[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed using the 34-inch Odyssey OLED G8 G85SD. The picture quality is excellent, with impressive clarity, vibrant colors, smooth responsiveness, and a matte finish that does a great job of reducing glare. The monitor also has great ergonomics, and I especially like the design and flexibility of the stand. Another major advantage is the wide range of built-in ports, which makes the monitor suitable for many different devices and uses. My main concern is the experience when connecting devices other than a PC, particularly my PlayStation 5. Compared with my laptop or PC, the console display settings feel much more restricted. Features such as VRR are not always available, and I sometimes have to select “PC” as the input type just to access certain features. Even then, the setup is not as flexible as it should be. This worked better before the most recent software update, so I hope Samsung can improve it through a future update. Aside from that software issue, this is an amazing monitor. The OLED display, matte finish, clarity, responsiveness, stand, and connectivity make it an excellent overall product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Samsung Odyssey G8 Gaming monitor and I am in love! I currently just have it hooked up to my gaming laptop and the graphics are incredible. I’ve hooked it up to my husbands gaming PC and its absolutely stunning visually. The curve is at the perfect angle to see everything with ease. One of the amazing things about this monitor as well is that it connects to Wifi on its own so it can be used as a tv as well. I’ve connected it to all of my streaming services and watching a lot os movies and shows on it and the graphics and colors are wonderful. Its got a very sleek and thin profile so you can fit it in a small space if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled with my new Samsung G8 Ultrawide 34-inch monitor. The screen size is perfect for gaming, providing an immersive experience without feeling overwhelming. The 1800R curved screen really draws you into the game, so you don't have to worry about constantly turning your head. I play a lot of Rocket League, and having a high refresh rate is crucial. With the 175Hz refresh rate, I feel like I have an edge over the average player. The sleek design of the monitor adds a modern touch to my desk setup, and it looks just as good as it performs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung OLED G8 is a fantastic monitor. It’s expansive 34” ultra widescreen allows for immersive gaming and more productivity at work. The screen provides amazing contrast and the fast refresh of the OLED panel means a faster response time. I don’t know if it’s the monitor or not but my gaming seems to be little better since getting this. It’s easy to setup, looks great out of the box (tweaking it can yield an even better picture), the settings are familiar and easy to use, and the solar remote is fantastic. No more reaching behind the monitor and fiddling with a joystick. I’m also a huge fan of the built in speakers which means there’s one less thing on my desk now. Bottom line is that this monitor is fantastic whether you’re playing the latest games or trying to get more done at work. Pick one up… you won’t be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed by how lightweight this monitor is. It made the setup super easy and the included walkthrough is very intuitive. All necessary connections you would need are included and clear explanations are provided. Initially, the monitor was too bright for a member of our family, but after a little research and tweaking the settings, we were able to achieve the perfect setup. The HDR quality is fantastic, with vibrant colors and deep blacks. Getting used to the ultrawide screen is taking some time, but it should feel natural soon, especially once we move it back a bit. There are plenty of connections for other devices like TVs and game consoles. The home menu offers many features, including controlling our SmartThings devices, watching TV, and gaming through the game hub. The settings are extensive, including RGB lighting on the back. I am extremely satisfied with this monitor so far and I definitely give it a perfect score. I have a few games in mind that I have already played that I can't wait to play again on this monitor. I'm very excited. Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 34'' G8 monitor is solid build, the overall design and building quality feels and looks great! It have the vesa mount adaptor included, so I can attach to my existing monitor arm seamlessly. The display it self looks awesome. since it's OLED it can display images with more dynamic contrast range. I connected mainly using my M3 Pro Macbook Pro via a Thunderbolt docking station, when gaming mode is turned on, the refresh rate can set as 175hz, but when the gaming mode is off you can only select 120hz. The built in smart OS helps a lot while getting a break from the computer to enjoy the live TV and streaming services. The speaker for this monitor is not great as I expected but I'm using external speakers anyway. For gaming, the refresh rate and the panel's response rate is great and ideal! For content creator and designers the corlor range is pretty decent and accurate the anti-reflection finish give you glare free look while doing your creations. Overall