I bought this cover with my phone and after about 2 months interchangeable ring grip stopped working and became loose (useless) you can't change it for anything else apart card holder. So it is no more interchangeable. There is no option for buying this ring grip by itself and you would need to buy new phone cover again.

Literally the best phone case I have ever had. In fact, I love it more than the phone it's self. It's lasted years so far and I drop my phone a lot. It survives busy restaurant kitchen work. I can turn the stand so my phone sits landscape to watch tv, or turn it to angle it to take photos. Please don't stop making this phone case, I wish you did it for more phones so my boyfriend could have one for his Samsung s25! I love the way it feels (fun sensory to tap my nails on the different parts and tye different textures are fun) I love the way it looks, its an absolute beast. I will never get another phone as long as this phone case exists.

I don’t know why my reviews were taken down but I’ll go ahead and write another. This case is not for everyone BUT for those who are into rugged cases, this is for you. The large lanyard loop is good and holds up firmly and securely. I put together a wrist lanyard with a small carabiner. The loop held up nicely with the wrist lanyard I made. The loop is rigid so it will definitely dig on your right palm but it just needs a little getting used to. The stand and grip attachment is in my opinion, the most useful add-on. The phone is heavy and so the stand and grip attachment helps. You can change the orientation that suits you. How about wireless charging? I used a non-Samsung wireless charger at first and it did well! Maybe that’s why they took my review down so this time, I used a Samsung 15W wireless charger (EP-P2400TBEGWW) and gave the best result! How it worked is I removed the attachment and placed the phone on the charger, making sure I placed it securely with the charging message appearing and the charger indicator lit up. I left it overnight and it charged in full! See the pic to appreciate! So yes, it’s the use case for this that matters and wireless charging works!!!

It's just great! I'm really satisfied with the build quality, functionality of this case. And trust me I'm a perfectionist. I bought it despite the negative reviews I've read about it and after thoroughly going through a lot of other reviews for different cases from samsung as well as from other brands, so happy that I chose this one! Still haven't dropped the phone though so I couldn't tell how good the protection is but it seems really sturdy. The only improvement I'd suggest is to make it fit seamlessly next time so that the edges of the chrome(in my case) frame are completely covered - I suppose it doesn't show that much if you've got the black version. Looking forward to buy more gadgets for it if and when they're available.

Good quality and strong build. I will use this for my mobile without attachments. With card slot or kickstand, I cannot do wireless charging. It need to be removed all the time. I only use wireless charging stand on my work desk. Also, card slot is very thick. With Card slot or kickstand, thickness is double the naked mobile thickness. It won't fit in most of the pockets. On top of this card slot can only accommodate 2 cards. I think they had good idea in mind and made good quality product but missed to keep practicality part of it.

Over all design and concept of the case is great. The idea of swappable back accessories are nice, but the let down for me is the card holder. Only one or 2 cards can be inserted, and doesn't act as a stand or grip just a card holder and is very difficult to hold if attached (I would suggest if they made it with more than 1 or 2 card capacity and can be flipped to act as a stand). And the card holder seems slightly loose. I'd recommend it if you like those bulky safe cases. I wouldn't if you just want a slick and stylish case.

Do not order. If your right handed the eyelet digs I to your hand making it near impossible to use. The case does not fit most car phone holders even with the card holder/handle disconnected. You cannot wireless charge and the one I got doesn't fit the phone properly. Its bent at the bottom and makes the phone look bent too. I asked to return it and they said I need to send the phone and case back as they were bundled. The phone took over 7 weeks to arrive and then they want it back to exchange a case. Jokers.

You can't argue with the protection this case offers, however it's the first Samsung case I have purchased that's left me wondering. My primary gripe is that it's not easy to fit in my car Dock, I'm happy to live without wireless charging, but having to remove the stand every time I use in the car is a pain! Overall I generally find the case comfortable. For protection I feel this case delivers and out performs everything else I've seen.

The flip mechanism failed in less than 6 months and samsung refuses to replace the case under warranty claiming it as "customer induced damage". Solid case if you want a case to prevent drops/cracks. Heavy case.

Amazing is the short statement i can say about this case, i have been a samsung user for a couple of models now, but after having to replace my S21U screen twice in 2 years due to falling on asphalt from my clumsy hands, i decided to buy this case while purchasing the S23Ultra, and it delivered, IT'S HEFTY... IT'S HEAVY AND BULKY. but it's so good and well thought and designed that i can't find a single compain about it (well, maybe my only complain is the inability to buy the promised gadgets as a stand-alone purchases, i searched everywhere). that metal kickstand/grip is just a savior, for video shooting , for vertical hold, for supporting the phone (vertically or horizontally) on a flat table/desk. i installed it first day, never took it off afterwards. never used the card holder (no point, with my whole digital wallet on the phone). THINGS TO TAKE A NOTE OF : 1- You will probably need to replace your car mobile holder, with the increased thickness of the case/kickstand a conventional mobile holder won't be able to hold the phone properly. 2- Wireless charge / reverse charge won't work because of the increased thickness of the device.

I bought this when the S23 Ultra was released, and I'm very happy I did. This case has been amazing. The mechanical loop thing on the back is genius! I take advantage of it multiple times per day, every day, and I've made use of it in almost a countless number of ways... - position the phone upright on a table in either portrait or landscape orientation - open the loop mechanism 30 degrees and slide fingers through for fearless 1-3 finger grip while walking - open the loop mechanism 90 degrees and clamp the phone to something (use s-pen for camera snap) - open the loop mechanism 135 degrees with 3 fingers through for a very comfortable single hand-hold - open the loop mechanism 180 degrees and hold the loop with 2 hands for steady video / photo shooting - clip phone to clothes through loop with carabiner - remove the loop mechanism to fit better in phone holders/mounts (also genius to make it removable) I could sit here all day and think of all the ways I use this loop mechanism, because I use it all the time. I find it to be more comfortable to hold onto than the phone itself. Also, the tolerance/stiffness of the flip out is just perfect to keep the phone positioned where you set it even if you are just holding it by the loop <- that is essential and they nailed it. And after a year and a half, the tolerance/stiffness hasn't changed at all. Way to go Samsung! This thing is useful in almost too many ways for words to properly encapsulate the experience. Bottom line.. I love this case, and I hope they bring it back for the S25 Ultra! The only thing I would change/remove is the mini loop-through on the bottom right corner. I've never looped anything through it and the only real purpose it has served me is to let me easily see what orientation my phone is at a glance. But I think it would be better to just not have that little nub sticking out. Other than that, I think this case is pretty close to perfect as a chonky rugged case.
