Step 2: You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Our Call Center team will contact you to schedule a door-to-door pickup at your preferred time or guide you to drop off your device at the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center.
Step 3: Once your Galaxy device received at our Authorized Service Center, the Galaxy Expert Engineer will diagnose and repair your screen.
Step 4: If additional faults are identified, the Authorized Service Center will notify you and confirm any additional repair charges before continuing the repair.