it's a pretty great monitor that fits most of the tasks and pretty solid built that seems can last long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 34” Odyssey G8 UWQHD Gaming Monitor is designed for gamers who crave the ultimate experience. Its 1800R curved screen envelops your field of view, immersing you in the action like never before. The stunning 3,440 x 1,440 resolution delivers razor-sharp visuals, bringing every detail to life with vibrant colors that are truly mind-blowing. Playing games like Call of Duty MW3 and Black Myth: Wukong on this monitor is a transformative experience that brings joy to my heart and soul. With a blistering 175Hz refresh rate and an ultra-fast 0.03ms (GTG) response time, the Odyssey G8 ensures you stay ahead of the competition. It provides smooth, fluid gameplay even during the most intense battles, eliminating screen tearing. But it’s not just about performance; it’s also about comfort and style. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor has ruined all other monitors for me. I am convinced it really doesn't get any better than this. Samsung's Odyssey line is seriously the best monitors currently on the market. I mean, 34" of OLED? Un. Real. The ultrawide width, 0.03ms response time, and 175hz refresh rate make this the most immersive experience you can find. You not only get a much better gaming experience, but with specs like that you also get a competitive edge. Also, this thing is razor thin. Makes for a breathtaking centerpiece of your battle station setup. A feature you should definitely know about, this monitor has a built-in gaming hub, which functions similar to a smart TV. You can access apps like Netflix or Hulu without having to turn on your computer. You can access cloud gaming through apps like Nvidia GeForce Now and Xbox. This monitor can handle it all. For productivity, the ultrawide monitor makes bigger projects much more streamlined to manage. Especially when it comes to photo and video editing as the color spectrum on this monitor is unparalleled. I have absolutely zero regrets buying this monitor. It has immensely levelled up every aspect of my setup and my experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So clearly my first wide screen gaming monitor. It was very easy to get the stand set up without taking the monitor out of the box which was super helpful but then I decided to mount it instead so I had to take the stand off first which was super simple and it came with a mount converter since it is curved and that was easy to put on. I don't enjoy the cables honestly. I am using the display cable that came with the monitor however it doesn't click into place like most display cables so it's kept slipping out and messing with the screen while set up which was very frustrating. After setting it up it looks very nice and I am enjoying it so far :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Odyssey G8 OLED is a standout monitor with a 1440p resolution, and it showcases Samsung’s commitment to glare-free screens across their product line. The glare reduction is impressive—whether you're in a bright environment or near a light source, reflections are virtually nonexistent. This makes it easy to focus on what’s on the screen without any distractions. The image quality is superb, with vibrant colors and sharp details that make gaming and content consumption a pleasure. However, the anti-glare coating does come with a slight drawback. On black backgrounds, the blacks can appear more grayish, which might be a letdown for those who are particular about deep black levels. For PC gamers, especially those who enjoy ultra-wide gaming, this monitor is a fantastic choice. The screen's ultra-wide aspect ratio immerses you fully in your games, providing a truly expansive field of view. However, console gamers might be disappointed to find that the Odyssey G8 OLED displays black bars on the sides, which could detract from the experience for some.Overall, the Samsung Odyssey G8 OLED is a top-tier monitor for PC gamers who prioritize image quality and glare reduction, though it may not be the perfect fit for everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised how light this thing was right out of the box.....it made the initial setup very easy and the walkthrough makes everything very intuitive. Everything you could need to connect to the monitor is included along with explanation of what the connections are used for. The monitor was a little bright for me right out of the box but I did some digging around for some preferred settings and found a setup I'm happy with. HDR looks amazing....colors are vibrant and crisp and blacks are black! I do have to get used to the ultrawide screen, not used to having to look at one end and across the screen to the other, but that should be natural soon, especially once I'm able to move the monitor back a little. There are plenty of connections to incorporate other systems like your TV, Game Console etc. and the Home menu gives you lots of cool features such as viewing/controlling your Smartthings devices, watch TV, Play games through the game hub and the settings are a plenty, giving your all the options gamers could want including RGB at the Core on the back. I am extremely happy with this monitor so far, the only gripe I have is the game bar menu. It pops up every time the monitor wakes and displays how to show