I have a small kitchen and the size of this refrigerator is great and it fits perfectly in my kitchen without taking up much room. Also,  I just love that it is fingerprint resistance and the ice maker is very easy to hook up. The refrigerator has a lot of room with multiple shelves and door shelves, however, you can't put taller cartons or bottles on the shelves and there is no way to adjust the shelves. So, taller containers would have to go on the door shelves. It's great that you can adjust the temperature and other controls with wifi connection on your smartphone and it alerts you when something is wrong. This is a wonderful refrigerator and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

Our newest is our 3 Door French Door Fridge in Stainless Steel. This fridge was so worth the wait!! The crew that delivered had to figure out how to get thru our narrow doors, but did handle w/o issues. The fridge, when you open the doors, is lit up and you can see EVERYTHING!!! The space for organization is exactly what we were looking for. The shelves and drawers are easy to remove, clean and re-install. The freezer with the automatic ice maker - YESSSSSSS FINALLY - no trays! And we can see everything in the freezer, and keep essentials (Butter, coffee, ice packs, chopped fruit in the top drawer of the freezer, and can easily move back to see everything in the drawer below. I never knew I could be so excited about this fridge!

Compre un refrigerador hace 2 años, es práctico el tipo de puertas. Al poco tiempo de instalado se atoró la puerta del congelador , lo revisaron los de servicio y según lo arreglaron, vinieron otra vez y el problema no se solucionó. Al año empezó a hacer mucho ruido. Lo revisaron y fue porque las ventilas de aire se les había acumulado polvo y que cada año necesita que le den servicio. Esperaba más de esta marca. Y me sentí defraudada con la puerta del congelador ya que otro técnico me dijo que tenia roto parte del mecanismo y que por garantía me lo debieron cambiar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well lo and behold I finally received this fridge! A mighty long wait being it took 6 months. So far I can say I’m getting acclimated to it. It’s really a change up from my previous fridge. I’m really loving the French door style. I’m a family of 4, and when transferring items from my last fridge to this one I did have to toss a few frozen items out since I was unable to get it all to fit. I do think my last fridge ( duo door) was bigger in cubic space though. Anyhoo, so far the fridge is sleek, spacious main refrigerator section, and a nice stainless steel finish. It has some upgrades since it can connect to an app providing combination alerts on phone or in person with a chime bell when you leave either fridge or freezer drawer doors open. If you’re looking for easy setup -It has a QR code in the fridge part right door on the top and easily helps to get you get your fridge in the SmartThings app. Keep in mind the fridge is only 2.4ghz compatible for WiFi connection not 5ghz. The app really goes in depth with energy savings and other customizable features like enabling Sabbath mode and such. Fridge is on wheels, which is really nice since it doesn’t damage my laminate flooring like my previous fridge did. I will note the fridge without handles may be more of a challenge for little kids to open. My 5.5 year old hasn’t figured out how to open it just yet. I’m also no longer racing to shut the door in a hurry to prevent my 15 month old from climbing into the fridge like before with my previous refrigerator. My machine was hooked up about noon time and it took overnight for it to make ice ( it does have tape over it don’t forget to remove easy to miss). Make sure you cycle the ice out for several uses before consuming since new filter. I think some features lack a little like soft close would of been nice for this asking price and maybe just a bit more freezer space. I will say it’s taking some time getting used to it compared to my previous one. Also the shelving it’s customizable, but you would need to unhinge the doors to get the glass to fully remove I wish the doors expanded to enough where I didn’t have to do that extra step. So on the side panels I have to place my gallon milk there, otherwise I gotta lay in flat down and hope the gallon jug doesn’t leak. Overall, great basic French door styled fridge with some minor room for improvements so far.

What is unique about this refrigerator on the first glance is how compact the design is, the width of the refrigerator is the size of a standard refrigerator. For a 3-door French design, this refrigerator is less bulkier than its predecessor, although the interior seem to carry the depth well. Smart function enabled, the refrigerator has connectivity with the SmartThings app, and it has a internal temperature gauge that keeps constant at 37 degrees for the refrigerator and 0° for the freezer. It is a quiet running machine and holds temperature steady. One of the smart functions include a door alert where if it stays open longer than a minute oh, it gives it a beep. I tested the longevity of the beep and initially it would stop, then it would once again beep and repeat this process until the last alert including interior lights flashing. It took a bit of time to figure out how the door closes and opens. If there was any feedback on the design this would be the one aspect that should be addressed. The second review of this campaign is a physically shorter stature and had difficulty initially opening the refrigerator door because the handle is located on top of the fridge. Also this fridge is actually not as tall as some of its predecessor oh, it's still quite a reach for this five foot four inches person to open the fridge. Also another aspect is how a person would instinctively grab the left door of the fridge where it actually has a lip that needs to be untouched to open. Both myself and the second reviewer grabbed onto the lift to open the fridge which causes it to lock because of the latch. however this does not take away from the fact that the doors close and opens quite easily, and regardless of which door closes first. The right door does not have the little lip that the left door has, but this does not deter the closing or the opening of the door. You can open the left side first even though it has the lip. The freezer has a deep-pocket that would hold plenty of Frozen food products, including a drawer on the top portion which is useful for shallower things like frozen vegetables and fruits. It actually also fit ice cream pints comfortably and holds its temperature very well. The exterior stainless steel is elegant and beautiful, it does not hold fingerprint.

