So much space, so much convenience, love having fresh cold filtered water available 24/7. The crisper keeps veggies freash for 3 or more weeks! I only have one suggestion, it would be nice to have a pull bar at the very top of the refrigerator for the beverage center. We are very tall so bending over to open it is a bit inconvenient.

The ice maker can take some time to make the ice but that's because it's making two different kinds of ice. I love how I can control my refrigerator and freezer from my phone. Having a water pitcher is amazing! I don't even need to have a brita filter in my refrigerator anymore because the pitcher and the water going through the refrigerator is filtered. The pitcher is a smart pitcher and fills back up automatically no matter if you empty it or not it knows when to stop. I could go on and on about this product but I will stop here and just say I'm over the moon about my new refrigerator and I'm not looking back.

Got the 3 door customized. Pro’s — 1) beverage center is way cool. Love the water pitcher as I put lemon in the filter. 2) lots of good refrigerators space (not so in freezer) 3) pull out drawers on rollers, super smooth 4) it’s nice to have the two extra bins to separate meats and whatever else Cons: 1) does small ice cubes but not crushed 2) BEV Cntr NOT so good for tall people because you have to reach way down to open. Left the doors up but it's like 2 cm are some crazy thing! Th is is bc there are no handles 3) Manuel is pretty much useless 4) after cleaning the glass there are these weird bubbles. Some go away but some have it and I need to call them about that again. Apparently asked to do with installation kind of like when you're putting one of those shatterproof clear covers on your phone screen. 5) freezer not very large. Wish they had put some of that refrigerator space below! It’s way full all the time and honestly not enough room for more than 2 people per house. 6) 2 of the door shelves are super small and the right is so far below & hidden it’s too easy to forget there’s anything there!

I got the 1st for my main kitchen and then did a remodel for a mother-in-law apartment in our basement. Relocated the main one downstairs and purchased the white glass for the main kitchen. The placement of the shelves and useful door storage is excellent. The beverage center is probably my favorite option in the refrigerator, along with the 2 different kinds of ice. Bought this a month ago and just got it a few days ago. After the fridge was delivered I noticed a manufacturing defect. The middle latch isn't long enough to engage in the door so it doesn't shut and causes condensation inside the fridge.

This was the 2nd refrigerator I received because the first Choice did not quit fit in our space then started already to leak water the first week and had damage. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise because not even a month later we found this marvelous Bespoke refrigerator. Not only did it fit perfectly in our space but ordering it was fun. The different features you can customize the inside and out was fantastic and the fact that you feel your apart in making the decision what your refrigerator will have made it extra special for my family and I. The experience was very exciting to see when it finally arrived. I’m still deciding on our panel choice which is so much fun about this refrigerator that you decide what your refrigerator will look like on the outside and have the choice to order new panels when you want a change and that’s a super awesome feature. It’s the perfect size fit for my whole family with two different size of ice it produces as well. The only thing I would have liked to see an option on was having an ice maker with the drink station would have made it a ten star for me. Saying that I would still pick this refrigerator due to the other outstanding features that it has for my whole family.

Also, the in door storage is not deep enough to get things out - if you use them all. I don't. And finally the shelves should have been more adjustable. As it is, only one is adjustable and there isn't room for a lot of large items, except in the door bins. However, I still love this refrigerator. I could see my Christmas Tree reflected in it and now that the tree is gone, I can see my garden window reflected in it. The glass is just amazingly beautiful. Enough so, that the other inconveniences seem minor.

(It’s a little picky) but we didn’t even know there was a storage compartment on the upper left door under the water pitcher. Little to nothing fits here and Lord help if you forget about it, because you certainly can’t see it. 2. The ice bin tray in the lower freezer. Absolutely love having the option between a medium size cube or (my favorite) smaller rectangle ice “chips”.But the tray is awkward (if you need to remove it) and gaps around it make it too easy to loose cubes when scooping (witch is why you need to remove it).

It has lots and lots of space in the refrigerator section, I like that the water is hidden behind the left door, and the front part of the door opens to get your water so you don’t let all the cold air out. Also, one of my favorite features which I didn’t realize at the time is the water pitcher I use it every day, whether I’m filling my coffee pot or setting it on the table for dinner. We also really like the two different sizes of ice cubes to choose from That the freezer makes. Overall, I think This refrigerator was the best pick for us tons of storage and features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had my Bespoke with Beverage Center for a few months now and truly like it a lot. I removed the right half of middle shelf (so my gallons of milk could sit on bottom shelf) and I find I feel safer putting a brace under the center edge of left part when I put items on the 1/2 shelf. It fits good but just doesn't seem to be as strong without the other 1/2 hooked onto it. I also wish fridge had more levels for the shelves IE: stagger the shelves if needed or wanted. I really like no handles with crumb catcher corners! Fingerprints are no problem, we have learned to open by upper and lower finger pulls rather than touching the front. The ice bin is fantastic! I never run out of ice any more! Very easy to turn ice maker on/off. I have always liked having freezer on the bottom and this one does not fail either! It is so large and holds so much. The beverage center is the biggest factor we bought this specific fridge. The fact I can open the little door for water and frequently used small items rather than the big door is great. When we saw this one in the store , with all the features, we knew it was the one we wanted for sure!