it etc....I dont know why they dont have the option to disable auto popup of the game bar menu. I found a workaround for it, but the option should easily be available for everyone. Other than that., I give this monitor a perfect score.....it makes me want to view all my games again and actually sit and watch TV content on it. Thanks Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Things that I loved automatically on this gaming monitor is that is curved and big.cable management on this monitor is the best and easy, won't be messy specially for gamers. Things about the monitor is that I can use it as a TV and gaming. It has so many nice features that I have never gotten before and this went above and beyond my persperctive. On top of that is OLED so the colors are wonderful as well as the color sync for the back of the monitor or if you want normal colors it works as well. I played some games with this monitor, performance and quality it was excellent. I would really recommend this for anyone looking for a gaming monitor OLED curved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So i got this monitor to replace an older style Samsung monitor and this thing sure was an upgrade in alot of ways. Ill do a pros and cons. Cons Switching from HDMIs is terrible because you must go to home screen, go to connected devices, pick your input, wait for original input to load in before you can switch, and then select it. If you are using HDMI the monitor has a hard time trying to pick up console. It will stutter and freeze forcing you to unplug and plug the monitor back in to refresh the input signal. It does not do that on the display port. Also this doesnt happen every single time you do it either. The display resolution on console it cuts off the sides of the screen leaving you to only use the middle. If I am buying a 34-inch monitor, I’d like to play on a 34 -inch screen. I get this isnt necessarily Samsungs fault. Its only 175 hertz which as a gaming monitor is lower for a high-end monitor and price. Id of just like to of seen 240 Hz Pros The OLED panel on this thing looks awesome, the picture – great, gaming content looks good, HDR works perfectly. The quality and sharpness of the picture is definitely a huge improvement from older generations and definitely worth the upgrade on its own. It has speakers that are decently good. They have directional audio that shocked me on how good it sounded for internal speakers. Doubles as a TV. Honestly id of liked to of seen this not included and them focus more on other things but at the same time I didnt realise how much i missed having the simplicity of a TV in my gaming room. The game mode menu really simplifies and helps bringing out the true potential of the monitor itself. You have to utilize this menu if you want max frames and fast latency. Plus theres some extras in there like virtual red dot and mini map magnifier thats cool.0 Its less bulky than the older versions. Very slim and easy to look at on a desk. All in all I give this 4 stars due to the hassle of switching HDMI ports. I utilize this alot due to playing on console and pc and its just aggravating on how this isnt simpler or at least done with no issues. Its not to bad of a reason not to use it and I will probably use this monitor for the next 3 or 4 years so I am happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been previously using the Samsung Odyssey G8 as my main monitor for some time now, and it has consistently outperformed the competition. Naturally, when the opportunity came to buy the new Samsung Odyssey G8 OLED, I was intrigued but cautious—could it really be that good without being fully 4K as the previous G8 is? The answer, as I’ve discovered, is a resounding yes. Straight out of the box, the G8 OLED impressed me. It’s lighter, thinner, and noticeably wider than its predecessor. The design is sleek and modern, with that signature Samsung quality that I’ve come to expect. But it wasn’t just the aesthetics that caught my eye; the moment I powered it up, I realized this monitor is more than just a pretty face. One of the most surprising features of the G8 OLED is its versatility. This isn’t just a monitor—it’s also a fully functioning smart TV. With a Quantum Dot OLED panel, it offers vibrant colors, deep blacks, and exceptional contrast. The built-in voice commands, a suite of apps, an active voice amplifier, and much more to elevate this monitor to a full entertainment hub that all fits nicely on my desk. The Samsung Gaming Hub is particularly noteworthy, offering access to Xbox, Luna, and a range of other gaming apps. And yes, it even comes with a compact, quality remote—because Samsung knows how to add those thoughtful touches that make all the difference. I have this monitor connected to a super high-end PC because, quite frankly, only the best monitor can match its capabilities. This was my first ultra-wide monitor, and I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about the change. But after about 10 minutes of gaming and adjusting the extra screen real estate, I was completely hooked. The immersive experience of the ultra-wide format is something I didn’t realize I was missing out on until I had it. The G8 OLED boasts a 34-inch screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio and a 3440 x 1440 resolution, offering nearly 4K quality. The 175Hz refresh rate ensures smooth visuals with