I love the easy clean up of smudges, no need for stainless spray, a soft cloth and a little water works perfect. I was concerned about the freezer having enough space, no worries, it holds alot, enough for a small family, if you buy in bulk you may need a separate deep freeze, like with other fridges. The only thing I wish, it had room to stand bottles on a shelf. I think if you move a shelf to accommodate, then you'll lose other needed space. No worries, plenty of room on the doors for that, and I purchased a few shelf organizers that work great. This was the reason for 4 not 5 stars, but great fridge so far.

Todo estaba funcionando bien pero después de 1 año y 6 meses se fregó el condensador, la buena noticia es que esa parte tiene garantía pero el tubo del condensador no, que también se fregó y pues nos costó 4000 pesos su mal diseño. No recomiendo la marca, he tenido otros refrigeradores y han durado 10 años o más y nunca había tenido problemas.

They have 8 people in the house, and they needed a reliable fridge that could hold enough for all of them. This fridge is not very wide, but it is deep. It consistently keeps food fresh and they were even able to connect a water dispenser to it (they prefer a separate water dispenser than a built-in to the fridge). It also made their kitchen look more updated with its beautiful stainless steel finish and hidden handles. I would recommend this fridge to absolutely anyone who is looking to upgrade. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR! Best fridge I ever bought, love the french doors and freezer in bottom, no more frozen food attacks when going in freezer! It's so quiet, don't hear it at all! Keeps food nice and cold, so much room in it! Fit in kitchen perfectly, hard size to find, they are all either to wide or to high. Love the ice maker, nice size cubes, makes a lot of them! Wanted the black stainless, could not get it but the regular stainless is great, I like it better now that it's here! Can still hang my magnets on it to. It's a great fridge, so glad I bought it! If anyone has second thoughts on buying this fridge toss those thoughts aside, buy it, you will be glad you did, I am!

Could use some help on having more options with in shelf adjustments. The doors can fit some taller items (milk, 1 liter sodas, apple juice) but it’s not enough space for more than 4 of these. I had to adjust the second shelf to its highest height and that gives me enough room for additional tall items on the bottom shelf. This also means the second shelf can only fit small items the size of a yogurt container. The freezer size is actually a bit smaller than my old refrigerator . I had to settle for this size due to size constraints. It’s good for the size. It’s very nice looking.

Escuchen, nunca escribo reseñas pero esta experiencia me obliga a intentar evitarles la terrible experiencia que tuve yo. Hace tres semanas compré un refrigerador a través de la tienda Samsung online, a las 24h me doy cuenta que no funciona, vienen los técnicos y me dicen que tiene defecto de fábrica. He llamado diario desde ese día, y solo me dan vueltas, me dicen que me contactan de 24-48h para solucionarlo y no lo hacen, vuelvo a llamar y me transfieren con alguien más que tampoco puede ayudar, he hablado como 5 veces con casos especiales, también con la empresa externa que se dedica a tramitar sus devoluciones y nada más no dan seguimiento, ha sido una total pesadilla. Terminé vendiéndolo como basura porque ya no sabía qué hacer con él, y teniendo dos recién nacidos en casa, me urgía refrigerador funcional. Entonces compré un LG, lo entregaron al día siguiente y listo. NO COMPREN POR ESTA TIENDA, SE LOS JURO. Ahórrense una mala experiencia, no saben la cantidad de veces que lloré de frustración. Terrible terrible servicio al cliente.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was in my home when I purchased it. I am glad that the first one did not fit properly and I had them replace it. I am glad that it does not have a water dispenser as my kitchen would probably flood from my dogs trying to get to either cold water or the ice. There is more than adequate room for items that need to stay cold after opening or purchase. The freezer on the bottom is a generous size. Depending on your family size this fridge is a plus to own. I have 4 adults in my home and we have plenty of room for our items and even left overs when there are some. The double doors on the front also make it easy if just grabbing one item, you dont have to open the full door to get out what you want.

We wish we could review this fridge but the third party contractor Samsung uses RXO did not install our fridge correctly. Samsung care does not cover improper installation. Our fridge was installed and was not level (literally shakes when you open the door and the bottom skirt was not properly installed). The back of the fridge needs to be released and we can't do it on our own. We called RXO twice but still don't have an ETA on when they will come back out and meanwhile we have coolers full of food rotting and unable to turn on our fridge as we are waiting to hear back from RXO.

