin. So fare on my current electric rate it cost me 40p to do a load on cotton 40 with 1 extra rince. Would recomed this product so fare but ti.e will tell

Con un diseño sencillo y elegante sorprende con la cantidad de modos de lavado, características para configurar y menor ruido. La aplicación SmartThings permite ajustar ciclos personalizados para el tipo de tejido de la colada, siendo bastante restringido e impidiendo algunas configuraciones para reducir el tiempo de lavado. Con dos depósitos para el dispensador automático pero sólo uno para el manual, teniendo que elegir entre detergente o suavizando, obligando a tener que cronometrar cuándo vacia el detergente y llena el tanque de agua para verter el suavizante. Al finalizar suena una melodía, curioso, pero no permite elegir entre la melodía o el tradicional beep. También recoge la información sobre el consumo eléctrico que realiza.

Kupili mašinu platili je skupo upalili je prvo pranje šareni veš i kod dodavanja vode curi odozdola na spoju bubnja, i jos necu da nam je zamjene a nije stara ni 24 sata nego moramo cekati servisera da je pogleda i ako može popraviti pa neka ja koristim polovno a ne novo jer to nije novo kada vec odma ide na servis radila je 2h i 31 minutu to zamjeram trebali su nam zamjeniti za novu drugu a ne da cekam servisere

I hate this machine don’t buy it. I haven’t been paid to review like some of the reviews below which are incentivised. I had this machine 6 weeks before I realised it wasn’t dispensing fabric softner. You can’t add the softner manually so it’s pretty useless. Most softeners don’t work with this machine it seems. Clothes don’t smell clean. It sounds good but in reality it’s not. Buy a simple machine. You can control it from your phone but can’t switch it on from there. So programme on phone then go to machine to switch it on. What’s the point.

Decidí adquirir este modelo dadas las buenas críticas que había leído y aprovechándome que estaba con pecio rebajado. No me ha defraudado en absoluto. Lo he probado en diferentes programas de lavado y ha dado resultados satisfactorios. Además tiene todo lo que se necesita, capacidad, autodispensador de detergente y suavizante, multitud de programas, manejo sencillo, buena pantalla, silenciosa, acabado premium, bajo consumo y conexión a internet. El motor trae una garantía de 20 años lo que dice mucho de la confianza de Samsung en este producto.

Acabo de recibirla le doy un 4 porque hasta que no la pruebe durante unos meses no le puedo dar un 10. Pero prometo actualizar. .Es más bonita físicamente que en foto y es muy configurable. Es verdad que algunos programas no se le puede configurar todo pero siempre hay alguno que vale para poner la temperatura y el tejido que quieres. Tengo que investigar más smartthings pero tb tiene buena pinta. Ya actualizaré. Los tiempos por defecto no son excesivamente elevado, que me había asustado...así wye. De primeras tiene muy buena pinta.

Very impressed with this machine, bought to replace an 8 yr old Samsung. I was going to buy a more basic one but with discount and cash back this was a fantastic deal. Have used quite a few programs, I really like the auto dispense as it seems to be very economical. Quite a few of the programmes have a limit on the amount of weight of clothes which I was surprised about, but overall very pleased. I’ve not used the internet features yet. I use the ai wash cycle a lot, stains come out great. It’s super quiet, Over all can’t fault anything really but only had just over a month. Think the design of it is a bit ugly but it’s not on show anyway a think I’d have gone for a different colour way if it had been. (Mine is white with black panel..it was the cheapest)

Only had machine a couple of days but have done two washes. The machine runs very quite Easy to operate no instructions needed just common sense Washing came out very dry after spin A standard cotton wash takes very long nearly 4 hours on one rinse and set to 20, the screen shows 1hr then when it starts changed to 3hr 45 and it was a small wash. Machine looks very modern. Very easy to scratch as we found just by moving it and then noticed on the black trim small marks. Difficult to move into place, the feet have very good suction to the floor which is a good thing once in place, I use a sound prove mat so once on this can pull machine out and push back in if needed. Machine has many different washing setting some I so not think most people will use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A machine that just looks premium out of the box, it's feature filled, quiet, even on a fast spin - really useful for having it finish a wash as we get up, and lots of wash options. It is very heavy - much heavier than the machine it replaced, so you might want some help manoeuvring it into position. But installation was otherwise straightforward. SmartThings set up is pretty good, although it didn't want to connect the first few times. If you're in the same position, try temporarily disabling the 5Ghz wi-fi band, so your phone is then on the same 2.4Ghz network that the machine supports. After doing that, all is good - and it continues to work after re-enabling the 5Ghz band. Excellent value if on promotion, plus there's a 5-year parts and labour warranty.