minimal motion blur, while the 0.1ms response time eliminates ghosting, keeping fast-paced games looking sharp and fluid. When switching between the G8 4K and the G8 OLED, I could barely notice a difference in quality. But here’s where it really shines: you get both quality AND FPS, which is the ultimate win-win in my book and most likely for the majority of gamers out there. The visuals are stunning, and the gameplay is as smooth as butter. While gaming is my primary use, I also use my PC for 3D design, video editing, writing estimates, and every other office-related task you can think of. The ultra-wide screen real estate makes multitasking a breeze. I can have multiple windows open side-by-side without feeling cramped or losing focus. The connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1's, two USB's and a DisplayPort 1.4, this monitor integrates seamlessly into my setup, making it incredibly versatile for all my needs. My Professional Conclusion: The Samsung Odyssey G8 OLED has not just met my expectations—it has exceeded them in every way. From its smart features, like VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black and AMD FreeSync Premium support, to its unparalleled performance, it’s clear that Samsung has once again set the standard for what a monitor should be. If you’re in the market for a new monitor and want the best of both worlds—stunning visuals and high FPS—look no further. The G8 OLED is the ultimate choice. Now I just have to convince my wife I have a business-related project to work on this week so I can lock myself in here and enjoy every inch of this baby!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this monitor primarily for my PC, and while the smart features can feel a bit laggy, they work well enough to double as a TV if you spend most of your time in your room. After about a year and a half, I ran into an issue where half of the screen showed different brightness levels, but running a diagnostic and resetting the settings quickly resolved it. Since then, I haven’t had any further problems. Some people recommend going for an even wider monitor, but for me this one fits perfectly and looks great on my desk setup. The display quality is excellent, and I’d definitely recommend it for PC gaming.

It’s and amazing monitor, a bit smaller than my current 2x25 inch monitors but it’s so responsive and looks great on my desk. I’ve not even made a dent on all the features included Ignore the 2 star reviews, this is a WQHD monitor and not a 4k one - the other reviews are by folk who bought the wrong monitor for their needs thinking this was 4k, if you’re happy with a WQHD like I am, it is major upgrade from a 144hz 25 inch monitor, great for gaming and just as good for productivity and picture quality is something else. It’ll take a bit of getting used to compared to a dual monitor setup but so far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving this monitor! It's super sleek and thin, and is a perfect size without being too overwhelming. The curved screen is perfect to make it easier to scan the screen and have everything within view, and the matte finish doesn't detract from the picture quality while making the screen much more comfortable to use. It also has great specs for gaming - I'm loving the picture quality, refresh rate, and response time on it. I've mainly used standard monitors in the past, so this is definitely a very noticeable improvement for gaming in particular. Besides the screen itself, the back of the monitor has built in lights with a bunch of different settings and options, including syncing to whatever is on the screen. The monitor can slide up and down the stand, and can tilt towards or away from you so you can find the perfect viewing angle. Its 34-inch curved screen provides an immersive experience, thanks to its 1800R curvature, which wraps around your field of view for a more engaging display. The QHD resolution (3440 x 1440) ensures crisp, detailed visuals, while the 175Hz Refresh Rate feature and 1ms response time make it a fantastic choice for high-speed gaming and dynamic content. Design-wise, the Odyssey G8 is sleek and modern, featuring a slim profile with a virtually bezel-less display. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking to upgrade my monitor for a while now and finally landed on this one because of how powerful and versatile it is - I've been very happy with my choice! I use my monitor for both work (I work from home) and for gaming, and this monitor doesn't compromise on either. I was wanting an OLED monitor, but was worried about burn in when I use it for work because of all the static tool bars and applications I use - thankfully this monitor has some features to fight burn in, which was a huge draw for me. It also has a matte coating that doesn't really bring down picture quality, and makes it much easier and more comfortable to work or game without glares and reflections. Between this and the curved screen, high refresh rate, and great response time, using this monitor has been a great experience. The monitor also has some nice extras - it has built in gaming and streaming applications, which make it feel more like a monitor/gaming console/TV combo. It also has RBG lighting built into the back that can sync to what's on screen, which makes it really cool for gaming and streaming. I'm really liking this monitor so far!

