  • Mobile Products
    You may visit our authorised service centres for servicing of mobile phones, tablets, accessories, wearables and earbuds.

    VivoCity Service Centre will be temporarily closed from 10-30 November 2025 and will reopen on 1 December 2025.

    Monday to Saturday - 11:00am to 7:00pm
    Sunday and Public Holiday - 11:00am to 5:00pm

    Please back up your data before going down for servicing.

    To ensure the safety of your personal data, please activate Maintenance mode on your mobile device before sending it in for repair. When Maintenance mode is enabled, access to your data within the mobile device is restricted. Visit Maintenance Mode for more information.