My kitchen was remodeled with sleek european style cabinetry and the standard refrigerator look was an eyesore. Unfortunately, I didn't have the proper setup for a built-in. Samsung Bespoke felt like the perfect solution. We opted for the 3-door counter-depth, with Beverage Center. The dual ice-maker is a huge bonus for us in Arizona, as we use a ton of ice. It's kept up with my household no problem. The matte black panels are so sleek. Zero complaints!

DO NOT BUY THIS! My fridge came with ALL THREE panels dented, damaged, and ill fitting. The install team told me they see this ALL THE TIME. When I informed Samsung the DAY of delivery they told me that I had to order AND PAY FOR new panels myself!!!! I "may" get a credit upon return of the panels. What? What kind of customer service is that? Must be nice to sell someone something defective then turn around and tell them to pay more to fix it. Truly insane. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!

However one of my shelves the white decorative design is coming off. Well customer service just can’t figure out what shelf to send me… I’ve had 2 wrong ones sent after numerous phone calls. I've been calling to samsung so they can come and fix my refrigerator my eyes maker stop working making a lot of thick ice all over the Ice maker stopped working about having it.Six months i've been calling samsung about this issue.All they gotta say is take everything out.Reset the button.Don't open the bottom.Door for twenty four hours and it will make ice, will days pass nothing get so I called Samsung like 5 times so they can come and check the. Refrigerator before my warranty expires. But they said my warranty expired at the end of this month. I believe and then make an appointment, but I don't know how much it's gonna cost. So no I do not recommend this product. It's pretty in everything, but it's not worth it. And it cost a lot for some major issues to happen. When you purchase and have it for 6 months. I wish I could return it back but I can't.

i bought this refrigerator 6 months ago. i have loved it all this time. it is great! easy to clean. easy to organize the contents. looks great. the only issue i have had with it---today--- is that i cannot get the replacement water filter to go back into the refrigerator. it was tough to get out. but now the replacement will not go back in. it is super frustrating and i have been trying to make it happen for 3 hours now. i am concerned that it will leak all over the place before morning. lastly, the access door is poorly designed. it lifts up but does not stay up on its own. so, to get out the filter you need to hold the door up with one hand and use the other to rotate and remove the filter.

I’m very disappointed with the Samsung Beverage Center pitcher. Just over one year of normal household use, the pitcher began developing mold inside the lid and spout mechanism—areas that cannot be fully accessed or cleaned, even with regular washing. This is not due to misuse. The pitcher was rinsed and cleaned frequently, yet moisture becomes trapped inside the sealed lid components, creating an environment where mold grows. Because this is a drinking-water component, this represents a serious sanitation and food-safety concern. The refrigerator itself works well, but the beverage pitcher appears to have a design flaw. A component intended to hold potable water should not develop mold internally under normal use, nor should it require replacement just outside the warranty period. Samsung declined to replace the pitcher because it was slightly past the one-year warranty, which is frustrating given that this is clearly not normal wear and tear. I would caution anyone considering a Samsung refrigerator with a Beverage Center to be aware of this issue and the potential cost of replacing the pitcher or lid. Samsung needs to redesign this component or treat it as a known defect.

Not only is 30 cu ft is very large but it has the beverage center that has a self fill pitcher and a single glass fill option, shelves dedicated to drinks that can be accessed via the 3rd door making it easier to access your drink w/o opening the entire side. The freezer does have the 2 types of ice sizes for your preference. It also has a very good size freezer drawers. All in all a very well made appliance and have been very happy overall.

The duel ice maker is an added bonus, we love the little nuggets. Not sure what the purpose of the white shelf over the ice trays is for since there is a clear one underneath it. The drink station with a fruit infuser is quite the nice touch and you may never look at water the same again. I would buy this again today and the Samsung app is a nice addon as well to see fridge temps as well as if the doors are left open. I upgraded to this one when the whirlpool I had for 16 years finally bit the dust and capacity and features are no comparison, I just hope we get 16+ years out of this one.

