Shipping fee is free of charge for both in-warranty and out of warranty repair. For out of warranty repair costs (including part & labor), Samsung Authorized Service Center will send a quotation to Customer.

Pickup arrangements will be made within 2 working days.
No, we will send the device to you upon repaired and delivery is free of charge.
The entire process, including pickup, repair, and return, is estimated to take approximately 7 working days subject to parts availability and repair complexity.
(a) Packing materials will not be supplied or provided for the pickup service. Customers are responsible for securely packaging their devices before pickup. It is recommended to use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials.
(b) Customers are strongly advised to record a video of the device condition before and after packing.