Machine très pratique et silencieuse. La capacité de 11kg est tout simplement géniale pour les grosses pièces comme les draps ou couettes. Nous l'utilisons principalement avec le programme IA qui calcule et adapte quasi tout. On adapte juste si il faut de l'adoucissant qui est stocké dans le réservoir de la machine. L'autre réservoir qui sert à placer du produit de lessive n'est pas utile pour nous car nous utilisons des produits différents en fonction du linge (noir, blanc, couleur, laine).

We got such a great deal with this washing machine so really was a no brainer. Original price is quite a lot so may not have chosen if we didn't have a discount. Samsung is a reliable brand for washing machines compared to others. Love that you can connect it to your phone and it is actually useful, not just a tech gimmick. Friends have had a variety of others washers over the years but we agree that Samsung is a brand to trust as it lasts and having the 5 year warranty is a major sell.

Als je deze wasmachine koopt is het ook handig als je een samsung ai droger erbij neemt. Ze werken namelijk perfect samen, en passen de programma s aan elkaar aan. De wasmachine is stil en wast schoon. De automatische dosering is ook ideaal: wasmiddel erin gieten en je hebt er geen omkijken naar. Ook is de doseringsbak goed schoon te maken. De app van samsung houdt je op de hoogte of je was klaar is, toch viezer is dan verwacht en wanneer je je wasmiddel bij moet vullen.

Ik gebruik de wasmachine nu een maand. In het begin moest ik even wennen aan de programma's. Maar als je eenmaal door hebt welk programma pas bij welke was en vooral de hoeveelheid was is het een hele fijne machine. Ook het gebruik van de app vind ik fijn. Je kan alles heel makkelijk instellen. Ik voeg mijn wasmiddel wel met de hand toe want met de wasmiddellades kan in niet zien hoe hoog een doses wasmiddel is dat toegevoegd wordt. En als ik de hoeveelheid laat staan op middel dan is mijn was wel schoon maar ruikt hij niet heel lekker fris naar wasmiddel. Dus dan moet ik hem op hoog stellen. Ik heb die functie dus gewoon uitgezet en voeg het wasmiddel zelf toe. Ik vind het ook een hele stille machine, ideaal met kinderen die vroeg naar bed gaan. Ik kan gewoon in de avond nog de was doen. Wij zijn dus dik tevreden.

I purchased this Washing Machine at the end of last year, and so far it has been fantastic! The design is top tier; very futuristic looking, and the Machine itself is very quiet. Having the larger drum has been a godsend for my washing routine. I am able to wash larger towels and do fewer washes per week which has made my water and electricity usage more efficient. I have the Machine connected to my Wifi and I can manage my everything from the app. Brilliant!

Un bémol sur le buit lors de la distribution automatique de lessive qui est excessive par rapport à l'essorage, qui même à 1400 t est très silencieux. mais la distribution de lessive et le remplissage en eau et excessivement bruyant en rapport au reste. cela reste un lave linge très agréable et silencieux le reste du temps. Élégant et plutôt de qualité j'espère qu'il me durera 20 ans !

Our first technically advanced washing machine and we love it! Very quiet and stable so no problem with waking the baby. Great selection of washing programmes, each of which can be customised to our preferences. Auto dosing saves on using too much soap and conditioner so clothes are as clean so possible. I thought at first, what is the point of wifi? Set it up and it's easier to set the machine programming via my mobile than selecting using the knob on the machine. This machine is not just efficient it's very quite compared to our previous PRC/Italian machine. I highly recommend this machine as you get information on power and water consumption. The website had date picker issues and the serial on package was short a digit so I had to rummage to find in in the smallest possible writing on the device. Via de app op mijn telefoon goed te zien hoe lang de wasmachine nog draait en of het wasmiddel bijgevuld moet worden. Ik kan weer genieten van mijn schone was.

Ik hou van de menu begeleiding zodra ik de machine start ik krijg je een welkom bericht en scroll je door de gewenste was programma daarnaast vind ik het fijn dat de machine de was weegt en automatisch wasmiddel toevoegt voor het aantal gewicht. Ik vind de geharde glazen deuren prachtig!

Bought with matching condenser dryer. Look great, does an amazing job of getting things clean and dry at a lot less cost per wash than previous machines (Miele). Auto dispense and app control makes life so much easier. Not a huge fan of doing the laundry but this makes it a breeze.

lave bien, on peut choisir la quantité d'adoucissant et de lessive en fonction de l'eau par contre, je suis déçue car c'est une machine connectée mais on ne peut pas la démarrer à distance, obligé d'appuyer sur le bouton sur la machine à laver. Cela n'a aucun intéret !
