Currently, there are 7 colours available in the BESPOKE Refrigerator range – 2 colours in Cotta Metal finish and 5 colours in Glass finish.

Yes, you are free to mix and match colours and finishes as you please.

Our modular fridges are designed to be compatible only with other modular fridges in the range. There are no limitations on the number of modular fridges you wish to combine. However, the Free-standing BESPOKE French Door fridge cannot be paired with a Modular BESPOKE Refrigerator. 

Colour samples will be on display in select Participating Retailer stores from late October 2022 onwards for customers to view and interact with before making their purchase. You can also simulate your preferred design and colour selections online using the BESPOKE Design Studio.

Your fridge panels will be installed and delivered with your refrigerator by Samsung or the retailer you purchased from according to your selected colours and finishes at the time of purchase. The cost of this is included in your original purchase price. It is possible to change the panel colours yourself, however we recommend engaging a technician for this.

Yes you can. Colour panels will be available to purchase on Samsung Online Store and at Participating Retailers. Self-installation is possible with detailed instructional videos available.

Bottom Mount Fridges.
Single Door Fridge or Freezers.
French Door Fridges.

Although, we strongly recommend engaging a technician from an authorised Samsung retailer (available at an additional cost of $150 per fridge) or a qualified technician and following instructions in the Product User Manual. This service fee covers multiple panel installations provided they are completed in the one visit to your home.

Delivery and installation of coloured panels are included in the set price of your BESPOKE Refrigerator at the time of purchase if the refrigerator and panels are purchased in the same transaction. This does not include Door Reversal services (if needed), the cost of which may be charged additionally by your retailer. More details on door reversal below.

Each modular fridge will be connected via a Pairing Kit that the Installer will bring along at the time of delivery. Cost of a pairing kit is an additional $99 RRP and is automatically added to the order list when you choose 2 or more fridges at the time of purchase.

Door reversal is available on Single Door Fridge or Freezer and Bottom Mount Refrigerator and can currently only be purchased from a Participating Retailer at an additional cost. We recommend speaking directly to them if you would like to avail of the service.

If this service is purchased from a Participating Retailer, service costs may vary. We recommend you speak directly to them regarding this service. Unfortunately, you cannot decide on the day of installation to reverse the door. A separate service booking will be required to book the technician for another time.

Once the product is available for purchase, estimated minimum delivery period is 10 to 15 business days for orders placed in Metro Areas. Currently the Samsung Retail Store are not accepting non-Metro orders. However, some participating Retailers may offer non-metro delivery which may take slightly longer that the minimum delivery period for Metro areas. Please check with your retailer directly for details at the time of purchase.

Your BESPOKE Refrigerator includes a 20 year limited parts warranty on the Digital Inverter Compresser. See the warranty card on your refrigerator or visit www.samsung.com/au/support/warranty for further details.
