    Galaxy Expert Care is a screen repair service sold solely by Samsung on Samsung.com at your comfort, offering you the option to have your Galaxy picked up / dropped off to your preferred location or you may drop it to the nearest service center.

  • Step 1: Place your repair order on Samsung.com.
    Step 2: You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Our Call Center team will contact you to schedule a door-to-door pickup at your preferred time or guide you to drop off your device at the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center.
    Step 3: Once your Galaxy device received at our Authorized Service Center, the Galaxy Expert Engineer will diagnose and repair your screen.
    Step 4: If additional faults are identified, the Authorized Service Center will notify you and confirm any additional repair charges before continuing the repair.
    Step 5: Once the repair is completed your device is returned to you in optimal condition.

  • Screen repairs are typically completed within 1–3 days for Carry-In service and 4–5 days for Pick-Up service, depending on the device model and the availability of parts.
