Samsung Australia are introducing a new repair technique which allows our authorised technicians to repair the LCD display screen (front screen) on a Mobile phone rather than replacing the entire LCD display.
This new repair solution is available for selected models and in the event only the LCD display is damaged and there are no other signs of physical damage to the device. This includes dents and chips to the frame.
Know the models in which you can request this service
When a device is received at an authorised Service Centre, one of our authorised technicians will complete a full device assessment, they will then confirm if the device meets the criteria for a Screen Repair or if the screen requires replacing.
Screen Repair is only available via online bookings and cannot be completed at Samsung experience stores.