It is absolutely amazing. This was my first time buying an oled and it does not disappoint. I did buy this on sale, but it was worth every penny. The colors pop extremely well. I dont like turning my brightness up, I tested it. It gets fairly bright, not as bright as other panels have tried. But really good. Still I also like the t v function.I don't normally use it to watch actual t v but I do use it to watch streaming services and it works. Do wish it had some sort of oled pixel clean up, but it has 3 year warranty so not too worried. You do have to go into windows and fix up the text problems, or at least I did, but I got it to a good point. Also it is just windows, the text looks absolutely fine when using samsungs software.

I also love that it supports Smart TV apps and even cloud gaming without needing a PC. If you want one of the best ultrawide OLED gaming monitors available right now, the Odyssey OLED G8 is a fantastic choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I game a lot and do video editing/graphic design. I had a 1080p widescreen before and was looking to upgrade to 4K. Then then a sale for this came up towards the end of March just as I got my tax return and I knew it was meant to be and I couldn't be happier! The picture quality is great, HDR is amazing, and the remote has a built in solar panel to keep it charged! (Did I mention I hate coin cell batteries?) Oh, and it's got Alexa build it too! Not as useful to me but hey, I can control my lights with just the remote, haha!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with my Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 34” Gaming Monitor! The response time and refresh rate makes for an extremely smooth gaming experience. The display is immersive and works great for more than just gaming. I enjoy being able to multitask with ease while having a comfortable view of my screen. The vibrant colors show when watching videos and movies, and I find myself utilizing my computer monitor more as a television at times. This monitor has boosted my productivity while providing comfort. I highly recommend!

The picture quality is crystal clear, and the monitor feels smooth and responsive no matter what you’re using it for. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am upgrading from a 1080p Dell 23-inch touch monitor, and this is a huge upgrade that adds plenty of screen real-estate with high-quality resolution and built-in sound. It is also much lighter than my smaller monitor. The added smart TV feature is also amazing. While that is not something that I really needed, it can be an added benefit if I need another room to wind down with TV as the kids grow up. It can also be a convenient mobile TV for guests since my guest room does not have a TV.

The picture and performance have been great, I've had no issues with them so far. Picture quality is amazing, and the sound quality is OK. Here are my minor cons. The picture does an annoying daily refresh that will last a few minutes. I'm sure there's a setting to turn it off? The remote isn't solar-powered; at this price, it should be standard. I wish the screen were taller; 14.3 seems to be the standard on ultra-wides, but I would prefer a few more inches in height.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors are amazing. I do play on this monitor in a dark area of the house with no windows. Blacks are completely dark. The TV features aren't terrible annoying. It is nice to have a monitor that I can watch shows on if need be. (Times when my kid is playing xbox on our TV. No complaints or issues. Been using it for a month. Took a little to get it set up to my computer. Now when I turn my computer on it goes straight to the input without having to manually do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this monitor daily for the last 7 months and can say it is one of the best looking monitors I have ever bought. Once properly calibrated in windows HDR really pops in games and movies and the added vibrancy due to the QD-OLED panel makes it an amazing viewing experience. While I do not use the smart functions on the monitor much I do really like the remote it comes with as it allows me to make changes fast and easy without having to mess with any buttons on the monitor itself. I also really appreciate the designers at Samsung for making the monitor and stand a more clean and professional look than the “gamer” look other companies with similar products offer. Overall I think if you are looking for a ultra-wide oled monitor this is a great choice especially when taking in Samsungs 3 year burn in warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 mainly for gaming and work. Its curved screen and OLED image quality make gaming an incredible experience, especially in visually detailed titles. I also use it for work and editing, where the vibrant colors and contrast truly stand out. I’ve set the brightness low to protect my eyes and prevent burn-in, and the black screensaver helps a lot with that. It’s a versatile monitor that truly enhances my daily routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is nice but realize it is not 4K, it is an ultra wide which honestly is a very odd resolution because of the 21:9 ratio. More Games will eventually support this odd resolution but this is a W-QUHD monitor and not a proper UHD 4K (16:9). This was on sale but please remember that most things like YouTube videos, Netflix, regular gaming all support 16:9 resolutions. Due to this weird screen size, you will see huge black borders on left and right of video content and honestly the screen size cannot be fully used. When you use this monitor you cannot fully see a webpage content, because everything is portrait so getting a monitor with more height is better for viewing pages or webpage. Or you can make