How to use the 'Smart Check' function in Samsung Front Loading Washing Machine?

Smart Check allows you to diagnose issues with your washing machine using your smartphone.
It detects errors and provides solutions through the Samsung Smart Washer app.

- Install the Samsung Smart Washer app from the Play Store or App Store before using this feature.
- This feature is optimized for Galaxy and iPhone devices (supported models only).
How to use Smart Check
Step 1. Press and hold Options + Delay End for 3 seconds to enter Smart Check mode.
Step 2. Wait for the washing machine to display an information code.
Step 3. Open the Samsung Smart Washer app and tap Smart Check.
Step 4. Hold your phone near the display so the camera can scan the code.
Step 5. View the diagnosis results and follow the suggested solutions.
Notes:
- The feature name may vary depending on the language.
- Strong light reflection may prevent the app from recognizing the code.
- If scanning fails, you can enter the code manually in the app.