It looks so clean and stately along with all the other stainless steel appliances instead of the old white one that was in that spot. It’s deeper than my old fridge, which makes it so nice for storing more foods and beverages. I love all the room in the French doors, too, which hold all my quick-grab items like our beverages and refrigerated snacks. I’m not entirely pleased with the lack of ability to move my shelves up and down since there are only three places to put the shelving. More items are going to have to lay down because of that, or I’ll have to pull out one of the shelves so taller items fit. I appreciate that the doors have a place to open them from the top or the bottom. I also very much like the two crisping drawers AND the bottom drawer that’s not very deep., but the length makes it important. I really enjoy the size of the freezer and the depth of the drawer. It’s made so you can fit some bigger items in there when needed. This fridge is exactly what we needed to match the rest of our Samsung appliances in the kitchen!

Bon frigo dans l'ensemble, esthétique et pratique, bonne fonctionnalités. Mais après ouverture, il se met à faire des WOOOP WOOOOOP de manière anarchique, qui s'entend à l'autre bout d'une grande maison. Son qui ne fait pas parti des sons "normaux" du réfrigérateur (il y a un page dédiée sur le site samsung). SAV Samsung nul nul nul, qui me demande un enregistrement pour prendre en compte la demande, ce que je fais, qui demande maintenant une video. Habituellement bon client, ce sera mon dernier achat sur le shop Samsung.

It does what it is supposed to do, bet the interior design seems cheap and does not give enough flexibility because the shelves are full width. I also think that this frig is too small for French doors - doors are small to you can't put much in. You also have to open both doors to access the crispers. I miss our bottom fridge with solid top door. And still getting used to no handles - now I have to use 2 hands to open the fridge. But it does look nice.

I love it ... it looks so sleek and actually makes my small kitchen appear larger ...there's much more room in it than described in some of the reviews ...not having handles eliminates a lot of marks ... my only issue, which I hope will be resolved without an issue, is a bulb in the freezer is out. I'm in the process of contacting Samsung now about that. I'm assuming this will be taken care of.

I definitely have more room in this one even though they were both the same size. I’m just hoping this one lasts longer than 6 years! Very sleek looking and the finish is fingerprint resistant just as described. Also - I like that I can use the app to check the temp of the fridge and freezer and turn on and off the ice maker. I also get a notification if the fridge or freezer door is left open!

Also wasn't sure if a water filter was provided (it is in the compartment!) nor did the manual give the model number for replacements! it looks like it can only be added to ONE onine smart account ie others have to login as the original person registered for the account which is silly. We weren't exactly sure which trays go where inside the fridge and seem to have a surplus one! Icemaker and water jug are great. Loads of space and much nicer than our previous Samsung Fridge Freezer that broke down (still in warranty!). Otherwise seems ok...would be good if the trays and fittings were a bit less fragile. I think overall you should work with an external design agency as some things not thought out well and could be improved upon...

Love the refrigerator. It’s such a perfect fit for my small kitchen. The shelves are adjustable to three levels. I like the option of having to hook up the ice maker. We don’t use much ice and don’t need an automatic ice maker. The fingerprints show on the surface even if it says it won’t show. No big deal. Most important is that we don’t have to open the door entirely to get something which is an energy saver. I love the refrigerator and would recommend .

Les réfrigérateur et congélateur en lui même top, l’espace les compartiments rien à redire. En revanche la fontaine d’eau je suis déçu de ne pas pouvoir remplir un autre contenant que le pichet porte ouverte, malheureusement on m’a pas bien indiqué ça en magasin, j’aurais probablement choisi un autre modèle (donc une autre marque, car compliqué de trouver Samsung à ce prix qui fait fontaine.

I like that the shelves are moveable, even on the side doors :) The freezer holds way mor food that you would expect. My old fridge had a similar footprint but did not hold near as much. Overall great fridge that I would definately recommend.

I always wanted a French style fridge where the fridge is at the top with 2 doors opening outwards and freezer drawer at the bottom. There is so much storage for the whole family. The automatically filled water jug is also a nice touch. The only slight negative is the drawers don't seem as sturdy as my previous fridge and feels plasticky, but time will tell if they last.

It has also helped with our electric bill. I am giving it a 4 star because the steal on it scratches very easily and it said it was finger print resistant which it is not. The fridge is connected to my wifi which only has the useful features of letting me know if the door is left open or letting me set some super cooling mode. What am I supposed to do with temperature sensitive medications and food until then? Not a good start with Samsung. I should have stayed with GE.

Selected this unit because it is impossible to find something in the 21/22 CU ft size that fits properly in an older kitchen. Very pleased with the exterior and 5/10 year warrantee on the refrigeration/compressor systems. Wi-Fi in a fridge is not important to me. The ONLY thing keeping me from a 5 star review is the interior layout. As a retired engineer I can comfortably say that it was designed to maximize corporate profits not customer satisfaction. The issue is the limited positions the shelves can be put into. I don't mind the full width shelves, but I am disappointed by the lack of positions that they can be put into. In order to have one shelf that has clearance for slightly larger items such as certain salad dressings or Hershey Chocolate you have to put them in a position where you have one shelf with only about 4 inches of clearance suitable for egg cartons and not much else and result in a lot of unusable space above the few taller items. The door shelves have similar limitations.
