Q : My fingerprint does not be recognized properly on my Galaxy S10+/S10 even though I did software upgrade. 

A: New galaxy S10+/S10 software is available globally. This software updates provide various performance improvements, including fingerprint recognition enhancements. After device software updating, please delete your existing fingerprints and register a new one again to enhance your experience.
Also S10+/S10  may not recognize fingerprints when attaching screen protective film or screen protector unapproved by Samsung.
Attaching thick protective films or glass type protective films may also decrease fingerprint recognition rate.
We recommend to use only Samsung-approved accessories and you can purchase Samsung-Approved protective film from your local Samsung retailer or Authorized Samsung Service Center.
