What to do if your wallet has been compromised

Samsung provides you with a portal where you can quickly and efficiently report any problems you may have with your transactions.

If you detected that your wallet has been compromised and someone has transferred some or all your virtual assets to another account, you must report it immediately. Here is s how to make a report to the Samsung partner, Uppsala Security:

1 On the main screen of Samsung Blockchain Wallet app, tap the more options icon on the top right and select Settings
2 Tap Report transaction. You will be directed to the Sentinel Protocol Portal, where you can report the incident for analysis.