Once we started using the fridge, we discovered that the hinged flapper seal that creates the seal between the two doors was not engaging in the top guide track, thus leaving an air gap/leak between the doors. I had to shim the guide down far enough for the flapper seal to engage. Minus 1 star for quality control.

Moreover, the water and ice dispenser of a typical refrigerator are exposed to the outside and is not hygienic, but this Samsung refrigerator is very hygienic because they are located on the inside. When I lived in Florida, I used a different company's product, and it was unsanitary because the water and ice cube dispensers were exposed and fruit flies gathered there and mold grew in hot weather. Also, if you need a large amount of water, there is a water pitcher in the beverage center instead of using a dispenser, so you don't have to leave the refrigerator door open for a long time. Additionally, this refrigerator has Wi-Fi connectivity and an energy-saving design. I think Samsung's refrigerator, TV, and cell phone technology is the best in the world. I very strongly recommend this refrigerator. I love Samsung!!

We noticed very early after receiving the refrigerator that food was not keeping as it should. We saw from other reviews that temperature maintenance was an issue with some Samsung models. We purchased a digital thermometer that would record high, low, and current temp and placed it in the back of the refrigerator. We learned temperatures varied widely, rarely, if ever, getting to the refrigerator setting (see attached photo). We worked around this by keeping very perishable items in our old 12 year old Samsung we moved to our garage. Recently we opened the freezer to see one of the ice makers was leaving a sheet of ice, rather than cubes. Unfortunately, because the unit was installed in June of 2024 and it is now October of 2025, and the manufacturer warranty is only one year, we are faced with the cost of diagnosis, repair (if possible), or purchasing a new unit. I am disappointed that such a costly product does not function as it should and needs service or replacement within such a short amount of time. I do not recommend this product.

Not only is it functional, runs perfectly (except for a little issue with the pitcher not filling completely on occasion), it’s beautiful!!! I’m having so much fun ordering different color panels. I ordered it in stainless, bough the blue panels which is current on there and just recently received the orange one!! They are so easy to change and store in their boxes nicely anywhere. So excited to be able to change it up. The two sizes of ice is tenuous and we were provided with a scooper!! I’m so glad I don’t have water and ice on my door anymore. This us much more functional. The inside is plenty big enough fir a counter depth and you can actually see what’s in it. I can’t tell you how many items got buried at the back if my last full sized French door. It is so much more spacious than the side-by-side french door fridge we used to have. Everything feels high-quality. We didn't think we'd use it much but we actually love the auto-fill water pitcher - so much quicker than using the water dispenser! I love having two sizes of ice cubes to choose from and having it in the bottom with the scoop has made for a lot less mess on the floor! It's also nice receiving a notification on my phone when the door has been left open. We love that we can mix & match the panels too. So far, nothing negative to say about this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is beautiful. Opening with no handles takes a bit of getting used to, but it’s fine assuming it’s accessible for you. The beverage center is very very frequently used and beats the slow waterspout. Two sizes of ice is also very nice depending on what you feel like. Cooling is good and even. Finish is a really nice white with glass but obviously it is not magnetic, but the sides are magnetic! One complaint and probably the only issue is the auto filling water. Pitcher sometimes doesn’t auto fill and takes some manual fiddling around to get it to start filling up again. This does happen pretty frequently maybe once every couple weeks.

We bought this one and I LOVE it!!! The capacity that it can hold is enormous! I really enjoy the autofill water picture feature as well as the regular ice and party ice. The bottom freezer has 3 compartments, two on the lower and one on top. we can store so much meats and miscellaneous stuff down there. the upper compartment is a gret size too. I wish we had ma this purchase a long time ago!! I have the smartThings app and it lets me know if anyone accidentally leaves the door open. i highly recommend this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful fridge. My wife is now looking at getting the matching wall oven and microwave. It is taking awhile to get use to not having exterior water and ice. However, we really like having a pitcher of cold water in a singe grab. I do wish that the beverage door had a latch at the top of the door. I am just over 6ft and have to bend over just a bit to get to the latch on the bottom of the door and that is not going to be good for my back. I also wish the shelving was a little more adjustable. At the end of the day we would by this line of refrigerators again, however my wife says she would get the one with the exterior FlexZon Drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe my refrigerator was designed by NASA or perhaps it's alive, I can't tell which. All I know is... there are things going on inside there and it always keeps me guessing. This Samsung Bespoke refrigerator does an excellent job of keeping my food cold and fresh, makes two sizes of ice filled in the freezer, the beverage center provides filtered water just by putting my glass under the spout, the temperature for the refrigerator and the freezer are digitally displayed on the inside of the unit and it sends me a notice on my phone if I have left any of the doors or drawers open. I would say I am very happy with this refrigerator.