flip this screen portrait and it will be much more usable. Also this device does not come out of sleep mode with my PC, it is quite frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is honestly the best monitor I’ve ever used for PC gaming. The OLED screen is just awesom. Blacks are super deep and rich, and the picture quality overall is insanely good. Even when a game doesn’t support ultrawide, it still looks great, and the dark bars on the sides blend in so well you barely notice them. The ultrawide format is also super handy for productivity. I can have multiple windows open side by side without feeling cramped, which makes things like editing, browsing, or even just organizing stuff way easier. One thing to keep in mind, though if you mainly play on consoles, this probably isn’t the best fit. Consoles don’t support ultrawide, so you’ll either get black bars or a stretched image, which kind of kills the vibe. But if you're on PC and want something that looks amazing and feels great to use, this monitor is seriously top-tier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The monitor looks great but the compatibility with a 2 computer setup for pc + wfh is silly. It’s annoying to switch inputs and the removal of the usbc from the previous model was simply a terrible call. The onboard tv features are so unnecessary but doesn’t bother me that much. The Remote Desktop access is terrible. Not sure why they would even include it if its functionality is so limited. Great screen though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the monitor for 4 months now and I very much enjoy it. However having micro hdmi is the biggest hassle wheb trying to connect a gaming console. You either have to use the mini display port or find a micro HDMI cable. I eventually found a micro HDMI cable that distributed enough power between my PS5 and the monitor. Samsung should have created a cable for this problem and included it in the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must start by saying I have owned many gaming monitors in my 58 years the build quality of this monitor has no equivalent. The speed at which my games run has never ever been better. The OLED screen has to have the best picture quality I have ever seen, whether it’s a movie I’m watching or a game I’m playing. I play very graphically demanding games. The .03 ms is phenomenal. I have games that I have stopped playing and am now playing again because of this beautiful screen. I have always used a set of separate speakers but they are no longer needed. This monitor sounds great, I am very impressed with the sound. All in all I firmly believe I made the best decision I could have made when shopping for a gaming monitor. You have a very happy and excited customer. Thank you Samsung for creating such a beautiful and performance driven monitor, I could not be happier. Impressed, Lawrence

I have had this monitor and the 49” version for almost a year now. The image quality and size are great. What’s terrible as others had stated, is the UI and how slow it is to turn on. Mine both will also randomly turn off even if I am actively using my computer. Sometimes when I’m waking my computer and logging in, the monitor will immediately go into standby mode quite often. I have to unplug it from my computer and plug it back in for the screen to reconnect to my computer. This is isn’t a belkin dock on a Macbook pro via thunderbolt usb-c connection, I only use just one monitor via the dock.

Monitor came with pretty bad coil whine that never went away. The ports are an absolute joke. I have no idea who would have though micro hdmi and micro display port on a 34" monitor was a good idea. Within a year and a half perminant image retention occurred at the bottom of the screen for the tool bar. This is a good display for gaming and movies, do not buy if you use it as a computer monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is insane. Firstly, the manufacturing quality is above par. Sleek lines and a gorgeous RGB ring on the back. If you've ever owned a Smart TV from Samsung, then you'll be familiar with the setup. The customization for the picture and sound is amazing. With wifi capabilities, the Smart portion of this monitor is basically a 34" wide-screen TV. Apps galore (Netflix, Prime, etc.). The game mode is fantastic. Can change according to the game you're playing and type of game. The RGB ring can be customized to whatever color you want, different patterns, or even match the colors on screen itself. It comes with the most sophisticated remote control - it has a USB-C recharge port, as well as a photoelectric cell on the under-side of it for solar charging. The picture of this monitor is beautiful. OLED and low glare makes it a must for gaming. Overall, this is the best monitor I've ever had the pleasure of owning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After downsizing from the G9 Neo, I picked up this monitor, and it has been a fantastic choice. The included remote is incredibly convenient, especially since my desk is in the bedroom—I use it to watch content on the monitor before bed without hassle. The built-in speakers are surprisingly good, delivering clear and immersive sound. While I primarily use this monitor for work, including coding and multitasking, it also handles PS Remote Play seamlessly. The screen offers plenty of real estate, making it perfect for productivity. I tested it with a full movie in Dolby Vision, and the experience was amazing. Additionally, I bought a DisplayPort to USB-C cable for my Mac, and it runs at full resolution with a smooth 175Hz refresh rate—definitely a plus. Beyond performance, the monitor itself feels premium and well-built. Overall, it's a solid choice for both work and entertainment, offering great features and excellent versatility.

Great monitor / TV but if you're looking for something that just monitor and ultra-wide this isn't it. I've had these two years since it came out. It's had couple updates and that's been it, but what's really getting under skin is the delay response when turning on my computer and the monitor not coming on with it. When you turn it on, then the tv part takes over and doesn't connect the pc. As your force to wait !! 2 mins and then tell it to connect to the pc. Now would buy this monitor again. I would for a tv part, but as a monitor no! Now playing in games love it, the blacks on AMD are pretty dark as in some games you're having to mess with the colors to even see things in the dark (in game).

Horrible UI. Incredibly slow and unresponsive most of the time, at least in monitor mode. This machine wants to be a monitor and tv and doesn't do particularly well at either in my opinion. Even just adjusting the volume can take upwards of three minutes to respond when using the provided remote or the buttons on the monitor. My only solution has been to unplug the device, plug it back in, it then prompts a screen optimization run which turns the display off and can take 10 minutes or so before it comes back to life and responds quicker for a while. Actual color quality is great though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharper image ever! 175hz makes it look super smooth in gaming and also office work, the tizen os is a great addition to make this gaming monitor the best multimedia solution for users that likes to have everything in one place like me! Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Monitor picture is stunning. Gaming is great, picture is super crisp. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because Tizen OS is not good at all. Luckily, it makes the monitor into a TV basically which is a nice bonus but the OS makes me never want to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] having upgraded from a Odyssey G5 in the same size and curved, I wasn't expecting such a big jump in quality! The screen looks better. The monitor is slimmer and lighter. The built in speakers are pretty good. The built in mic is a nice feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Complete game changer for cinematic gaming. High refresh rate 1440p and HDR is one heck of a combo. I also use alot of the smart features to watch my netflex and youtube without turning on the PC. Great monitor for the discounted cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the market for an OLED monitor, to future proof my computer setup. I came across this model which matched my budget but still gave me the features I needed. I am happy with the purchase with no regrets. I gave 4 stars because I didn't get the wow factor from an expensive monitor. It takes some researching to get the settings right but after this, it is a great looking monitor. I use it currently with my Mac mini m4 with no problems. Contrary to comments about not liking the smart monitor features, I enjoy having this option especially if I do not want to use my computer just to stream a show. Overall, the monitor performs extremely well and when settings are personalized, provide a great and vibrant picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The monitor isn't just a monitor, it works like a smart TV, access to my usual streaming apps (netflix, prime video, hbo etc). And so far no problems with using them whatsoever. Setting it up was easy not major hiccups. If you plan on using as a smart TV, you do have to go through extra steps, nothing out of ordinary though. I had my reservations of the QD OLED tech, seeing the purple hue when there is lighting is not as distracting as I thought. I use mostly for PC use and gaming, so most of the time I don't pay attention to it. Only when I stream shows, do I notice it. But most of the time I use it an a dim room( I knew that this was going to be an issue ahead of time). HDR and contrat looks stunning as oled are known . The only time I have an issue is when direct sunlight hits then the brightness is outbrighted by the sun. The one inconvenience I have is that it used a mini dp port which absolutely sucks if you need a longer dp cable good luck finding one readily available. Honestly I would recommend it if you want premium gaming and take advantage of the immersion of widescreen gaming. The premium price can be worth if you find it a discounted price.
